I am not doing good at all. I have no clue what is wrong.....but something is. I am in constant pain lately......hips, left shoulder and lower back. I'm so tired all the time I just wanna sleep. I make myself do things that I in no way feel like doing. It is a challenge and an effort to even get a shower. I get Herceptin tomorrow. I have an appt on Weds with a new GP. Hope he can figure all this out......cause this is a bad way to live!!! I'm about to fall asleep while typing this. I know this is NOT normal!

Just as you care about the smallest that we can imagine, we know that you care about each one of us and for that we give you the glory, we give you the honor, we give you the praise.
Genia, dear heart, I am praying that your new doctor can get to the bottom of your pains. It is indeed difficult to exist under such. Blessings and hugs going out for you.

Oh my goodness...so much pain and need. Spar--I pray for quick healing and steady feet
Genia I pray for wisdom for the doctors that they will quickly figure out what is going on and come up with a plan to bring you back to wellness and wholeness.
Lord, you know our needs before we do; I pray that all in need find the answers they are seeking; that all find their way to healing and wellness so they may continue on the path you have chosen.
Have faith that everything will work out, not as we have planned, but as HE has planned.

Genia - If it's any comfort, I'm feeling the same thing. I can fall asleep with my eyes open at work. I'll be working on something with my eyes open and my head will just drop. I worry that I'll fall asleep driving. The pains - I feel like I'm 105 most days. The morning is the worst. When I put my feet to the floor, it nearly kills me. I'm not on Tamox; I'm on Femara. I hope your new GP finds some help for you.

Oh Genia, you described my pain exactly!......Turns out I have bursitis in both hips and it effects the way I walk which in turn effects the way my body moves and makes me sore all over!.....I got a cortisone shot in each hip a few weeks ago and I can tell a huge difference but I also am having pain in my left hip again so I know I will have more shots.....Good luck to you, Genia...Try to get an MRI ...This will show if you have bursitis or not.....((((Genia)))))...Praying for a painfree day for you...

Oh Lord, We come before you with alot of people in need of
Your comfort and peace threw this time, We know Your are
always there comforting Spar, Genia, Jane, Jo, Patoo and
others that are in alot of pain. Help them to see the light ahead as
they walk with You. Be with mmm5,ljh58, Mary,deborye, EWB, as they
also have needs and treatments. Give us all a positive fighting spirits.
Help us to say no when it is appropriate, remembering to treat everyone
on the medical staff attending us, with the same dignity and respect
that we expect of them. Guard us from the temptation to resign to
passivity,negativity or anxiety. Surround us with people who care about
us and will pick us up if we fall. In Jesus name, We pray. Amen

JO, will keep your friend in prayer that the marker numbers will go back down. I, too, think there are other things that can make them go up so we are claiming that to be the case with her.
Genia and Jane, praying for both of you as well. I'm going to make an ortho appt today as the pain in my right hip is not getting better. Don't have the sleepiness though - thanks be to God because I do a lot of driving.

Father, Instill in us reasons to keep us keep on. Help
us to reach for You when our life's come into a raging
storm. We are afraid of cancer, but we are not afraid
of You. Help us to place our trust in You, That You
will guide the doctors, nurses, nutritionist, and clergy.

PRAYERS NEEDED.
My daughter & son in law are rushing their 3 year old to our Children's Hospital, at the urging of Urgent Care. He is huge pain. Doc thinks it could be anything from viral to appendix.
Pray on.

The good news: WB & his parents were sent home before dinner-time.
He's been dx w/a very serious case of constipation..... as determined by x-ray. Apparently culprit of learning to poop in the potty. Ahhhh.
So now to get things "moving".....
What a strange thing to pray about: poopoo.

Dear Lord, We have alot of Sisters here in need of Your guidance and
peace as they each face their own mountain. But with Your help and each
support, we know we can get through it together. Plant seeds of Your
Holy Spirit within us that we may produce Your love, joy, and peace of
mind and heart. Grant us patience, kindness, and purity, Cause us to
be faithful, no matter how difficult things become. Once we thought we could
do these things through our own strength and will. Now we are able to have

I am not sure this is the place to put this but I just found out my uncle, who is more a brother to me than uncle as we are the same age, was diagnosed with skin melanoma. He had a biopsy done and it came back melanoma. I am asking for prayers that it has not spread elsewhere internally. It is at the top of his ear. Tuesday he goes in for blood tests, Wednesday he will have a pet scan and Thursday they will remove more of the ear to get clear margins. He also had colon cancer 10 years ago. Please, please pray for him.

with him and help him through this time. We pray that his cancer
is not spread and that the dr can work with You to make him
well again. We know he has been a fighter before and won. Please

Dear Lord Bless Kathleen's uncle and heal him. For Lord I know you do heal. I also lift up Mr. Browning from church. Heal him of the cancer and the staph infection he is also battling. That they can bring him off the respirator soon. Bless his dear wife also this is so hard on her also. Father I thank you for what you are doing in there lives as well as our own. Amen

Dear Lord, We know not what the future holds, dear Lord, But we are
sure You hold the key. We are glad You are the One who cares for
our days ahead. If they were our hands, we would probably make a
mess of things. How wonderful is it that You are all knowing. Your
insight and wisdom surpass everything else. Thank You for unlocking
the doors for us each day as it comes our way. We take great comfort
and joy You step through the doors before us. Then You guide us through
it. When things become a fog and we grope in a mist of confusion. We

I knew I could count on my breast friends. I have been away from the Lord so long that I don't think I know how to pray anymore. Footprintsangel and Kbugmom, thank you so much for the beautiful prayers. I wish I could make this all go away but my faith must be in the Lord, for my uncle and all my breast friends.
The best thing to do is "let go and let God" but sometimes I want to take it back because He is not doing it fast enough or the way I want it done. When I stand before Him on Judgment Day he will greet with "ah, the subborn one." My own sweet mother always said I would argue with God on Judgment Day.
Again, thank you for intervening with God on my uncle's behalf. I know that right now you are closer to Him than I am. Blessings and love.

I get my pet scan in the morning to see how things are doing on the trial drugs. I feel better now than when I started on em. I have less symptoms of my mets. Not so short of breath and cough better. Hey more energy. I said more not energizer bunny worth. If you would say a prayer for my scans. I look at it as a good omen. I get scan on one sons birthday and get results on thursday another sons birthday. I know God is able. Will you agree with me in prayer dear sisters. God bless.
