Hi all! I'm back from my camping trip. We didn't take the bike with us this time, since they were calling for a couple of bad weather days. And of course, it did rain for two days. But the rest of the time was great! The weather was gorgeous! Now comes the fun part. Unpacking the RV and doing all that laundry! Ugh!
I don't have time to read back right now, but I hope everyone behaved while I was gone. LOL!

Dear Beach Buddies , I am home, I went in to my Ptherapy for my lymphedema and I am fighting to get the help I need. So when I called the Cancerlifeline back so told my so was going to ask for donations for me, I am sad that we have to do things like this to get better. I am sorry I am have a hard day, Someone tired to get in my bank account. I need that lemonade and even some goodies. Thanks for being a good ear, Debbie

Hi beachies so much to ponder, so little time to get it done before work! Major frustrations with 11 yr olds Homework tonight. DH is now sitting down with him. I think we have been at it since 4 pm! Uhhgggg! I HATE HOMEWORK & I don't go to school anymore. How quickly we forget when summer is in! This to shall pass I only have 7-9 yrs left! I took my BP meds I should start to feel calmer soon. That & I think I'll take a walk to the beach in MY MIND & dip my toes in the water! Ahhh!

Julz of the beach, DH is home safely and he did cook but he cooked tacos, he is saving his (i thought it was dove) but it is quail. dummy me. I know that homework can be so frustrating.
Celia, the picture reposted helped a lot, I showed the picture to DH so he went out and hunted more sticks for me so it is coming along much better now.
Foots, so sorry about your day, have you tried all the cancer help places in Seattle? There are so many it looks like you could get some kind of help. Have you got brave enough to ask the church men to finish the ramp? Is it cooler there now so you can sleep at night without sweating and soaking the sheets? Anyway Sahalie put out you some wonderful brownies and tea and I think I will join you in them. Do you think the church might take up an offering for you. example our church got donated 100's of pounds of meat but we had no freezer so we had a can set out just for a freezer and we got the freezer the next week. Is there anything we can do here to help. Holding your hand the whole time.

Hi my new friends... I am glad you like my kitties. Bandit (back of couch) is my protector and she sleeps with me. Smudge is my daughter's gentleman friend. Always waiting for her attentions. Sadly, Princess Jasmine (Maine Coone) was diagnosed with breast cancer and after her quadruple mastectomy, fought valiantly another 5 months to pass just before my first cancer-versary. Please remember dogs and cats, anything with "breasts" can get breast cancer.... please check them frequently by rubbing their bellies and telling them you love them.....!

I can hardly believe it, the foundation is going down today and they are moving our new house here tomorrow, not that we can move in or anything but it will be a great start. Still have to have a septic tank, waterlines, electricity hook up and who knows what all. It is lightly sprinkling here, hope that doesn't cause them any problems.

Good morning beach babes. Its a real monsoon here. Gustav is dumping so much rain that they have closed alot of schools today because of flash flooding. Anyone got a cheap canoe they want to sell me?
Spar -- congratulations on your anniversary and on getting you house moved this week. How exciting to be so close to being able to move in.

Finds for my new home that I would love is huge sea shells, drift woods, rocks, chunks of glass and lots of slate stepping stones for a walkway, bird baths, bird feeders, as you can see I am more interested in making flower rock gardens and outside stuff. I want a porch built on asap. with comfortable chairs and tables for all my beach friends and family. Thank you Thank you. Would love to have a cook outdoor type party from steak and potatoes to oysters and homemade bread to pecan pie. Lots of cabana boys to do all the work and clean up.

I've just downloaded Picassa 3 to help me with my pictures/organization/editing etc. I'd like to be able to bring my pics straight from Picassa, without having to stop thru photobucket. Is that possible? If so, how? Hmmmmmmmm.

A wise soul had the courage to point out a truth in a pm to me, and I took it very much the wrong way and accused this person of writing a nasty pm. I take it back. Looking back on it, it wasn't nasty at all...I was just in a *bad place* and took it wrong. I am sorry that I didn't leave well enough alone and posted my comment about something I should have just been quiet about. You know who you are...
I am still in a *funk* so will just lurk for awhile and post when I have good thoughts to share!

Celia, that cup of coffee makes me want to go and make a pot right now.
We just got back from checking out the inside of our new house, they are pouring the concrete here on our land right now. I could not hardly bring myself to leave that empty house I just thought I AM HOME. I love it.It is so perfect for us. Just simple and large enough. Am so excited I can't even think of words.
Sige, I missed you much and your lovely picture finds so glad your beachin again. Jump out of the funk and share a chair and a drink with me on the beach.
