    Sugar - you look great!!

Tif - yeah - I was told a frozen shoulder can take a long time to resolve. Good luck with it. Mine is not back to normal but pretty good. Don't know if "normal" will ever happen after surgery etc. But I'm happy with it.

I am off to Vegas tomorrow - first time with the ta-ta group. Should be interesting - about 60 of us from these discussion boards!

Gilly- I am hoping for full range of motion eventually- it is my opposite mx shoulder!

Sugar- I'm impressed. I think I would wet my pants speaking in front of that many people! Wish I lived even remotely close- I would come!!

Kymm- thinking of you. No fair having to deal with a jerk and have cancer. hang in there!

Hope everyone has a great Friday!!

LJ and Suze- how about some New York pics??!!

Sugar:  I am sure you will do fine with your speach!  If it were me, I think I would be so emotional I would just be crying my eyes out and no one would understand me.

Yes, my move should be very good for the soul and yes, I will be baking some pies!  It's the only way my inlaws would let me move to Kentucky, lol!

MissMollyB...welcome..although hard to come here, you will find a world of support and friendship on this board plus great advice and wisdom.

sugar77: Congrats on speaking at the Run for the Cure

LJ and Suze...always thinking of you and wishing you well. Cyber hugs!!!!(((( LJ and Suze 35))))))

TIFJ...so sorry you have to do PT on top of all this.

Kymn...Thinking of you. This is one hurdle you will get through and be better off for. I am sorry it is such a difficult time for you. I think it is very cruel to leave someone when they are in crisis. Shame on him.

Sandy congrats on your team run.

Gillyone...have a great time in VEGAS!

MBJ..Hope the move goes well. Worked on the house today to get it ready for the open house October 15th...so tired though. I am looking forward to a semi quieter life near the ocean in Rhode Island.

Had my trial run rad at 7:45AM..I am NOT GOOD in the AM and think I need to switch the time.

All went well. Also got my bilateral breast MRI results today  and it was fine. Phew! Canyou hear the sigh of relief?

I went to a high school football game tonight and it was "pink out" for BCA.  I had a really good time.  Pink has always been my favorite color, but now it has a more special meaning to me.  The whole stadium was decorated and pink pom poms and all!  One of my really special friends had me a shirt made and on the back it said No One fights Alone.  Which is so true.  My special friend is also fighting brain cancer!  Bittersweet tonight!

Belleeast - I swishes with Mylanta, for mouth sores. Some people eat ice pops while getting chemo, to help prevent them. The steroids may cause some water weight, they also made me ravenous! Sometimes headaches can be the result of having the drip too fast, ask them to slow it down, and see if that helps.

MissMolly - I am so sorry you find yourself here. It's difficult, but doable, and you learn things about yourself, you may never have. It also made my marriage stronger.

Titan - I hope you are dancing in your new shoes!

    Wishing everyone a good day...

hi all, thanks obxx for the tips. the headaches have lessened, just a little bone pain from the neulesta so far not bad at all hope it stays that way.

i got my steroids on day 2 after chemo, took 1 felt worse after taking it haven't taken anymore. i'm going to talk to the mo on the 6th when i see her to find out why she prescribed them and for what side effects, also will tell her how much worse i felt after taking it.

hope everyone enjoys the weekend, made myself go for a long walk today it is so nice out here!

Babs - yayyy!!!!  I bet that feels good.

Bak - yayyyy also!!!  I'm so glad to hear the MRI backed up the CT scan findings!

Painting - yayyyyy again!!!!  I know you fought for that MRI, and I am so glad it came out clear.  I hope rads are going well - I did mine at 1:00 pm.  I was never a morning gal.

Titan - thinking of you today - I bet you are all having a wonderful time Smile.

So much good news here, that is great!!

Trying to get my cough under control, it is such a vicious cycle - the lungs get irritated, I cough, irritate them more, on and on.  I HATE Oxycondon (which my MO suggested as a cough suppressant), and now I'm trying 2mg of Decadron.  I MUST be desperate!!  I will also be trying a pill form of lidocaine, I hope it helps.

Good things for the day - picked out 3 wigs yesterday - one long, straight and black that is UBER fun, and another blond whispy sort of style.  And DH picked out a chin-length blond bob with bangs.  Time to have a little FUN with this Tongue out.

Took a lot of stuff to RI today...so sad to think of leaving but will be financially in a much better position..

Question...anyone every feel like they are stuffy/runny nose post-chemo...like a cold but no sore throat...I had a drippy nose but now it's both stuffy and runny and I'm sneezing but usually I get a sore throat with colds....
