False - no big dinner planned for NY day but I am looking forward to this evening - it will be the first time in over 20 years that we are going out for a celebration.  Last time out for NYE the food was rushed and not tasty.......getting a drink took forever and the dance floor was so jammed you couldn't dance.

Faith - can you share Artsee's website so we can peek at her artwork also?

I care about football - but my team (da Bears) don't seem to care that much!

My wish for all is for a HEALTHY New Year - happiness will follow that.

The next person is only having to work a half day today!

Next person loves the New Years leftovers

  • faithandfifty
    faithandfifty Member Posts: 4,424

    True, Footie, True.

I love the leftovers of New Year's promise and potential. I nibble on the leftovers of new possibilities. I languish in the leftovers of starting fresh and beginning again. I gnaw on the prospect of hope in these new days. I gnosh on the goodwill extended by so many. I wrap my heart around the friendships established here. I chow down on the joy at the thought of science making progress in this new year. I devour the hope of this season -- over and over again.

The next person has already done "something" differently today.
