Hi friends- heading in to work today and looks like NM is getting another blast of early winter. Storms up north with snow around and just noticed there was rain on the patio.
It feels like I have a cold coming on. Not surprising with all that has gone on and not good sleep for weeks, although that is returning. Lack of regular sleep is usually what wears me down the most and that has been the story over here for awhile. I just took some daytime cold medicine and will see if I can pull it off to get to work for awhile or just need to work from home. Right now the jury is out.
Cami- no relaxing yet, but trying to get more rest. I have some relaxing planned in a few weeks.
Goldie- no fires around the family in CA at this time.
JCS- the story of your friend who lost her battle is not unfamiliar to me. I had a friend whose mother kept going to the doctor not feeling well and they could never find anything until they finally found a large tumor in her pancreas and it had metastasized. From all I know, it is hard to detect and usually by the time there are symptoms, it is late stage. I am sorry to hear of your friend's untimely passing. Pancreatic is a tough one. And yes, cancer sucks.
Will see you guys next weekend. Have a good Halloweeny and here is a funny for you. Something tells me I have spent too much time in hospitals lately.....

Good Morning, Loungettes!Happy Twofer Tuesday! Yesterday's seminar was great, heard lots of new info and got a list of websites to check out as well as catching up with a couple of people from my working past, including one who was at school there when I was, in the same dorm (it was the Health Sciences Dorm back then, it's offices and classrooms now). I'm actually eager to get to work today to check out some of that stuff! Sadie seemed pretty interested when I was telling her all about it when I got home.
Goldie--good ideas, I may do both! It amazes me how much longer it takes to do anything outside then I think it will. But it's good to get outside.
Teka--I'll check out that movie!Thanks!
Bear--I do a split screen, with the posts on one side and word on the other, that way I can type responses as I read, then copy and paste into BCO. WOW, that is a GREAT cake!
Morning, Jazzy!
Librarian--It is not unusual for pancreatic cancer to not be found until it is Stage IV. It doesn't cause many symptoms until the tumor is very large and the disease has already spread. There really isn't any screening test for it. You may live in a "hot spot" or your area may be experiencing a "cancer cluster". Cancer is a hateful disease.
Cammy Cat--LOL at the slippers!I'll check out Unbelievable, too. Ooh, I live cherries, the Aviation sounds super yummy!
Goldie--the Chewbacca Cocktail sounds really good, too!
Jazzy--I vote for working from home and seeing if you can ward off the cold as much as possible. Not surprising that you caught something, though, between interrupted sleep and being in a hospital getting exposed to heaven knows what.

Mornin' Ladies,
Yes Lori tried to teach me split screen, but to no avail, my boss and Joey tried to, so I think the fault lies within me.
Jazzy I hope u decide to work from home and take what's needed. We all know less sleep and spending any time in a hospital is an open door for an infection of some kind and as long as u feel something coming on take care of it right away. Oh funny cartoon.
Kim u met people from school??? Wow that's going to be fun. BTW u haven't put up a pic. of Sadie lately.
I started reading at the wrong place now I can't go back so I don't know what's going on with everyone, my fault. I hope everyone is OK.
Well my Drs. app't is done for now. And as usual I left with a bang. This time I was waiting at the desk for something from the Dr. and I felt something around my ankles, I looked down and there were my pants. They slid right down and I stood there with my Depends on. Of course I started laughing but my dr. and a nurse came charging over to me like I fell or something, then they started to laugh and so did everyone around. Good thing I really don't get embarrassed that easily. All she said was this is so like you.. But she did say in my visit she loves getting my emails, that actually made me feel good cuz I hate bothering her with my problems at odd times so I felt more comfortable with that. And she ordered some more tests cuz she's "watching" something and I told her I don't want to know, cuz if she really hasnt seen it don't bother me about it. I'm so glad I found her when I came here. I really loved my other Dr. and didn't think I'd find anyone like him, but I did.
Then one of the guys stopped by and another called to see how things were, they're so cute. Cuz I have to tell them when I won't be around the phones and with my exciting life they know it's for a Dr.------here I go blabbering again. I shall stop.

Kim, it is nice to get outside, but right now we are experiencing chilly weather and winds, not so fun when it's like that. I do have some geraniums I need to get out of thier big pots and put into single ones so I can bring them in the house. How did your garden do this year? So glad you enjoyed your visit on campus and got to reunite with some old classmates. And it's so nice to hear you say you are excited about going into work. I don't think that was ever the case with hospice.
Oh Cami, OMG...your pants fell down and you weren't embarrassed? Glad you like your new doctor, I think that is so important. If you don't want to know what is going on, maybe you could designate someone for the good doctor to let that person know? I would suggest Leslie, but meese tinks she has enough on her plate. Hail, you could use me!!!!
62 degrees today (not bad) but winds getting to 30 mph and gusting to 40-55 mph!
Tomorrow's high is 41 with a low of 8 tomorrow night!0 -
Cami- there you go showing off your sexy legs again at the doctor's office. But seriously, I am sure that was not a great experience for you. I hope whatever is being watched is just that. They will always be watching our lumps and bumps......
I went to work yesterday and felt pretty lousy and tried to leave but got pulled into a vortex, cluster, whatever. I never ended up leaving until 4 - ish. I was feeling better by the end of the day and did a bit of shopping after work and figured it was the Prolia shot aftermath. But today I woke up feeling like crap again, and just say I have a bugaboo going on, so I stayed home. Spending my time work and napping. Getting a few phone calls done that need to get done today too.
I hear it's snowing again up north. Where did fall go?

Good Morning, Loungettes!Happy Hump day! Hard to believe this month is almost over. The time seems to be flying by. I'm glad it's still pretty warm, don't need the heat on all the time yet. One of the big advantages of sleeping with Sadie, she makes a great bed warmer, even if she does hog the pillows! I was doing some winter stocking up the other day and made a goof. I found a 20 lb bucket of rolled oats at Sams Club, then found a 10 lb bucket on Amazon. Ordered the 10 lb bucket and thought I removed the 20 lb bucket from the Sams Club order, discovered that I didn't do that. So now I have 30 pounds of rolled oats to deal with! Fortunately, rolled oats stay good in the unopened bucket for up to 3 years. I guess I'll be making lots of granola and grinding lots of oatmeal flour for the foreseeable future!
Cammy Cat--I'll get a pic of Sadie up soon, if I can get her to hold still long enough to get a clear one! Oh my goodness, losing your pants in the doc's office, how funny and embarrassing at the same time! Crazy DOTD, is that a shot glass inside a glass? How on earth does one drink that????
Goldie--My garden did pretty well for being mostly ignored. I got some nice green peppers and some herbs that I dried. Be careful in those winds and watch for falling branches and things!
Jazzy--glad you are taking care of yourself today. Maybe you've got a combo going on, Prolia aftermath and trying to come down with something. Still best to rest for a bit!

Mornin ladies,
A little quiet in here this morning.
Oh Kim glad u did the DOTD I have a hard time with that and can't figure out what I'm showing. LOL Like Lori said it's so nice to hear you say ur looking forward to going to work, all that time with Hospice and it knocked the hell out of u. Tell Sadie she has to pose for us. We want everyone to see her. Looks like rolled oats will be on ur list for recipes LOL
Jazzy it's really best u stay home and work whether it's the shot or not sounds like u need to slow down. This last month has been very hard on u and ur system might just be showing it.
Oh Lori if u were here I'd be going for all these stupid tests that she wants me to do, u would take charge for sure. LOL BTW I still call Joey, Joey but I do have to ask him about his friends at school I never thought of that.
Woke up to SNOW this morning about an inch maybe, calling for more and then mixed with rain, then more snow. I guess it's winter without fall again this year. I'll text Debbie not to come, with a mix of rain and snow sounds icky to me and maybe slippery and I don't want her coming here if any of the streets are slippery anywhere. Of course younger people never get as uptight about driving like I do, but I always did so age has really nothing to do with it for me. I live in fear.
Hoping everyone is doing good and rest if u feel tired, really.

Oh don't we change time pretty soon??? I know it's in November and this month is almost over, can't believe it.
And I've ordered about 10 small gifts so far for Christmas, so officially I'm on my way.

Time change this weekend Cami! Fall back Saturday night.

I spent yesterday with a dear friend that had her breast implants removed and replaced last week. She had breast cancer after her mother and sister had both been diagnosed (but before any genetic testing) over 20 years ago. She had a double mastectomy due to fear of disease progression. Herimplants had hardened and shifted to the point they were uncomfortable. She is still in recovery mode and some pain. I washed her hair, took food and entertained her for several hours. It is sad to me how the specter of breast cancer never leaves.
Been busy planning our trip to Brevard, NC. Several waterfalls to see and short hikes that should be full of fall color. I hope to do some Christmas shopping while there as well. It will also serve as my Cancerversary celebration! It will be one year since the diagnosis on Nov 9.
Cami! Your pants fell off?! That is hilarious. Glad you were able to laugh about it. We have had two days of rain, but temps have not dropped that much. Will walk this morning, then have a lazy day. Take care everyone!

Splít screen ? Computer ? I'm on my phone. I can split screen, but I always do it when I don't need it. I'll have to try it. Hopefully the letters won't look any smaller.
I've been busy praying for 2 ladies I care deeply about. Husbands are misbehaving. A friend nagged her 44yo son into his 1st colonoscopy. The mass is cancer. Seems like they are all cancer. Did I say that I hate, hate, seriously hate cancer. Spent a day with my baby girl. Sugars over 400 & spilling so many ketones the stick wouldn't show how many. She worked at it to avoid the hospital. She's been in ICU for a week.
We are going to her house for Trick or Treating tomorrow. I think some of these lovely cocktails are in order. 🍺🥂🍾🍷🥃🍸🍹
I pray for all the ladies here. I would offer to drink to each of you as well, but I don't think I can hold that much liquor.
Love & hugs to all,
NancyB ♥️🐾🎶0 -
Cami, time to add a bunch of belts to your accessories. There are jeans I don't dare wear now without 'em, lest I be mistaken for the washing machine repair guy or a hip-hop wannabe (and at 68, these hips don't hop). And IMHO, Always Discreet are prettier than Depends. We didn't get snow today here by the lake, just icky cold rain. But they're forecasting flakes for trick-or-treating, so I'd better scatter some salt on the steps & sidewalk before school lets out (IF there's school---dunno if they settled the strike). Without school in session, the little goblins'll likely get started after lunch time if their folks are home from work. They were supposed to come around on Sat., but the pouring rain put the kibosh on that. Meanwhile, we have >15 lbs of candy--and I made sure not to buy anything I like. Gotta keep this weight loss safe!
Still doing Konmari-ing, but barely making a dent. Just got a whole bunch of plastic sweater boxes for storing my knits without those hanger-bumps on the shoulders that look like pussy-hat ears. (Ironing barely works--have to drench them in water while wearing them, and massaging till they lay flat against the shoulders). The bigger boxes will store my warmer-weather out-of-season stuff. Have no trips planned to sunny climes: London in late Nov., NYC in early May. There is a food & wine tour of northern Italy (Florence, rural Tuscany, Milan, Venice) led by the chef-owner of Spiaggia in April, but not sure if we can afford it (prices haven't been set yet, but lodging's in boutique hotels, gulp!). Folk Alliance is in NOLA...but in January. Jan-March down there can be cold and wet. (And trying to stay low-carb there is more of a challenge than even in Italy). The Bar Assn. hasn't announced a spring continuing ed trip yet--we have a new Pres. whose focus is on diversity and inclusion in lower-income communities, so the four-star junkets are likely not his thing. Wouldn't be surprised to find the 2020 trip--if there is one--is to Mexico or Puerto Rico, with volunteerism as part of it.
My PCP is from Santa Rosa, and his advanced-octogenarian parents still live there. They made it through the Tubbs fire ok two years ago--hope the Kincade one doesn't touch them. My housekeeper's husband has been hospitalized at the V.A. since Mon., when he got his dialysis port installed but his anemia was so bad he needed both transfusions and iron infusions. And the lawyer who produces the Bar Show got a sudden retinal detachment, so he had emergency surgery and is out of commission (literally keeping his head down) for at least a week. If you're inclined to pray....

Mornin' ladies
HAPPY HALLOWEEN AND SNOW SNOW SNOW WITH RAIN RAIN RAIN IS STARTING ALREADY.
Thanks Jazzy I really didn't know and keep on forgetting to ask Joey.
OK Illi that's what I'm talking about. looks gooood, what better way to start things up.
JC u r really surrounded with lots of chit and I know it just keeps reminding u everyday. Oh I know we're in remission or they say things look good, but I swear there is always something after and it's not easy. And then when so many people have had it, u can't help from wondering, WHY. Its still all over the place and it shouldn't be. They're having a memorial for Leslie's GF this coming week and Les went and they got all the pics organized. One of her oldest GFs died and she's having a hard time with this. I can tell how angry she isnot only about herself but the word cancer is so in her vocabulary and she's in her 40's.We all detest this damn chit, its just so sad.
Sandy ur being surrounded by all types of things too. Jeez there is always room for more prayers. But u have some good stuff to look forward to and I like that. How come the weather is not goofy by you??? It's already started here, of course we'll see how the day goes and really chilly here. OK my usual How's Gordy and Leslie doing. I enjoy hearing about love in progress, it's a happy thing.
Do all of u use ur phones to write here??? I know my phone has the capabilities to do this but who can see and it takes me forever to just text someone. Worse than here and I have one of those little sticks too. I've said it before, I got my first puter about 10 yrs. ago and set it up myself and knew what I was doing. My brain has now attrified >sp> and I'm lucky to keep a post. Oh well
Oh I can picture our dog tonight, he's going to be barking like a sailor on leave, it'll be brutal here.
Hoping a good day for everyone.

Good Morning, Loungettes!Happy Thirsty Thursday! Getting up to a rainy day today, but it should be fun anyway. Found my pirate costume from the Disney cruise a few years back, hopefully it still fits. Lots of goings on at work today. Sadie was sleeping hard when the alarm went off this ayem, she's just now ambling out of the bedroom and curling up in the recliner to go back to sleep! Ah, the life of a dog!
Cammy Cat--It is nice to be looking forward to going to work like I do these days. I should have learned to take better care of myself long before I did,but I've learned now and am definitely setting limits and sticking to them. Waking up to snow? Wow! I'm glad we're not getting that here, yet! Yup, time change this weekend! Hard to believe.
Morning, Jazzy!
Librarian--it is hard to think about how pervasive the bc specter becomes. Sorry your friend is having to go through all this.
Illi--ooh, that mango margarita looks yummy! Was it as good as it looks?
Bear--I am sorry to hear about your friend's son andyour baby girl. So difficult. And I agree, cancer is very hateful. And here in the HTL we virtually drink to each other just as, or probably even more, often than we really do! The sentiment is greatly appreciated, and we don't expect anyone to endanger themselves in any way!
Chi--my heavens what a lot going on in your world!Saying prayers for everyone, and for you to keep that weight loss safe! Sounds like you are taking reasonable precautions.
Cammy Cat--LOL!!I love a fancy feast, but probably not the kind kitty is referring to!

Notes
TO SERVE AS SHOWN IN PHOTOS:
Add black sanding sugar to a small plate, and light corn syrup to another small plate. Dip rims of martini glasses in corn syrup, then into sanding sugar.
ADDITIONAL OPTIONS:
Add a pinch of edible luster dust for a subtle sheen.
Reduce lemon lime soda to 1 1/2 oz, and add 1 oz vodka for a more alcoholic drink.
To make non-alcoholic, use 3 1/2 oz orange juice and 4 oz lemon lime soda, then add a few drops of green food coloring.

Jazzy, I had to laugh at your comment of Cami showing off her legs, good one! I hope you are feeling better and staying home. No snow here, but it's cold. Yesterday morning we got down to 6. Super hot summer and hardly no fall. Suppose to warm up to the 60's soon tho. Looking forward to that.
Oh dear NM, 30lbs of oats? I can't even imagine what that might look like. The Amazon order, can't you return that? But it might not be worth the hassle. So cool that you make flour out of it. Perhaps make lots of that and keep it in the freezer? What kind of things do you make with that flour, and what's the taste? Oh, and oatmeal cookies can be frozen too, I have done that. I did not go out on that windy day.
Cami, I would so go with you to appointments. What tests are you having? Or did you say you didn't want to know? Are you going to have them? I asked about Joe/Joey as my grandson is James, and when little they called him Jimmy. I thought they should call him Jamie, but who and I. Anyways, as he got older, he didn't like being called Jimmy, so they call him James now. But I still refer to him as Jimmy, mainly cuz we don't see them but once a year, so not used to calling him James. I do get corrected occasionally! Is Joey going out for treats?
JCS, so very nice of you to help your friend out. So often people say "let me know if I can help" and then they don't. Congrats on 1 year, may you have many many more.
Baby Girl aka Illimae, didn't know you were going to San Diego, at least there are no fires there! That drink looks quite yummy.
Nancy, all your posts are from your phone, you guys would not hear from me much if I had to do that. I don't even like texting! I'm so sorry to hear of your friends son and your DD. Praying for both of them and you as well. I don't know what ketones are, will have to look that up. You can have as many drinks that you want and just toast all of us with each one.
Sandy, laughing at not getting candy you like! 15 lbs sounds like a lot for sure, so lots of kids coming your way. I would love it! Prayers for your housekeeper's husband and the lawyer. Firefighter friend of ours had that detached retna, and was no longer allowed to be a fire fighter.
NM, have fun at work with your pirate costume, I remember it. Too bad you couldn't dress Sadie up and take her with. I don't think you ever slowed down at work because you are such a devoted nurse and always put others (patients) before yourself. Glad you are taking charge now and sticking to it.
Well, we have hit 0 degrees this morning, with the wind chill. I can't believe it! DH got up around 2:30, was 58 in the house! So he fired up the pellet stove.

Greetings from Eerie Bat Grave (lol)- happy Halloween to all you fans of the holiday (I am one). I have a fun mad hatter hat I plan to wear in to work today. It's one of those fun things one can wear but take off should people be around who have no sense of humor. I have seen plenty of people dress up there for the holiday so chances are my hat will be quite acceptable. Yesterday, I saw a dead body dripping blood in the client cafeteria. Who thought that was a good idea? No candy being handed out tonight, going to da pool instead.
My crud seemed to move through and felt better yesterday and got in to work. I kept my plans to go to an early dinner with a good friend, who also had family in town for balloon fiesta that did not turn out to be a good time either. I plan to leave town for balloon fiesta and do a birthday trip overseas with my nephew to the EU next October.
The moving company is supposed to come this week to pick up my sister's car to ship back to CA. They were supposed to call 2 days in advance and that should have happened by yesterday with a target to pick up today or tomorrow. I called and left a message last night on the number given to me (and the VM was not the same person I talked to last week) and left a detailed message about needing an update on when they are coming. I am going in a bit late to work to have some time to have that conversation with them. Back end mess on this continues over here.
I was fortunate that the balloon company has been willing to refund most of my money for the ride we could not take for my nephews b-day. I had to petition them with a letter for a refund, including a letter from the hospital confirming my SIL being there the day of our planned ride. They called yesterday and I am getting everything back except for the booking fee, which they said is non-refundable no matter what. My nephew said he would come back for another visit and he wants to do the hot springs and a balloon ride.
I have not heard anything from my sister but know if they cannot get my SIL off the respirator, then other decisions are probably being made this week. I hope if this is her time now, that she has loved ones around to help her with the transition. I am letting them have their privacy and my sister will text me with any major updates either way.
Okay, you ghoulish girls have a good Halloween. Dia Dos Muertos (day of the dead) which is big in Mexico is also big here too.
Oh and it is 16 degrees here today. Who ordered winter?

I use my phone here, haven’t been on a laptop for many months.
I’m here in San Diego for a concert tonight (taking my brother), then I fly back home tomorrow am.
Here’s my view

Magical Bat Rogue here. The snow was late getting here by the lake--saw the first flurry about 10:30 am. But by trick-or-treat time, it was a full-on squall. Back down to flurry again--but we got over 2" here all told. Luckily, the ground was warm enough that we didn't need to shovel; and it didn't deter the kids. We ran out of candy at 7:30. (Couldn't bring myself to hand out last Christmas' mini-Santas and booze truffles, never mind soy sauce packets & #2 pencils). Here's a dirty little secret: Halloween is my least favorite holiday--and yeah, that includes Yom Kippur when you have to fast for 24 hrs. and communally confess your sins all day at three different synagogue services.
Why do I hate Halloween? Let me count the ways. First, it's just me here--Bob is working, Gordy doesn't live here any more (and he's at work too, having returned from his birthday trip to NOLA with Leslie). It's hours long and I can't even go to the bathroom or feed the cats, much less have my own dinner. Second, I have two cats--Happy, my orange patch tabby, can't understand why I won't let all those kids inside to pet him. Heidi is black as midnight--and in grave danger on this night. (My previous cats were escape artists, and the sound of them yowling and scratching from behind closed doors was torture). Third, the kids start coming as soon as school is out and they can get into their costumes. Because of the CPS teacher strike (aka "Take Your Kids to Work Week"), had the weather been decent they'd have started right after lunch, as they do when the holiday is on a weekend. And they keep on coming....and coming...and coming. Can't even turn my back for a second to replenish the bucket. My feet & back are killing me, and it's freezing out there--every time I open the door my nose runs. (Not to mention the adorable little toddlers who cough without covering their mouths).
We live on a double-length block--that alone would account for 100 or more kids. Edgewater Glen is well-known as the North Side's candy jackpot. But our whole neighborhood (three blocks either side of us, and across Broadway in East Edgewater) sends its kids; and then there are the poorer kids from Rogers Park & beyond who take the train down here to trick or treat (and some kids from affluent neighborhoods whose parents troll the street in SUVs). I don't mind little kids, up to age 12 or so, especially in costumes. But I'm sorry--if you are already shaving, IMHO you're too old for trick-or-treating. And I echo the words of John Goodman playing Dan on "The Conners" when answering his door late on Halloween night and finding a teenager: a parka and your school backpack (or a plastic grocery bag)? "Not a costume." Now it doesn't need to be clever or elaborate or expensive: just make the effort, glue paper cat ears to a headband, even just raid mom's (or your own) makeup case. But not if you're 16 or older. When I was a kid, 16-year olds went out only to escort their little siblings. And we were told never to bother stores or busineses--nowadays, businesses have to be prepared to hand out candy all day.
Other things that drive me nuts: kids who don't say "thank you;" those who are pissed off that I don't come down my stairs onto the sidewalk; those who keep holding their bags or plastic pumpkins out even after I've dropped candy into it (alternate versions: "Can I have another piece?" or "I don't like that one, I want a Snickers instead," or "so-and-so down the street gives out full-size candy bars"). Adults who solicit not just for their kids (which is ok) but also stick out a second bag for the babies in strollers who don't even have teeth yet. Just be honest and say it's for yourself--but don't expect me to approve. Halloween is for kids. The one that takes the cake is the teen who, after I give him a piece, says "And one for my baby's mama." And after I run out (some years as late as 8:30) lock the door, and turn off the porch light, they (always the teens) still keep knocking on the door and are angry that I don't answer. You snooze, you lose. If I have to delay my dinner to hand out candy, you can delay your dinner to go soliciting candy.
It's a wonder my DOTD was water and not vodka. (And yeah, my espresso machine is broken, too).

Wow, Sandy! I agree completely about Halloween. Absolute least favorite ‘holiday’. We have lived for the past 20 years on a very busy street and get no trick or treaters. When we lived in a neighborhood known for being wealthy (not us!) we got van loads of kids. I stopped carving a pumpkin when it became something to destroy my yard with.
I watched Baylor win it’s football game (barely) and stayed up too late. Now up early to go to chemo. Might nap through it today! Been busy planning our trip to Brevard, NC. Have some waterfall hikes planned, but then started thinking about bears. Weather should be cool and sunny. We will visit some local pottery shops as well as a couple of breweries. Gotta get laundry done so I can pack.
I also visited my jeweler. I found a lovely pearl charm necklace for my daughter-in-law’s birthday. She is turning 40 and I wanted something special. She is not that in to jewelry, but this is edgy enough to please her. He was having a sale (40% off!) so saved a few dollars. He is going to help me design a bracelet that I can add to as a way of commemorating my ‘Cancerversaries’ in the future. No pink ribbons! His wife also has MBC and is still here five years after diagnosis.
Gotta go! Hope all have wonderful weekends planned! We did have a short, but very bad thunderstorm last night. Brought a big limb down on the house. No damage, but much noise and upset for a few minutes.

Jazzy, glad you are feeling better. Sorry about the issues with the car and what an amazing relationship you have with your nephew. He is lucky to have you and I know you will have a great time together with that trip.
Baby girl, great view. My stepdaughter lives in Oceanside. You certainly aren't there long!
Sandy, your synopsis of why I hate Halloween is hilarious!
JCS, be careful of those bears! Do lots of talking and making noises, maybe even bells on your shoes. We always take a gun with us when out on the trails, just for that purpose. Thankfully we have never had to use it.
Town day today. Happy Fried Day! And now onto the weekend!

Mornin ladies this is Goulish Scarecrow Sniper chiming in..ding dong <sorry Sandy>
Oh that was funny and I understood every wood personally with ur reasoning. The weather was so bad last nite we only got about 10 kids, which was fine with all of us, except our dog. Even one was way to much for him. And my room is in the back so all I heard was the dog, bad enough but not to many so that was good. I talked to Dan this morning and forgot and asked him what the kids were, well they do not believe in this holiday at all <religious reason> so we got into a discussion about that even tho he's right with the meaning, I still like to debate. ut Sandy I'm on ur side anyway. LOL
Jazzy it's kinda good u haven't heard from ur DS but I'm sure u will and I pray ur sister is all right.
Illi I knew u'd enjoy that drink I think we all did.
BEARS u say and Lori knows about this too. Are u people living on the edge here.I don't think bears really like people in their area and boy what I respect that one reason Well I guess if ur going thru cancer chit u can go thru anything.
Kim no matter what u do ur busy, that's cuz it comes from ur heart, it always has all these years. BBut it's good u stepped back a little for ur own sake and of course Sadie's too.
I'm really running late this morning and woke up to my phones going like cray and boy did I get confused. No coffee no bathroom yet. Had to call people back to make sure what they were talking about. Hope I got them all. Very seldom do I make small mistakes, I usually go for the big ones, much more noticeable. I did tell Dan if he paid me for my actual work I'd owe him money so just pay me with a closed mind and open hand.
Lori it's hard to believe u got that cold where u live. That sounds likeChicago weather, Jeez. And I've thought the same about Joey's name but I do call him Joseph quite a bit, never have to middle name him tho.
Well I hope everyone has a good day and anyone who uses their phone, good for u.
LUBS U ALL
