    JO, if agreeing with me means I will see your posts then, agree away!  I don't need withdrawal from your posts added to any other of my issues.  Seriously, please take care of yourself and do whatever you need to get better (I'll manage somehow LOL).

    Lord, we thank you for answered prayer.   Where one or two are gathered in your name... we are indeed gathered here and our prayers are in unison.  It is so uplifting when I come to this post and I know that is because of your prayer warriors.  I thank you Lord for what you have done in each of these wonderful ladies.  You are an awesome God and I praise your very name.  Please continue to enable us to feel your loving presence; knowing that you are with us each step of the way.

    In Jesus name, Amen

    Count it all joy when you fall into various trails,

    knowing that the testing of your faith produces

    patience. But let patience have its perfect work,

    that you may be perfect and complete, lacking

    nothing. James 1:2-4

    Though I walk in the midst of trouble,

    You will revive me; You will stretch

    out Your hand against the wrath of

    my enemies, and Your right hand

    will save me. Psalm138:7

    Lord, We wait upon You this day,We put my hope

    in Your Word and ask that You would fill us

    afresh with Your Holy Spirit and wash away all

    anxiety and pain. Shine Your spotlight into any

    dark corner of our souls that needs to be exposed.

    We don't want our impatience or lack of trust to

    stand in the way of all that You desire of us. We

    realize that when our life seems to be standing still,

    as long as we cling to You we keep moving forward

    on the path You have made for each of us. As we

    wait on You, Help us to grow in our understanding

    of Your ways, and not succumb to impatience of

    or discouragement because our timetable does not

    coincide with Yours. Strengthen our faith to depend

    on Your perfect timing for our life. Help us to rest in

    You and be content with each day You give us to be

    faithful and caring. Bless all the people here in need

    of Your comfort and healing, Help them all to see You

    always a pray away. Please lift and help those that

    need rest in Your arms. We love You Lord. In Your

    wonderful name we pray. Amen

    Genia, I wonder if being down is God's way of getting our attention?  If only to say to us 'my child, rest in me' or something like that.

    I'm not suggesting anything negative about anyone's Christian walk.  Just wondering.  Actually scrolled up and see ljh58's post about Psalm 55:22.  Maybe being down is to push us to cast our stresses on Him.

    The Lord is my Shepherd...  I love Him so.

    Father, Instill in us a reason for hope, Bring

    we pray, calm to the raging storms of our life.

    We are afraid of the cancer some-days, but we

    are never afraid of You. Help us place our trust

    not in the well meaning of the doctors, nurses,

    nutritionist, and clergy who attend to our needs,

    but in You and You alone. Use them we pray, as

    conduits of Your grace and bring us healing we

    know You love us alot,and if You desire it will be

    done. Lord be with all here and their families as

    the look toward Your light and comfort. Help

    Genia, Patoo, Holly, ljh58, Mary, mmm, Jo, Spar,

    and all the others here that need Your guiding hand

    and comfort to get threw this time. You know their

    secret needs and pains in this family. We leave this

    prayer in the name of the Great Physician, Jesus Christ. Amen

    I am so happy you are OK, I just knew it and have had a good feeling for you for awhile!!

    I appreciate so much your post above, I too get down and then I try to meditate and climb back up out of my own despair. I just love the song by seylah "you lift me up" just beautiful and uplifting and helps me to center.

    Dear Jesus,
    Divine Physician and Healer of the Sick,
    we turn to You in this time of illness.
    O dearest Comforter of the Troubled,
    alleviate our worry and sorrow with Your gentle love,
    and grant us the grace and strength to accept this burden.
    Dear God,
    we place our worries in Your hands.
    We ask that You restore Your servants to health again.
    Above all,
    grant us the grace to acknowledge Your holy will
    and know that whatsoever You do,
    You do for the love of us.

    Amen

    Rest in His Protection

    The Lord is my light and my salvation;

    Whom shall I fear?

    The Lord is the strength of my life;

    Of whom shall I be afraid?

    When the wicked came against me

    To eat up my flesh,

    My enemies and foes,

    They stumbled and fell,

    Through an army may encamp against me,

    My heart shall not fear;

    Though war may rise against me,

    In this I will be confident.

    One thing I have desired of the Lord,

    That will I seek;

    That I may dwell in the house of the Lord

    All the days of my life,

    To behold the beauty of the Lord,

    And to inquire in His temple.

    For in the time of trouble

    He shall hide me in His pavilion;

    In the secret place of His tabernacle

    He shall hide me;

    He shall set me high upon a rock

    Psalm 27:1-5

    Ha Ha, yes, I did walk!!! Only about a mile but walk I did.  My thighs were very tired and when I got back home started getting cramps in my feet walking up the stairs.  Don't know what that's all about but probably need to add daily potassium to my diet.  I tend to do bananas daily for a week or two and then slack off.  Also need to get my eating habits in check in general so I can control my weight to some degree while on this Arimidex.

    Welcome to all our prayer partners.  I love reading your posts.  It's definitely a way of worship.

    teach them to each other and sing them out in

    Psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing

    to the Lord with thankful hearts.  Colossians 3:16 TLB

    Yes, that counts.  Any movement counts because your max for that day means you have worked.  I'm going to get up in a few mintes and walk either in front of the TV or on the treadmill downstairs.  Have to push on.

    Lord, I lift up all my sisters at bco, whereever they post.  We are sisters in need of your healing touch.  I pray that as we traverse this journey we discern your voice and know that you are with us every step of the way.  Give each of my sisters a peace that surpasses all they have ever known.

    In the precious name of Jesus, Amen
