Hugs to all!  Haha I survived my surgery. Although its a painful one, I am amazed on how our body heals! The power of the name of Jesus has been with me from Day 1 of my admission and I triumphed with his most blessed name. Even the doctors were amazed on how strong my body was, they were all happy when they see me. I was the most visible walking patient along the wards while the others are resting in their beds.

Nevertheless, still the journey continues, I am still following up my final pathology report. Then again,I will need prayers. Never ceasing prayers for never ceasing hope.

I bless you all in the mighty name of Jesus! Amen!

    Hi Ladies!

What a busy week it has been, and it's only Tuesday! Thank you all for your prayers - I am still a bit confused by this Fibormyalgia diagnosis, but I am feeling better every day. I know that with the Lord's help I will get through this as well, and come through the other side even stronger! I am so thankful for all of you - it is amazing the friendships that form over something so scary and downright traumatic. Sometimes I think it is God's way of assuring us that we were never meant to go it alone.:)

    Dear Heavenly Father,

Tonight I come to you full of hope and adoration. Thank you Lord, for the gift of eternal life through your son, Jesus Christ. Please help us to remember that you gave the ultimate gift, and thus the ultimate sacrifice. Remind us Lord, as you do, through the relationships that we form, that we are not meant to go it alone. Even when we feel that we stray from you Lord, you are always there with open arms to welcome us back to you. Please be with all of my sisters here Lord, as we journey through this disease, with treatments, diagnosis, and surgeries. Guide us in your way Lord, for the glory of your name. Amen.

    Love,

    Brandi

I had a similar experienced in one of my many hospital stays, I believe it was when I had to have implant removed after mastectomy, because it hardened and was very painful, it was after my husband had left after staying with me all evening afet work, and I had been stuck numerous times for blood draws, couldn,t find anymore veins, and had talked about goin in my foot, I started to cry I had enough, overwhelmed, said for lab person and nurse to call my husband to take me home,it was about 1/oclock in am, but a nurse came in I never saw and sat on end of my bed and told all to leave, she hugged me and I could see and feel her embrace as I hugged her back, she consoled me and said"you don,t want to call your husband he just left and he needs his rest for work tomorrow, I did quiet down and she gave me some thing to help me sleep, when I awoke the next day I asked for her, and when I described her they said there wasn,t a nurse with that description on last nite, My ANGEL.  msphil(idc,stage2,3 nodes, Lmast, chemo and rads and 5 yrs on Tamoxifen) and now 18 yrs Survivor(Praise GOD) fav scriptures:John3:16 and Isaiah60:1

    Hi Ladies!

My husband and I have been out of town the last few days with no internet access, so I am anxious to follow up with everyone! Dear nfranklin, I know you are getting tired, but hang in there sweetie - it is almost over! I thank each of you for all of your prayers for my husband and I. For the new ladies, my husband is a detective, and he recently worked a very difficult homicide case, which resulted in the tragic death of a wonderful young man. It is difficult to see God sometimes, whether it be through cancer or a heinous crime, but it is wonderful to know that our Lord and Savior never once leaves us - not for a minute, not for one solitary second, our God is always with us.

I love this scripture, and it just so happens to be my verse for the day! My soul finds rest in God alone; my salvation comes from him. He alone is my rock and salvation; he is my is my fortress, I will never be shaken. Psalm 62:1-2 NIV

    Dear Heavenly Father,

Today I come to you with a heart full of goodness and praise! Yesterday marked my Cancerversary - I have been in remission for 2 years! Thank you Lord, for the gift of health, for it is because of your love and mercy. You are an almighty God, comforter, and healer. Let us always depend on you, Lord, for our peace and happiness. Dear Lord, please be with each and every one of these ladies, as they face the struggles, disappointments, triumphs, and victories that follow this disease. Let them turn towards you, Lord, and cast their burdens and worries on your heavenly throne. For the glory of your name, Amen.

    Love,

    Brandi

    Dear God,

Thank you from the bottom of my heart.  Thank you is not enough.  Today was my first official day as a "cancer survivor."  After my lumpoectomy last week, I just got the path resuts today.  It's confirmed that 8 rounds of chemo wiped out all of the invasive cancer.  100%.  The only thing remaining in the tumor that was removed was DCIS.  But they got all of that too.  So as I move on with my mastectomy, for the first time in seven months, I have hope.  Hope that my beautiful daughter won't have to grow up without a mother.  I pray that you take care of our sisters on this board.  Give them good news, give them hope, give them relief for their emotional and physical pain.

    Amen

Praise Jesus for the testimony of Jenlee!

I just got my pathology results . Staging is 2b. Grade 3 and one of the sentinel node removed is tested positive with  a very minute cancer cell (2mm.) It was discovered only via deep paraffin microscopic test.

My oncologist is suggesting removal of the whole axillary node but because due to my tram flap prox , it was voted against by the tumour board and suggested radiation tx instead.

For the meantime, i just have to wait for 2 more mos to undergo chemo. Tomorrow, i have to go down the hospital for heart scan. Please pray for me that the results will be fine. Thanks and bless you all in the mighty Name of Jesus!
