@tanya_djamila Congratulations on your new niece. Glad to hear you will be able to help your Mom move.

Miss the Monday Zoom group, but have had lots of doctor and diagnostic imaging appointments in the last four weeks. Will need to miss today too. Another MRI (lumbar spine) was scheduled on Friday for this afternoon. They are still trying to determine what is going on with me and how to treat it. Am waiting to hear when radiation will start to my spine (and maybe a skull bone). The mask was made last Thursday.

Please keep me in your thoughts. All prayers appreciated.

Thank you everyone for your thoughts, prayers and love. I found out yesterday that radiation to my cervical spine is starting today for 10 sessions. Hoping to be able to attend Monday's Zoom meeting.

    Hi ladies

I hope all is well. My daughter has been visiting with her 5 kiddos. She leaves tomorrow and I’m hopeful to be able to resume our zoom sessions Wednesday. I miss you all and think of you often.

    Take care

@Rosebessie I forgot to mention on Monday that I also take D3 and B12. I think both are helpful for my energy / fatigue, as well as green smoothies (I love bananas with spinach or kale and frozen pineapple or mango all go in the blender with water .. lol yum) . So eating mostly a planet based diet gives me more energy, and when I feel tired from the fatigue in the afternoons, I drink green tea. Every body is so different, and the fatigue affects us all so differently, just wanted to share what I do incase it’s helpful. ❤️

@rlschaller thanks so much for sharing that information about your healthcare regime. Its very helpful. I'm trying to locate some low dose Vitamin D3 and B12 because high dosae supplements give me awful side effects. I do hope your weekend has been great. Sending hugs and blessings 🫂♥️

For those who knew Annette, I did find this on YouTube this morning.

  • @kbl - thank you for finding this. Thinking of posting it on the "BCO In Memoriam thread, Part 2" thread?

@going2beatthis Thank you, Fay. I asked to add her.

Kbl - Did Annette post here? Would those of us who don't do the Zoom thing know her? Did she have a "handle" that wasn't Annette?, i.e. did she have a screen name that we would recognize? I just don't know the name at all and can't connect her anywhere.

    Thanks.

@threetree I don’t think Annette had a user name. She went to the Wednesday Zoom meetups.

Kbl - Thanks so much for that information. I'm just so very sorry to hear that she passed away, and I've been trying to place her in my mind, but just can't seem to. It looks like she probably did the Zoom meetups, but didn't do posting with a screen name. Well, I wish I had known her and just hope that she is at peace now.

I have been thinking about Evelyn M. since she hadn’t been on in two weeks. I found a post on Facebook that she passed away April 18. Rest in peace, Evelyn.

I was wondering too kbl. Wishing peace for her family.

I know it’s not about me but I’m always so thrown when people pass so quickly. I honestly expected her to update us on the lung issues.

@kbl thanks for sharing, and got Melissa’s email as well . She passed so quickly , it was quite a surprise to read. I missed the last meeting, so crazy busy at work and have my MRI this Monday , so might miss again. May her memory be a blessing. ❤️

I do believe she was at the meeting on April 14th, so definitely extremely quickly.

@seeq - that is great news. Will keep them in my thoughts and prayers.

Had my virtual visit with the neuro-oncologist this morning. He went over the Genomic report.

    Great news …

"no evidence of neoplastic DNA/RNA in the analyzed sample."
