Was itching to slap the stupid out of a lady who didn't have their dog on a leash today while walking on my street, which is quite busy during the day. What the heck does she think they make leashes for, just to look at????????????????

M0mmy, I totally agree. I can't tell you how many times we've been walking our dogs and a neighbors dog will bark and come up to us. It's illegal here to have your dog off leash. I'm always reluctant to walk our dogs for that reason.
Funny for the day. I remember these days very well.
