Lori, Glad you made it home safely.....what a scare seeing that wreck! And scary that you had to drive quickly to get home b4 dark. Ohhhhhhh.....winter driving.....and sliding.....not fun! Too bad that gal didn't work out....but like you said, maybe she just wanted a free trip. Hope you can find someone good soon!
Dorothy, Lori and others can tell you MUCH better than I can, about how to insert a photo in your post. One thing I have learned though is you can't just copy a pic from your files....it needs to be on the internet. But you could put your personal photos on a site like photobucket and then just copy it and paste it in your message. Thats what I do,anyway. But NM, AStorm, Lori, HD and others who post a lot of pics might be able to provide more info on this. Oh,oh.....I sense some nottie fun having you around....sounds like a fun night with one of the guys....go for it girl! We share them, and they seem to be able to take care of us all....
Just remember, "What happens at the HTL, stays at the HTL"!!! LOLNIce day today, in the 70's, wish I could get Pants or Jocks to help me with some carpentry repair...but they seem more suited to making drinks and giving massages! Just realized the rain is coming in tomorrow, and cold temps along with it, and I have some rotten wood to remove and replace at the townhouse. At least it is low, as I try not to do the high repairs anymore.....used to scare my DH when I would be way up on the ladder and reaching out to repair something. That also would be the time my back would spasm....not fun! But he doesn't know how to do repairs, and it is so hard to hire anyone you can trust, that I try to do things I can (AStorm is my twin, as she does this too!). So, a busy day....gotta have something full of energy and likker......any suggestions?????

AStorm - I was so excited about my BD and getting rads, and chemo that I couldn't sleep, that Espresso Maritni with BD cake and bean cake is perfect to get my motor going this morning. Weekdays DH gets up around 5 so I get up and feel dazed and confused till I get some Espresso Marini's going! The Sagittarius info is interesting, always knew I was optimistic and irresponsible, how about flaky?? So you R sag too? When is your BD???

Claire - tank u for da BD wishes...when all this S*** is over I will through such a huge celebration, I will spring for the bus trip, or plane trip (without tsa), and yacht trip too, to pick everyone up and head to the casino for gambling fun, fancy meals, open bar, firemen shows, hot tubs, massages, and lots of cake and champagne!!! Maybe some parsnips too and skiing!!!
Kittycat - great to hear from you, you have been missed here!...I never joined a wine of the month club cuz we need wine every day...I had one of those cats - he was beautiful, a striped tabby, but he loved me and DH and hated everyone else...anyone who came over would get hissed at and swatted at. We had a big doggy crate we would put him in when visitors came over cuz he would literally go attack them...we got him as a kitten at a shelter and think he was wild. I just started rads last Wed so have 3 down and 30 to go (5 boosts at the end). The first 3 were no problem and I was told just to use aloe vera gel for now. So far, so good, hope the same for you.
Goldie - good to hear from you too! Too bad about the accident and getting stuck in traffic - I hate that. Maybe the gal from Bakersfield is a flaky saggitarius??? How fun to see the cycling event, well get settled and come back to party tonight!
DorothyK - thank you for the BD wishes, there will be a party starting in about 20 minues when Goldie gets out of the shower...the bus is picking everyone up for the party today, tonight and all day tomorrow for the start of my last chemo cycle and 5th rad...?? I need all the hand holding I can get over the next two weeks for double down chemo & rads. I get scared and need a big glass of sumpthin when I think about it. Glad to hear you will be getting back to work, but hope you will keep coming back when you have time!

This is how I attach photos: 1. Find photo on the Internet; 2) Right click on the photo and click on "properties" at the bottom. 3) Look at the "Address (URL) and see if it has jpg at the end also some png endings work too. 4) highlight the address which will be something like http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/0/0e/Music-Gclef.png/100px-Music-Gclef.png then right-click and click on "copy". 5) Now go to BCO page and above where you post a reply there is a little green tree icon, click on the tree and a small window will open. 6) At the top where it says "Image URL" right-click and paste the address (URL). 7) enter a brief description where it says "Image description." 8) Click on insert button. You can also mess with the size by changing the dimensions...I haven't done much more than this, but it works for me. You can also save images and upload to photobucket and insert them from photobucket. Hope this helps!!
Hey, now let's party, I'm starting out with that great Espresso Martini, then tons of cake and do we have to have parsnips?? Maybe kale or spinach or broccoli with garlic and olive oil??? I like green beans sautéed with garlic and olive oil and a little salt and parmesan chz. Well, I used to...maybe I'll just stick with peanut butter cups and plan the veggies for Valentines...

I'm pretty new to this thread and love it already. OMG -- the drinks, the cars, the other pictures and the story were great, but the tan guy with the sizzling buns made my day (maybe my whole week)!
Spent some time yesterday lining up the wine bottles and checking the liquor cabinet so we'll be ready for Thanksgiving.

The girls here are a hoot. This is by far my favorite forum, so much talent and creativity. I have a feeling I am going to be hanging out quite a bit at the lounge, service is always with a smile. Oh, please don't let me drive drunk, I would hate to crash my cyber Porsche.

Oh Beans, you sure know how to throw a party! Esp with those "Hot Buns"!!!! How it got by the "photo police" I'll never know, but hope it stays up there for awhile! Whew, and I was hot enough from working outside and then saw that pic! Really doing a lot of outside work today....repaired/replaced some rotten wood around the front door (need to go back there and prime it b4 rain comes)....and it took godawful forever to chisel out a big area that wasn't rotten; painted the mailbox and iron decortive post; trimmed shrubs at our house.......and I am worn out but more to do. Three more hours to happy hour, then on to the HTL for Beans' blowout birthday bash!!! Beans, just tell the TT's and Wenches what you want, and it will be provided. Sometimes one of the hunky guys even jumps out of a cake! More happy birthday wishes for you today.....and sounds like so far you are having fun....or at least having fun posting neat pics....lol. I can't wait for that fantastic partay you are planning after all the tx.....we'll have the bus pick up everyone and won't that be fun!!
