    "Because he loves me," says the Lord,

    "I will rescue him;

    "I will protect him, for he acknowledges my name.

     He will call upon me, and I will answer him;

     I will be with him in trouble,

     I will deliver him and honor him.

     With long life I will satisfy him

     and show him My salvation." Psalm 91:14-16 NIV

    Today at my church, I saw one of the neatest baptisms that I have ever witnessed.  Family members were visting with couple that are members of the same church I go to.  This grandfather got to baptise his 13 year old grandson from Montana.  It is always awesome to have the privilege of watching a baptism, but what an honor for Jim, the grandfather, to baptise Noah, his grandson!

    Count it all when you fall into various trails,

    knowing that the testing of your faith produces

    patience. But let patience have its perfect work,

    that you may be perfect and complete,

          lacking nothing. James 1:2-4

    Hi everyone....it's so good to see this thread growing so fast.  It blesses my heart every time I see someone new here.....

    My prayers to those that are in need of them.   I hope God richly blesses you all today in whatever way he chooses.

    I need some prayers too......I think I am getting lymph edema in my arm.  It started on Friday and  is getting progressively worse.  Gonna call the Dr. today to see what they recommend I do.  It has been very painful to say the least.

    Hugs, love and blessings to you all

    Lord, I ask that you lift up these women, protect them, and comfort them.  And I thank you Lord for their prayers, for they are so comforting at such a dark time.  I am so grateful they are allowing me to stay eventhough I was diagnosed NOT having cancer, because I feel that you led me here, and that this is where I need to be for this time in my life, and I just thank you so much for the encouragment of these women.

    Father, I love you, and I am sorry for my sins.  I pray one day that I can be used for YOUR glory, and until "you come back, or until you call me home, I will praise your name!" ~In Christ Alone  Thank you so much Father, I pray this in your sons Holy name, Jesus Christ. Amen

    Dear Heavenly Father thank you for my many blessings of which I have many. I know you are in control and I struggle with my walking by faith. When it comes to my family I get overwhelmed with things they are going thru. When I feel on top of the world by something good oh slew foot puts a negative in my head. Lord you know my hearts desires. I must always put my trust in what you do is best. My heart is heavy with concerns for my kids. They are grown and making there own mistakes but I want to make it all better. Lord you know which one is having the toughest time and I ask you keep him safe and well. I put satan under my feet for he is the biggest loser of all times. Thank you father.  Amen

    Lord, I really, really, really, thank you for the women on this board - prayer warriors - who keep us going when we want to quit.  Please continue to give them strength and the desire to help others through.  Richly bless them all as they seek you out.

    In Jesus name I pray, Amen

    Lord, I have a deep feeling in my heart to lift up patoo to you.  In the short amount of time you have blessed her to be in my life, her words really calm my heart, and I thank you for that Lord.

    I also thank you for ALL the women on here, just being able to read other prayer's and see the love in black and white, written right in front of me, really helps me get through these trying times.

    Lord, I ask for the ability to forgive those who have sinned against me recently, because I can feel the bittnerness of my resentment, and almost hatred, towards them creeping throughout my soul, and that is not glorifying to you.

    I cannot wait for the day, Lord, when I can fly among the clouds with you, but until then, I pray I do your work Lord, and that whatever path I take that is wrong, you make it glorifying to you, somehow, someway.

    And I just want to thank you again Lord for all of these ladies, and this post.  I pray all of this in your sons Holy name, Jesus Christ. Amen.

    Please add Bette from the April 2009 rads group to your prayer list.  She will be having a biopsy of a spot on her lung on Wednesday.  Bette is a beautiful woman (as are almost all of the women I've met here) with a loving newlywed husband.
