Quick check in...chemo #5 yesterday...one to go on June 3! Thanks for the good wishes. I did get to nap in the chair, for over an hour. A first in five treatments. D2 (nursing student) went with me and the nurses were very helpful in explaining everything they were doing and why and letting her watch.

Went shopping today, mostly making returns for son (did you know that jean shorts are OUT and teen boys don't like v-necks? Hmmm...American Eagle has jean shorts and v-necks, but they are not IN at our HS. Who knew?!) Did some weeding (with gloves-just not the same) and planting some flowers. Later i got the Neulasta shot (still half-dose 'cause WBC was good again-yay!) and tried to get a little more gardening in before any SE's tried to hit. So far just a little queasy...something new.

I got  a text and pictures from my cousin's wife in Texas today. She first sent a picture of her hair in a long braid. Next pic the beautician is cutting the braid...3rd pic is a face shot of her holding the braid, with a note that said the braid is being sent to Locks for Love in my honor and also for a friend of hers. Moved me to tears. So amazed to see who steps up with genuine compassion and who observes/watches from a distance, not saying anything. Sometimes friends (so -called) and sometimes family.

Love the frog stories. We get little toadies about the yard. I just adore them...but they do not make much noise. Just surprise me in the rocks when it is sunny and I am out pulling weeds. It was 100 degrees here on Tuesday and today 45. Such crazy weather! We had tornado warnings two days in a row. AC Tue; heat on Fri/Sat. Think I'll go by the fire pit (we have one of those don't we?!) and have a hot chocolate with butterscotch schnapps. Boyz?

Aw, Beans...so sorry you are still feeling crappy. Have you added any Immodium to your vodka? Don't suffer too long...dehydration can sneak up quickly. Feel better soon!

So sorry Beans because until an hour or so ago, was the most glorious day.  I hauled a neighbor out and took her on a long, easy ride.  Was ever so glorious in the spring sun.

We are back to rain, but I got to enjoy the most wonderful day.

I am trying to plan out a different route going out to the cycling weekend on Friday.  I have never been through White Pass which will give me amazing views of Mt Rainier and (I think) Mt St Helen's and Mt Adams.  This is assuming we have sun.

Congrats on being almost there Husker.  At this point my brain was done, but my body wanted to catch up.  So was out of sync for a bit.

Mrs Nice.....good luck on the lymphedema.  I can imagine being extra tired as I still need more sleep than prior to diagnosis.  But with all the ladieZ who have trouble sleeping, I will take this problem.

Kathy......I think you had a decent escape considering.  I know, just awful to repair, but you can relax and smile as ex-tenant goes to the slammer for other reasons.  You don't even have to do any of the dirty work.

Husker.....know what you mean by Locks of Love  Lady who was assistant manager where I live donated her hair shortly after I had mine cut off (and donated as I would not be needing it).  I was amazed that anyone would do this.

As a reward for cycling, I am making myself a steak dinner tonight.  Have some mushrooms which should make an amazing sauce.  Plus fresh asparagus and Potatoes Anna left over from last night.  With good red wine, of course.  BottomZ up! - Claire

Oh Beans, I am so sorry you are feeling crappy....can't we do something here to cheer you up? Maybe have the TT's put on a strip show? OR you could have one of them give you the most amazing massage? I wondered where you were....are your tests and appts going okay? Sending gentle hugs out to you (((hugs))).....and hoping we can LIFT your spirits (dbl meaning there with spirits). Speaking of double meanings, Claire, that was funny as "dirty work" can be payback if extenant goes to jail, but "dirty work" IS what I am doing....cleaning up her dirty mess....LOL.

Me tinks ebbywon is toooooo down in de dumps......how bout a late night party???? Last one to get a dwink is a rotten egg..........

Lori - thanks for the encouragement... I second-guess myself a lot these days! Teens have a way of making us ponder... "who are these people and what have they done with my kids?" "remind me... why did I want to be a parent?"  I hear it all works out in the end but since I'm kind of in the sticky middle part it's sometimes hard to imagine.

MrsNice - so nice to see you! Hope the LE isn't persistent and you continue to feel better and better every day.

Kristy - so glad you checked in... hope you continue to avoid SE's. .. my DD2 (15) is the "anti-princess". She won't wear a dress - even when she was little. I got a few pix of her as a toddler but as soon as she could talk she declared that she would not wear dresses. DD1 is the fashionista but I think DD2 actually worries more about what she wears. She was into American Apparel for quite awhile but now she is only wearing their zip sweatshirts with uber-cool tees (must have some obscure band or clever saying that I don't understand cuz I'm over 25) and skinny jeans with high-top Converse or black Tom's (those canvas shoes that cost 3 times what they are worth but they give a 2nd pair to someone in a 3rd world country so you feel good about overpaying even though they get the charitable writeoff and you don't). Not sure what she did with the hundreds of dollars worth of AE stuff...

     ... awwwwh. such a sucker...

DD1 has decided not to attend her prom. It just isn't panning out to be the experience she envisioned. Maybe prom isn't as big a deal as it was when we were in HS. I recall that being a cheerleader was a big deal, and going to games and dances but kids don't seem to do those things as much here. No, that wasn't her that was Molly Ringwald as "Andie" in Pretty in Pink. Andie made her own prom dress and I think it was the ugliest dress I ever saw and that is saying something as I survived the 80's fashion scene.

Gee it has been quiet here today. Hope everyone is having beautiful weather and taking some time off to enjoy it! I spend the day studying (3 more study days left) and DH rose his bike to town to the James Durbin event. (The American Idol kid who got voted off this week was from here... too bad he didn't have one more week cuz then he would have gotten a big parade and everything but the community turned out en masse to welcome him home and he performed.)

Gail, neat that your DH got to see James Durbin there! I thought (after Pia got voted off, that is) that either James or Hailey would win. Everyone has done SO well, that any of them could be recording artists. I caught James last night on Jay Leno...I really like his music, and also that he seems like a genuine, nice person.

Gail...send me your addy and I'll send you some snickerdoodle cookies....The freezer is filling up again...way more than I need to eat....B;day cook for son is pizza pan size pnut butter choc chip....The main reason I asked him about dinner is it was Shabbat and his first night home...ended up he was home for dinner...it was nice.....not sure what happened, but he and DD#2 got into some laughing fit!!!  it was fun to watch....

Its rained most of the afternoon and evening here today....cold and damp.....won't complain as we need the moisture......took a long nap after lunch and now wondering if I'll be able to fall asleep....just poured a glass of cabernet....and will have another one atleast....feeling anxiety knot in my stomach and not sure why......so will start with the wine and maybe progress to ativan!!!

Not much new to report here......skimmed the posts, but don't remember what I read, so I apologize for not addressing everyone by name......think I'm going to go look at the programs in Isreal that I am intersted in and airfare.....got to get busy as its less than 6 weeks away, since I'm going to go visit my DD and SIL in Toronoto first....May check back again tonight if the wine kicks in...otherwise, sweet dreams one and all.....Karen

Goldie-oh to have the energy to do some cleaning up! I'm glad you can play in the dirt, it's raining here, so dirt is mud and just a little too chilly for playing out in.

MrsNice-catching up can be quite a job here! Congrats on being back to full time work for 6 weeks! It will take a while longer before our brain catches up, and the tired part is no fun, but it does get better. Good for you for getting the LE attended to right away, it makes all the difference.

Wahine-I am feeling much better now, thanks, I actually had to get up around midnight and get something to eat because I was so hungry I couldn't sleep! I've lost 5 pounds, hope I can keep that weight from creeping back on. I'm still amazed at the crap your ex-tenant pulled, how self-centered can a person be? Sounds like she's doing it to everyone, and I'm sure she'll get what she deserves eventually. Changing the locks sounds like a good move!

Husker-Hooray for #5 down and only 1 to go! Glad DD2 got to go with you. Hooray, too, for the half dose of Nuelasta-WTG girl! You cousin's wife sounds like a wonderful woman, so sweet she did Locks of Love in your honor and her friend's. You're weather sounds like an exaggerated version of Maine spring weather-need the heat in the morning, A/C during the day, heat again at night. Yeesh. And yes, we do have a fire pit!

Beanie-hope you get over whatever is getting you down quickly. Not feeling well is the pits! Drink as much water, Gatorade, juice, etc as you can.

Claire-oh, my, steak, asparagus, yummy! Can I come eat with you?

AStom-hopefully the aliens will return your children soon!

Karen--becareful with offers like that--you never know who will take you up on it!

YAY, Glad you are feeling better, NM! Also hoping the 5 lbs do not return....only advantage of being sick, IMHO. I lost 3 lbs during the 5 days w/ g'kids here, so now realize I should go on the "grandkids diet" more often! It hasn't come back yet, but the cruise is coming up in a few days....

Beans, Hope you are feeling bettah, me don't like it when any of the chicas here feel bad. Was hoping you could have so much fun while there, darn it! Hope the appts go well, and you feel better soon.

Karen, Oh my, do you realize how many of us loungettes have a sweet tooth??? I bet your cookies are so yummy!

Kristy, How sweet of your cousin's wife to do that...and to send the pics! Wow. I didn't have chemo or rads, and really downplayed my bc, so nothing awesome like that, for me to mention. Neighbors were sweet and brought food after my surgery, but since DH is retired, I didn't really need help with anything. He was a good nurse. Don't know how some of the single gals here coped after surgeries! Anyway, what a nice thing she did, and will really help someone!!!

Think we may skip working at the condo today and focus on our home...which has been neglected. Nice cool weather today....oh how I wish it would stay this way! Hmmmm.....lets see... Pants would you please make me an Irish Coffee....and after that I will get a LARGE champagne glass and camp out at the mimosa fountain....then the yummy buffet....then lounging by the pool...then chatting with whoever shows up....

Hoping everyone will partake in our buffet and dwinks today....wishing you all the best!

    Barmen! Cancer Chupa!

K & K, how many more chemos? I have lost track.

Stanzie what a great story of explaining all of us to Bar630, that is sooooo cute, sweet and funny!

Ok, I am about half way done on page 493! But must go.

Oh my....I think I had a glass or 2 too much wine last night....it felt wondeful at the time, but my head hurts today.....will have to leave the drinking to cyber drinking for a while!!!!

Another gray day out today....only predicted to get to the 50's...still not complaining....have a flat of petunias to plant as well as 2 - 1 gallon perenials, but don't think I will plant them today....one of my schools has a flower fund raiser every year, so these are from them...last week-end I planted and one of the gerber daisies is dying already..the other looks beautiful...wonder if Lowes guarantees their plants!!!

Going to go read the Sunday paper.   Have a great day.  Karen

Well now you tell me! I didn't know you weren't suppoed to hold on! But then with my balance, how would you know?

Karen - I agree with Kathy and NM - cookies!!! YUM! I have both sweet tooth and teenagers...hmmm. Love it whe my kids get in laughing fit, love it when I get in laughing fit!

Missed the Bob Segar story so will have to go back.

Kathy, that tennant is just horrible, makes me anxious for you and is the reason I don't think I could ever rent even though I'd love the extra money.

Lost this post twice so don't even want to scroll up the page.... Beanie is it you who is sick, so sorry!

Kynm - I think you are feeling better?

OK, so the party went fine. The only bad part was when the girls were in the pool, and stayed and stayed and stayed which of course meant I was stuck just sitting there. Teenage girl (13 year olds) talk really isn't very interesting. Anyway, there is a little boy (7 years old) who lives one street over. He has wandered into the yard before and as he is little, I didn't want him to run away before I could contact his parents, I had him come in while I got the phone to call his parents. Apparently they were furious I had him come into my house??? He is 7 and wandering the neighborhood? Anyway, he immediately went back home. So the night of the party he shows up again with another little boy, also 7, but from one house over. So they start talking with the girls. The first boy, James, has a bow and arrow. I tell them they have to go tell their parents where they are. They leave and come back. WEll, they start talking and joking. One of the girls tells them she is Obama's adoped daughter (??) and they argue about this for about an hour, but then the boys start insulting the girls like saying one has big teeth ( well, she sort of does but the braces will help) and then got on to who had "larger boobies"! My boys at 7 wouldn't have ever said anything like this!!!!! So I was quite surprised, then the one James asked to see them!!! Is this normal for 7 year olds? One of the other girls steered the conversation away before I jumped in but that stuck me as really odd. James I think is quite smart considering his vocabulary but I don't think I like the child. Hmmm.... Also not really comfortable with a 7 year old who wanders around till 9:00am in the dark. Why on earth is this alright with his parents - they apparently were at the house one over and were outside so I'm guessing they thought it was just one big huge yard but they couldn't see us and we couldn't see them so?? And I've never met them. I guess I will have a little talk with him the next time he shows up saying I need to meet his parents first. He was cute at first but that whole thing made me wary. I couldn't leave to go talk to the parents with the kids in the pool so .... sometimes it would be nice to have another grown up.

The 5 hour Opera was actually fabulous. Look up Das Ringhold on the Met Opera site just to look at the set and pictures - It was amazing. There is one more part next fall. It ends with Wolden putting his cast out daughter Brunhilda in a deep sleep a top a craggy mountain top and sets a huge circle of fire around her so that the mortal who wakes her will have to be brave and strong enough to get though the fire and atop the mountain. She is lying sort of upside down with the firers raging and the sunlight streaming though these amazing set panels. One of the most dramatic things I have ever seen!

One other thing, online there is a story this morning about the French Finance officer(?) who allegedly raped a woman from housekeeping. If that isn't horrible enough, read the comments below - it was first but now there are probably more comments - it is long - you cannot miss it. The guy basically says there would be no rape if woman would just submit as they should! I was stunned and speechless to read this. See what you all think. Very scary that is person actually exists.

OMG Stanzie, I saw something scroll across the bottom of the tv about a rape, but didn't pay attention to it. Is there a link you were going to add to your post? ABOUT the young boys coming over, I would want to put a stop to that asap. Don't remember if your pool has a fence around it? Prob does, but they can climb over it if they want to. Also, don't like them coming to YOUR house and insulting your guests and wanting to see their boobs. That is just awful! Unreal how the one boys parents thought you shouldn't have him in your house???? Like he is safer wandering the neighborhood and getting lured in by some pervert or something? Yikes. Glad the girls had a good party though, but you must be exhausted!!!

    Happy sunday funday girls!

Mitch, I am going to take a guess at your name and say Michelle?? Lori was generous in giving me an "I". Help a friend here will ya? I was lmao at the 7 year old boys and the things they said.  I have a feeling you WILL be meeting this kids mother soon as he will probably keep showing up. It does amaze me at how some parents let their kids roam free. I was what my DD called over protective with her boundaries. I used to be baffled over a little girls lack of curfew when my DD was about five and her little friend Lauren, who lived around the corner would come over all hours looking for my DD to play. She was on her bike and it would be as late as 9pm and dark out. One time, this friend got a great idea to pull "weeds" by our swing set and the two of them pulled out a large section of my finely manicured grass, I was po'd. Anotheer time, they polished their finger nails on my kitchen table and there was more polish on the table then on their nails...ahhh, memories. It sounds like the party was a blast and you sure worked hard at giving her a wonderful day. I also related to the part about finding the light for the pool when DD did not even look. Kids!! I would have had my party cancelled had I tried that one as a kid.

Risque, I have come to visit several times but just did not have much to say. I am glad you are going to work in your own home today, although work, it is on YOUR home. I am angry for you over that little beotch, glad you had those locks changes. She is probably somewhere charming someone else as she stabs them in the back. I hope you enjoy your day and your lovely weather. Your lake house sounds so beautiful, is that yours or do you rent that? You have some much real estate, I can't keep up!

Lori. thanks for the vowel, may I buy another?  Here's $500 for you hehe. Glad you are back home and sorry I was mia for a while.  Things are getting better here but slowly. I was missing due to an emotiional hangover. I drank so much on fried-day that I took a spill in my yard and scraped up my knee real bad. I think that cured me though, I needed that. DH and I had a wonderful night, just like old times.  But he went home after lol.

Kristy, you sound wonderful and I am so happy that you are nearing the finish line.  Once school is over, do you work at all in the summer? I hope that you get to have a nice summer and enjoy your health and celebrate your great accomplishment. You have been so brave and this gal is proud of you.  Here is a drink to you!!

Kymn, same goes to you. I am proud of you and look how far you have come!! A great finish to all of this would be a Cup for your Canucks. I will be rooting for YOUR team.

NM, glad you feel better but seems you passed the squirts to Beans. Loved your posts, especially liked the pic of the male and female frogs, that made me laugh and I laughed again looking at it again now.  Drink alot of clear fluids, you too Beans.

Astorm, very cool that your HD saw James from American Idol. I was SO upset that he got voted off, I just loved him. When he sang, he sang from the heart. I guess I should have voted, I am not one to vote. Girl, I loved the parenting pics you posted especially the one with the mixer. I wanted to say something else to you but uh, I think me forgots. If I remember, I will edit this.Oh, now I remember...I liked your story about the new friend you met who was diagnosed with BC. It is neat that you were already friends and I am sure she is lucky to have a friend who has also lived it. I wish her well and will say a little prayer when I hit the chapel!

Chrissy B, hope you are recoving from the removal of your horns. I had growths on my fingers when in my eary 20's. My dermitoligist tried two other procedures, using an injection to make the wart-like things fall off, then he cut them off. The growths kept coming back until he used dry ice. boy, that was weird. They have not come back but I still have ruts in my cuticles from all of the cutting. I forget what they were called but they were in the wart family and i had them around six fingers. I am sure your face is beautiful as ever. I sure miss seeing you in these parts. Are you still coming to the US in the fall??

Junie, how are you girl? I saw you in the lounge last night carrying around a bucket of beers, while wandering aimlessly. Where you lost, little girl? I hope to see you TODAY so I can buy you some dog beers!!

Claire, you did not invite me for your steak dinnner, is it something I said?? I had lean pockets for dinner last night. I am losing weight since DH is not cooking as much for me. He likes to cook fat food and I like to eat fat food but when he is not around, I am able to stay on my microwave diet. Hey, I would love to see a pic of you in your mini skirt, please??

Karen, I hope you have a nice peaceful day,  you really work hard preparing for Shabbot. That is such a nice tradition. I have many Jewish friends but they do not do the Shabbot thing. I have asked as I find it quite interesting. My ex DH is Jewish but not religious. My DD is half Jewish but we are Episcopalian which is the religion I follow. I think the diversity of religion is quite interested and respect each individuals choice.Hey if I PM you my address, will you really send me cookies? What a generous offer, I am SO in.

Who did I miss here? I have got to get moving, woke up only an hour ago. I have an empty home except for my doggies and my robins and want to try to be productive today, key word is try lol.

Love you girls and have missed you. I will try to party with you all today, whos drinking already??

     Cheers girls!!!!

Dorothy, Oh oh, me thinks it was an "e" that Lori gave you. Try, try again! No, the lake house is my parents, but I found it and did the POA and so all the negotiating, purchasing (their $), etc. Then all the work we did on it, and new floors, fr doors, etc that we had others do. So, although it "feels" like ours, it isn't. We do enjoy visiting them there! We just have our house, and condo and townhouse (which is recent, although I had done the purchasing, and all the remodel work when I found it for my parents who we just bought it from). Glad you posted today as I always miss your posts! You too, Beans....I miss it when you are AWOL.

Oh Karen, you just don't know how many addresses you will collect with that offer!!! So sweet of you.

Well, galz I finally found a new netbook I want, so hope it will be here Wed, then I can post more....oh oh watch out!!! I like to travel with them too, as smaller than a heavy laptop. Still procrastinating.....haven't started working yet. Want to keep playing....LOL. Oh, some purple finches (but they are red...can't figure out why they are called purple!) had babies, and are feeding them on a feeder we have by a window. SO, babies have left the nest, but still begging and being fed by parents. I love watching that...so precious. THe mourning doves have set up nest again on front porch, so will prob have more babies soon. Their first clutch sure seemed to hatch and fly off quickly...just 2 in that one.

    Tata to youse galz!

Thanks for clarifying Risque. I don't know how you take care of all of those homes, gosh I struggle to keep the one I have in shape.

I have already placed my cookie order. btw, I prefer almonds over walnuts if that is possible.

Well I have to go to the grocery store, was supposed to go yesterday but DH called and arrived earlier than expected (he was between jobs with the limo).  He had the stretch and I was pulling up as I had to run out for soda for my jack and as I was getting out of my car, my neighbor across the street yelled over, what is going on over there? My response was great, picture me in my dorky jean shorts, my yard sneakers and cut up sweatshirt, I responded that I was going to the prom!  I then told her that it was my husbands limo, I think she thinks he actually owns it but it belongs to his boss. So I had him take me out to buy a birthday card for his mother. It was great fun pulling up to the hallmark store, getting dropped off out front as he waited for me. People were looking at me funny, I guess it was the cut up sweat shirt - I had cut the hood off it and make it less tight around me next and also cut the sleeves to 3/4 length, I was sure not pretty to say the least! Ok, off to the store, this time for real...

Karen is my new breastest friend btw Cool

Awwww DorK, you mean the limo story was all pretend??? I could just picture you getting out of a limo in your cut-up sweatshirt! Or....are you just a cut-up? LOL. Yeah, I think Karen knew how to get into our hearts (via stomach!).... Cute how she is your breastest friend now....but are you being fickle and not liking those of us who don't send out cookies???? J/K!!! Enjoy your shopping.

    Good morning ladieZ....

We are back to rain, and trying to screw up the courage to do a training ride.  At least the trail will be relatively empty.  Only those of us with cycling events coming up will be out there.

I dragged myself into church this AM, and glad I went.  So much to be thankful for and need to direct some prayers in the direction of those of us still under the weather.  I won't describe the affliction, but needless to say I don't want it.

Because I needed something bright, I just snagged a silk skirt on eBay.  Can pair with a long sleeved T shirt for a nice summer look.  Or boots if a day like today.  A pretty bright floral print.  Think may be a bit roomy, but with something flowing, much better than too tight.

Got for $25 vs 150 pounds for the current model.  Equally pretty.  Maker is Jigsaw.  Also paid for a La Perla bra that I got for $7.50.  I think that will work well under the T shirt to wear with the above.

I look at my drawer full of summer clothes and shiver.

So I will crawl back into my cashmere and fleece and go cycling.  I actually wore COTTON yesterday and was comfortable.  Those days will come.

Beans.....if you are under a blanket in front of a warm fire about now, I totally understand.

Have a wonderful day!!! - Claire

Kathy, the limo story is true. DH's boss usually has the stretch so when he brings it home, it is usually just the Lincoln, not the stretch. The last time he had the stretch here, he took me to Rita's for water ice about a week after my bmx. It is so beautiful inside with the lights in the bar in the back and the very comfy leather seats.

Beanie, I hope you are feeling better and hope you can join me for pau hannah. Thanks wahine for the proper pronunciation.

It is nice to be back here, I sure missed you gals. I was reading but just did not have anything to say, watch out, you will all be sorry you said you missed me, I will be jamming up these pages as I get dwunk, yippie. Sure wish it was still fried-day night. And I would not drink so much either, my knee is killing me. When I fell, I felt like the lady that said "I've fallen and I cant get up" hehe!

I just finished shopping and am sweating like a pig. the sun came out and it is only 75 degrees but after running around, I am hot. I thought about jumping in my pool, the water temp is up to 70 now. But I think I am going to jump in my bed for a little nap.

Claire, waiting for the pic of you in your mini skirt, you go girl!!

To all, cheers, beers and tiddyup!

Top o' the Sunday morning to ya Loungettes!

I ended doing some baking yesterday too.  Had several bananas that were perfect for
baking, so made 3 loaves of bread.  Then
decided I might as well use up the chocolate chips and made a pan of toll house
bar cookies.  Weather here in San Diego
is perfect for baking.  June Gloom has
    arrived early.

Beanius - I do hope you get to feeling better soon. I've
    missed your silly words!

    Wahine - a cruise?
YAY for you!  I've only been on 2
short ones but loved every minute.

Loved the hair braid story, too Kristy.  That is so sweet.  I've always wished my hair would grow long
enough to do that, even just once.  Now,
there is probably no hope - It's taken 6 months to grow an inch and a half.

Loved the Tip for the day from Wahine!!  LOL!!

Well, I started this post over an hour ago, and then my DH
came and took me away . . . . we're fat and old but we still got mojo!

    Have a great day !!

DorK, ok, neat to know that story was true! I guess when you wrote "off to the store, this time for real", I thought you meant the limo story was made up. COOL to go out in the limo some!!! My first limo ride was in Vegas (1st vegas trip too) and the owner of the casino put us in the penthouse w/ limo at our disposal, etc. It was awesome!!! Second time was when I was dating DH and he and I flew down to Biloxi for a casino junket...same day that my DD was driving down (7hr) to meet her boyfriend. Was weird to drive to the airport, and pass her car as she was doing the long drive there. DH got a limo driver to drive us around which was fun, but when we came back, some drunk had backed into my DD's car. Was quite bad too. She also didn't like being there with all the PDA we were doing! LOL.

Oh, me tinks we shud give Mrs.Nice our addy's too.....sounds like some yummy cookies and banana bread she might want to share...lol. Mrs.Nice, my 1st cruise was when dating current DH...we always took my parents (was mom and stepdad then), and sometimes asked my bro & SIL to join us. Well, they all paid their own way though! SO been on lots since then, all diff cruise lines, but got spoiled when we had a balcony room, so now that is sorta a must. Made the mistake of going on a 2nd Alaska cruise, and it was so cheap with Holland Am, that we booked it for both directions, 2 wks. HOWEVER because it was cheap it was for inside rooms....NOT good for an Alaska cruise..LOL. Lesson learned! Ok to have inside rooms on a transcon cruise as its mostly water, but still do prefer the balcony. Parents have one too, but right next door. Will have to be QUIET, if you get my drift. Actually it is my DH and my mom that enjoy cruising, I would prefer to go to a location I like and spend a wk in one place. I also gain tooooo much weight on cruises!!!! Auwe!

DorK...you are WRONG....I love your posts, so keep it up!!!!!

I am really missing a couple of our "regulars"....you know who you are....just want you to know you are missed!

Pants, puleez make a BIG dwink (a double/triple dwink) for our dear Jeannie Beannie. And don't let her glass get empty! Here ya go, Beannie girl, if you dwink enuf, you will have no worries.....and hopefully not have a hangover in the morning. Well, not from the drinks here anyway! Try to relax, try to relax, try to relax.....well now I know you will relax cause Jocks brought in the massage table, RIGHT TO YOU...what service. So you can use the long straw and let Jocks give you a massage while you get dwunk.....nothin' bettah than that! Seriously though, dear breast friend, I know you will be fine, but will be sending good thoughts and prayers your way, for excellent appts. Hope you can relax tonight!!!!!
