hi deborye........ long time no see! welcome back. the only way i know to post pics is thru photobucket, jaz is our expert, she'll be along with insight after while

beachie keenies!! i feel like i've fallen thru the rift of the parallel universe........... here we're on a junk hunt and then we just went to the movie "Wall-E" which is all about the JUNK that overtakes the world. a very very very telling tale. very deep for an animated film. wow. it's more fun if you can take the neighborhood seven year old -- then you know just when to laugh

i have VERY early morning again tomorrow, for my POPS concert (parents of preschoolers: LOL)

spar i have LOVED your entries in the junk hunt............ especially the blue glass head guy at the beach and the art print above.

    take care all.............

our youngest/DD2 is coming home tomorrow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! we'll be having some happy fun times this weekend, not sure when i'll get back.....................

    hugs and lemonade to all

Deb, I do think you have to have some kind of web base like photobucket or webshots to upload your pictures to before you can post them.  Jaz might know somehow else to do it.

Faith, I will get to see my son ( haven't seen in 8 months) this weekend so am very excited.  I get to see my daughter just about every week.  I loved all your good junk you found.  I wonder why not many are hunting junk with us tonight?  Maybe tomorrow?

Am going to rest on the beach now from all the walking and searching for junk

    Go to fullsize image

Hi everyone...I just got home from a ballgame, the Padres lost to San Francisco in extra innings

Earlier I took my grandson to the Olympic Training Center near here..most of the atheletes are in China but we were able to see some archery practice and some track...the rowers and kayakers are gone as the other sports..but it was fun to see anyhow...

    Hi beach buds.

Faith, your onc will probably switch you from tamox to another ai in a year or so since results are showing that we do better by switching.  That's what I had to do, I'm now on aromasin.

Sahalie, got the laptop battery and now it's dead because my ac adapter went bad so I have to find one - hopefully it won't be as hard to find as the battery was.

Spar, enjoy your visit with your son.

SoCal, what was the score on the game?  Sorry, but glad the Giants won.

Back later, have to go find an adapter now.

Hi Beach Beauties in Junk Treasure Nirvana.

I'm enjoying looking through all the great finds.

Very busy few days for me so in and out quickly between duties.

Wasn't able to check my flip flops last night and couldn't figure out why.

    Anyone else?

    Pretty isn't it.

I know they fly over sand dunes in search of things

    How amusing.

    *

I hope all is well with Jazz.  I see she is on R&R.

Faith.  My thoughts are with you today during this trying and emotional time.

Spar.   I think our JUnk and TrEaSures are AmaZing.  You are a genius.

I think everyone else is under a banyan tree sipping Pina Colada's and listening

    to Kenny Chesney.

    Let's hope so anyway.

Edited to feed and water the bird.

     Sunsets

The sun is setting, the chores are all done. We can rest for awhile.  Nothing like watching a sunset on a beautiful beach with all my breast sisters.  Happy evening to all.  We need some ice tea and scones with jam and butter for our evening snack.

Hi Julz......... welcome to our incredible "virtual beach". Spar is a wonder and brightens up the place constantly with her uncanny ability to find the most amazing images. Please feel free to pull up a chair and get acquainted with us. We LOVE to have new beachie friends. You'll find a highly creative group of gals -- held together by the common denominator of appreciating the healing qualities of the beach. You'll find our Sahalie is in a category unto her own, with her poetic descriptions and her fantastic group-building activities..... then there's Jasmine who regularly has music tributes for the day. Lisa is our resident photographer (AND she can make these amazing collages, go figure? We all seem to have crafty projects underway.

Then there are numerous others who we adore for their own unique contributions.

Footie: I'm sending you your lemonade for the day.

Wingers: I'm gonna come hang out at the lighthouse and keep you company.

Celia: sending you energy and strength and lots of healing art-filled images.

Margo: so glad to see that it's "just" techno issues keeping you away from our fun...... well that and all of the family fun.

Deborye: what good photos are you gonna share once you figure it out? Can't wait.

Janny: weekend biking? our countdown to riding has begun in earnest

summer, susan, iris and occaisional beach walkers hugs all around......

nEEsie: i want to hear all about Pinkstock

thanks to everyone for the support around the passing of our extended family BIL...... very sobbering to realize how we're all tethered here loosely........ strangely comforting to see all sorts of folks we hadn't seen in quite some time.

oh then there's shrink our resident newly-wed teehee hee hee heeheeeeee!! she's got her hand's full (literally) LOL

Julz so glad to see you on the beach thread.  It is the most peaceful beautiful place.  Thank you for the angel picture.  Charlene that started this thread is our resident angel.

Lisa is there enough wine for us all?

Faith, you forgot to tell Julz how talented and famous you are, and wonderful.

Shrink, after over 2 weeks are you still feeling like a newly wed?  Happy beaching

Sahalie, so glad you found the rest of the girls.  Everyone have a good evening and enjoy the breeze and sound of the waves, nothing more relaxing.

Probably will not get to get on the computer due to son coming in for a visit but will see all Monday.

    Hugs and Love to all

Good evening beach friends.  Its so nice to have internet back.  Looks like there's been quite the party going on and I'm so glad to see that.  Haven't really accomplished much today.  I'll go and read back and see what all I missed.  Welcome to all the new ones at the beach.
