    Should have been Kate.

I fell asleep and missed the end. There is a lot of "gossip" going around that the show is "fixed" and they are keeping Kate on just so the ratings remain high. Who knows.

I sort of agree with you, Sue - The judges were kinder to Kate than any other dancer on Monday night.  And, at the first elimination, they disclosed the two bottom couples but this time around, they specifically said that the couple that didn't go home last night may not have been in the bottom two.  I think Kate was in the bottom two because people are getting sick of the whining and are not voting for her.  Having her around does help the ratings.  I said the same thing about Marie Osmond.  JMHO

I agree....Kate needs to go.....not just for the whining but she is such a BAD dancer!

I was really hoping Ayden would do better. I kept voting for him, yes, I admit because he is such a hottie.  Boohoo.  I can't stand Kate. She is a terrible dancer with a nasty attitude.  Geese, she is not the only person who ever went through a divorce...please!

I agree, love her or hate her... Kate can't dance. Time for her to go.

I agree, I personally don't like Kate but the bottom line is she is danceproof.  She lacks potential

    oh goodness

i am online trying to figure out how to vote on my cell, my computer and my phone!

Kate and her little lovies were all wishing her SUCH support........or so she said. Gag me with a spoon...........or, actually, no need for the spoon. I am voting for Derek........I think I am!

oh and eight little blessings to all. I am so bad. SUE

Kate cannot dance. She was awful tonight. On that alone, she should go home. But her antics during rehearsals are tedious......always whining and complaining about something. Tony deserves a big bonus for putting up with her

I only watched part of the show last night. I did see the rehearsal with with Kate and it seemed like all she was doing was complaining about not getting any sleep and she had no enthusiasm in her rehearsals. I may be repeating myself, if she doesn't like people criticizing her, she needs to change her attitude. She thinks that the world revolves around her and her 'wonderful' 8 children.

I was actually impressed with Pam's dance. She has pretty good technique and she actually had some clothes on last night!

I totally agree about Pam - I think she should go far, but she may not.  I realized last night why I dislike Kate so much - she seems to think she should be in charge of the choreography and not Tony.  I love Tony, he is the nicest person and he has really put up with a lot from Kate.  I think Kate's attitude is worse than Masta P's attitude was.  At least he didn't keep criticizing his pro.  Honestly, I don't know who the heck Kate thinks she is.   I really hope she goes home tonight - she is getting so tedious.

My favorite last night was Derek & his partner - they were awesome.

I kind of have to laugh at Kate......she mentions being a single mom with a career? Now exactly what is her career? I know she is a nurse but says she couldn't support the 8 kids on a nurse's pay. She is getting 200 K for DWTS. Boy, are they wasting money. Or is her "career' that of being an author?  OH, and when asked just what it was that Jon does for a living, she had no clue. But he is somehow paying hefty child support. I hope she goes tonight. If she doesn't, I will say the show is "fixed." I imagine she is drawing a lot of ratings with treating Tony so badly. Ouch, I would be embarrassed if I were her as she has no dancing ability.

That was great choreography tonight.  Love the move theme.   Did you guys notice Kate response when asked if she understood why she was on the bottom two?  She understands in a kinda, sorta, maybe way.  WTH?

Verdict is in....YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!   Let the serious dancing begin!

Wow..would have been great if they hadn't interviewed her for twice the time they usually do.  I'm going for Evan.

I'm glad she's gone now. She is totally self absorbed. And she can't dance at all.

...the only thing missing was having Kate's 8 kids come crying on stage because mommy had been eliminated.   Wonder where she'll pop up next???     Had she not been voted off tonight, I doubt I would have watched the rest of the season.  Now, think I will enjoy it!!!

I didn't think she was going to get the boot and was actually SHOCKED, really, that she did. What a drama queen. She really really tried her best, she said, and thought she was improving. Sure.

JUNIE, TLC has given her her own new reality show called "a twist of Kate."  I don't know much about it but I think she visits homes and gives advice.  On what I don't know. I probably will watch it ONCE and then let TLC know how lame it is. Unfortunately, TLC is owned by the Discovery channel and I actually like the programming on both channels. And I also expected the 8 little darlings to appear and cry. Bet Jon is having a good day today!

What was it with the long interview with her after they revealed the results, were they just trying to stretch out the show to the full hour? She said she thought she was improving every week, what show did she think she was on, dancing with the zombies? Fortunately I only have basic cable and don't get TLC so I won't get the opportunity to see 'twist of Kate'.

I am torn pulling for Evan and Nicole. Erin is doing pretty good as well.

YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Kate is gone....it is about time.  She might have been a nurse in the past but since she has not worked in a LONG time....no one will hire her.  I doubt she still has her nursing license.  99% of the states require people to do some type of continuing education hours to keep a nursing license current.  I think the only "job" she can have is to be on TV and get "sympathy".  I feel sorry for the kids.

I loved the this weeks theme.

I just saw this on Fox news about Kate getting voted off. http://entertainment.blogs.foxnews.com/2010/04/21/kate-gosselin-dancing-done-tony-dovolani-glad/

it does say that Kate was expecting to go home and Tony was glad that they were voted off instead of other couples who danced better.

Sheila - "...what show did she think she was on, dancing with the zombies?"    You are too funny!  She is in her own little world and does not agree with the judges comments from Monday.  She actually thought she was improving! Hello, can she be any more self absorbed?  OMG - I am still laughing!  Smile

Glad I put a smile on your face O. I went on the ABC website and watched Monday's show again (since I missed most of it) this morning and my impression of her dancing the fox trot was similar to a zombie walk with the blank stare.

Finally Kate is gone - now onto the real dancing.  I understand what you are saying 2tzus, but this dancing is nothing like what Nichol is used to doing - it's all new to her as it is to the others.  Why is it any fairer to have Donny Osmond or the guy from NKOTB dancing and not Nichol?  They are the same type of entertainer as Nichol is.  If they were going to keep it to only celebs that had no background in dancing, then Erin couldn't compete, nor could Evan because let's face it, all skaters are also great dancers.  Remember Kristy?  Every season has had a mix of people who have danced professionally and total non-dancers.  The pros haven't always won.  Right now I do think Nichol is the best, but I wonder if she would be doing so well if she had a different partner.  As ever, JMHO.

I have been amazed at how well the pro football players do. Not surprised at the Olympians as they are so disciplined. And I continue to be surprised by Pamela Anderson. She is good inspite of the sex bomb act.
