A Blue Moon sounds good for tonight--anyone been able to see tonight's full moon? It is spectacular! It is the Autumn Equinox and Jupiter should be highly visible right next to the moon. I got a glimpse of it while we were driving home earlier. I had to stop moon gazing and get back to watching for deer--they were out and about this evening--dH almost hit several on our way home! Hoping to step outside in a bit to see if I can get another look.....then, I'm off to the bar to pick up my bucket o' beers and heading out to the pool!!!!!

Would love to dip a cup in the Percotini Fountian, but I had my procedure last month and kicked out the Percs due to, well, you know the SEs of that...so, maybe a Metamucil Mojito instead? or a Sambucca Sennokot? Ahh, it's not so bad, the worst is over. I have my second saline fill next week and hope it won't be to painful.

Let's see,Metamucil Mojito Recipe
1 oz Light Rum
3 tbsp Lemon Juice
2 tsp Sugar
3 oz Mint
oz Club Soda
1 tbsp MetamucilServe in a shaker with a straw and spoon.
If you like milkshakes wait a few minutes until the drink gels and "drink" with a spoon.
If you like thinner drinks, chug as soon as served. Sabucca Sennokot Shooter1/2 oz Bourbon
1/2 oz White Sambuca
2 crushed Sennokot tabletspour burbon and sambuca into a shot glass. Sprinkle crushed sennokot on top.
Drink quickly, repeat until desired effect is achieved.

Lulu, several of the girls here have been where you are and will be able to offer up some advice/suggestions...especially when it comes time for surgery. And we all would most likely hop on our magic bus and head to hospital to be there with you. Really quite an awesome group of women here.

Junie, thanx for the heads up on viewing the moon....went outside right when I read your post, and it was beeeutiful! Thought I saw Jupiter (very bright like a star near the moon)...but then it disappeared....may have been blocked by the clouds. Also very glad you did not run into a deer and that you got home safely!!!
'Nuther hot day here.....need some inspiration to get moving (Noooooo not in the way NM's drinks would get me moving).......but so much to do. Maybe I can join you HD and earn that other .50 a day! Can we have a RedBull drink with likker????

TGIF to the loungies. We're heading off for the week end for a big BD bash at friends in Okla. Will be lots of toasting to "many more" and most likely a casino jaunt this evening! Fingers crossed for the gamblin' god to be in a generous mood. Dee, have fun at the races--good luck!!!

Lori, Nice pics! I forgot when you will be in N'ville...will you PM me? Not sure our schedule as we have to have workers here for the floor replacement, walls, etc, plus get the a/c fixed. No one has a fire lit under them, so its been slow going, but will need to be here for sure, once they get started. Also, my leg vein surgery was postponed since they didn't get the preapproval for me....glad we called to check! As for the picture, you just stare at it till it shows up. Takes longer the first time,now I can see them quickly...I just zone out and stare at it....try it sometime without giving up till you see it. Neat to see an image in 3D....this one is a simple image, but pretty. And once the image shows up, you can look at it normally, and side to side without staring anymore. Some are very elaborate...but ya gotta be patient if you want to see it. Saw tons of images by googling either "magic eye" or "stereogram".
Ummmm....now all the posts are on the previous page and my memory is not THAT good....LOL. But hope everyone is doing well.....kitty hope the chemo went okay. Beans, so glad you are back! Welcome to all the new loungettes.
