Hi All - have been away on a trip to California to see my best friend.  I usually go once a year - usually at this time, but missed last year due to BMX.  My friend has had a difficult year as well - boyfriend left her abruptly, job sucks and her parents declared bankruptcy so now she is helping to support them (an extra $500/month) and she was worried about ME, so we needed to see each other.  We did some holiday things, shopped, lunched, saw movies, walked, and sat around in our pajamas.  It was the best!  I also got to see a BCO friend from the TE TROUBLE thread - very nice!  Hope everyone is doing well, without too much holiday stress!

Hey all! Checking in, been visiting some other threads, shopping, wrapping, baking, etc.! I've been on Arimidex for a year as of yesterday, which is sort of a celebration for me. It means one year down and 4 to go!

Hope you all are having a great week!

It really is quiet here, but glad to hear everyone is busy with the holiday shopping, baking, sewing, etc.  I have finished most of my sewing projects for Christmas, just a couple that will be a little late.

It is going to be quite around here because DD#1 and DD#2 cannot travel at this time with a new baby due in Jan for DD#2 and DD#1 trying to get things in order for their military move to Japan in Jan.  I did not have my Aredia treatment this month as my red blood cell count was too low and there is an issue with my kidney function so they gave the a shot of Aransep to help get the blood count up and told me to drink plenty of liquids and they will check everything again in 3 weeks and if everything is better they will resume the Aredia on the 17th of Jan.  If not, I may have to get the transfusion after all.  I don't feel bad, but I don't feel really good either and my feet and ankles are swollen and I have a slight headache.  So I guess it is a good thing things will be quiet around here for the holidays.  They have also reduced my pain patch to every 72 hours instead of the 48 hours so we will see how I can manage with the new dosage schedule.

Hope everyone has a wonderful holiday season.

Sherry- DM is really busy with living life with a pre-teen age son.  She is also being her sweet self and helping out when she can a friend that has started a new business, resturant I think, as well as getting her own business in order and orders flowing again.  I have been thinking of her a lot and told DH that I need to go see her soon.

I think the tummy tuck would be a great bonus, I can't seem to get rid of that baby stretched stuff. I hope it goes well for you Redninrah! I would be excited too!

Edited to add I had a good mammo and US today. Whew.
