    Had a family emergency so have been gone a couple of day but looks as everything has been wonderful here.  I am fixing to start looking for some good junk.  Missed everyone.

    Back from onc............ "so far -- so good"

    he did bloodwork up today, which thru me for a loop, but told me that was standard after a year..... so onward i walk.....................

    you know how i just love polka dots!!

    In one year Crowe walked over 200kms and carried away nearly a third of a ton of plastic trash.

    [This is trash picked up at the beach along Suffolk, artist to create art from collection!!]
