O Lord, We are amazed how You number our hairs, Father.
On days we are frustrated and feel like pulling some out. We
must keep You pretty busy! You know us on the outside, And
You surely understand us through and through. You share our
pain when we lack confidence. You weep with us when we mourn.
You nudge us to show us mercy to those who wronged us. You
help us find peace amid stress. Thank You for meeting our needs-
for teaching us to rejoice during times of trouble. We praise You
for peace of heart and mind. How good You are to change our
hearts, Father. When we are unsure, You encourage us. When
firey trials come, You go before us. We will remember the flow-
ers and the fields and how You even see one sparrow fall. How
grateful we are that we matter more to You then these, For we
our Your children. You taught us to trust You more as we each
have to deal with different cancer problems, So Lord, be with; Jo
Genia, Spar, Kbugmom, Patoo, Mary,mmm5, seaotter, sue_blue,
kmcrraw423, armywifenmommy, ivorymom, Selya, Jane, Paula,
Markaz, Deborye, and people here Lord that we might have forgot.
We know You know their needs and wants. Please be with them and

i am humbled by your faithfulness...
thank you so much for continuing prayers on my behalf. it has been a rough go lately. i went back in twice for more surgery and then was able to get a picc line in yesterday so that i can be home with my family for christmas.
on a MUCH brighter note... my honey is HOME!! so nice to lean on someone for a change...

Luke 18:27In our humanness we give up all too easily. With our limited understandings and our finite vision we fail to see what God can see. Our shortsightedness causes us to give in to despair, to settle for flawed reasoning and to chase after uncertain answers. It causes us too often to devise our own solutions without waiting for God to show us a better way. Cancer is a frightening thing for all of us. For many of us it pushes us to think there is no hope, no way out, no good ending. But that is impossibility thinking. God is able to show us more. God's possibilities can get us thinking with greater hope and broader perspectives. Remember that God opens us up to so much more than anything we can think of on our own.
God of limitless understandings, show me today a broader glimpse of your vision for my journey. When I try to look ahead on my own I can quickly get discouraged. But I know you will help me to see beyond my present troubles to a better day. Amen.

O Dear Lord, We come into Your presence, our Comforter
and our Helper, to praise and worship You. Thank You
for being with us all the time, We love the way You speak
to us deep within our hearts and tell us we really belong
to You. Thank You for giving us confidence. We need
not cringe or be fearful of troubles surrounding us, for
You are always with us. Truly You are our Sustainer, the
One who keeps us going when we become weary. When
spiritual battles rage, You rescue us. When we face daily
problems, You help us. Thank You for teaching us how
to pray when we can't express how we feel. Thank You
for giving us hope and joy and Your power. Because of
Your abiding presence, We can hold our head up with surety
and confidence. No matter what happens, We trust in You.
All is well, for we are in Your care. You are so dear to us,
our Comforter. We enjoy Your friendship all the time. We
take great pleasure in sharing good happenings with You.
We are grateful for Your reassuring love and help when we
face trouble. When we feel alone, You are our Advocate.
Thank You for encouraging us and cheering us on. We
worship You, Our Comforter, Our Helper, Our words of
praise can't begin to describe Your loving kindness for us.

Dear Father, When night fell, everyone struggled to get some
rest. We were thinking songs like; " Thou art worthy, O Lord,
to to receive glory and honor and praise." and "Come home, it's
supper-time." When we think of these song, We can see You
standing and waiting for us. Remembering all You have done
for us and You know each person tears or sickness, Lord, we
ask that You fill and surround them with Your caring and gentle
arms. Bless them with strength and comfort, If it be chemo, surgery,
or any other need. Along with learning to believe in You more
by seeking Your truth and righteousness, We bring this prayer to

Dear Lord, There are things we face in our life that cause
us to be anxious, Father. There are so overwhelming, they
cause us to freeze in our tracks. You are our source of
strength and our Redeemer. We bring You our troubles
to You now and cast them at Your feet. We trust in You
and will not rely on our own perception. In every way, We
will depend on You. Thank You for being there to help us
when we fall or need a comforting arm to lean on. How
comforting it is to put our trust in You. Your spirit radiates
hope deep in our hearts. Thank You for watching over; Jo,

Dear Lord, Stresses of this world flurry around us this
time of the year. As we are getting ready for a very
special day. May we set aside time to remember You
and the real meaning of Christmas. May we stop and
think of the elderly and alone as You would do this Day.
Right now Lord some of us are facing some situations
that we need Your strength and wisdom. Once again
we bring our anxious concerns to You. We lay them
all before You, Lord. We rest in Your promise of Your
Word that You care for us and those we pray for.
Then we stand back and watch You work; for through
quietness and confidence in You. We find strength
and direction. There is no greater problem solver then
being able to bring our needs to You in prayer, Because
You hear our prayers and care, We trust You. We place
before You some very special people, In need of comfort

O Lord, Glory be to You, O God, Our Lord of Hosts.
You are Creator and Ruler of everything; the heavens,
the earth, and the entirety of that which exists through
time and space. You made it all and are Ruler over all.
The stars, The moon, the galaxies were all created by
You. Although these things are lovely, they aren't made
for us to worship. Only You are my Lord God. Although
angels and heavenly hosts reflect Your glorious miracles
and handiwork, You did not create them for us to pray to
or consider divine. You reign over angels as well. When
spiritual or physical battles are fought, You are the Mighty
God of warriors. When the victories are won, You are in
charge. You are strong and mighty in battle. You are the
Lord of Hosts, the King of Glory, Through turmoil, uncertainty,
and despair, You are our refuge and strength. How blessed
we are, trusting and obeying You. In our quiet place we
lift our friends to You, O Lord, Please be with and help;

Dear Lord, As we sing Christmas carols in worship
on a birth and to worship You our Savior and Redeemer.
We ponder all the small blessings this family here enjoys
sharing with others in need. We hear people singing," Happy
Birthday Jesus" We worship You, Our Redeemer! We are
grateful You came to this earth as a baby so You could
redeem us from our sins and bring eternal life.Through this
act, We see what real love is---more than tangible presents.
It come from Your wonderful gift of forgiveness. Thank You,
Lord. It is too excellent for words to even describe. It is all
because You are our Lord. Praise You for forgiving us from
our past, granting us a loving family here and assuring us of
never ending faithful care. We want to present You with a gift,

We come before You, Lord on this wonderful Christmas night,
with reverent hearts. In humility we give You praise. You are
the Anointed One--the one that help us through illnesses.
Praise You, Prophet, Priest and King. You are our true Messiah--
the son of the Living God. Born in a manger, You grew in wisdom
and stature from a baby, to child, to the Son of Man. You were
baptized and tempted. You overcame temptation. You became
