Do you also have pictures on your device.......if not you need to download some pictures that you like........the ones we snd that are not of us or our family we get from other websites.........like Pinterest, or just google what you want a picture of............Like......Happy Birthday pictures.........or......Funny Dog Pictures.......any subject you want to put up.........goggle that first.........then "save it to your camera roll.....

ducky - Use either my computer or phone. I have pictures on my phone but they're all of my boobies. yes, everyone wanted to see my boobies as they were healing and growing. They're so popular they might need their own twitter page....lol. I'll try googling pictures. But once I have them, how do I post in the thread??

Ok.....see the line of icons right above this message..............the one that looks like a small hill...it is the 8th on from the right.....
You click on that, and you will go to another page that says "Choose Photo"......click on "choose photo"...
After that go to where you have your pictures stored........click on the picture you want to go to BCO.............once you click it will show up with your comment of message.............let me know how you make out.......

MJ.........great.........its easy once someone walkks you through it......my then 12 year old grandaughter told me how to do it........she did it through my Ipad, by showing me the pictures of what I had to do.
Might I say she got very frustrated with me.......she is super intelligent....learns everything and the drop of a hat, and I'm numb from the neck up..........LMAO......

Throwing all my junk food in the fire! I went in for a visit with my PS and got on the scale - I have gained 10 lbs this month!!! I realized this when I looked back at my records to see when my weight shot up that much - from Feb. to March I gained the 10lbs - WTH.... How did I do that? Could part of that be LE swell? Anyway, guess I will be starting an eating and exercise program soon, now that the nerve pain in my breast is gone. Thank you Dr. K. You did a great job making me smaller! - I do have an in-office revision surgery in July but doing well 3 months PO. [except for the weight gain]. Would like to lose some of that weight before the revision.

GMA, you've suffered so long with that nerve pain, I'm happy to hear you've finally gotten some relief. I hope the ten pounds comes off easily for you. I've lost 15 of my 60 pound gain and everyday is a struggle for me. I'm determined to get it off though. I miss my old clothes.

I'm sure there must be someone with a hairy mole smack dab on the tip of their nose???? Just one???I failed pain management. Between driving 45 min. each way, and sitting in class for 2-1/2 hours, I just couldn't do it. I'm not sure how a person in pain is supposed to sit for that long. Instead, I purchased the workbook and will be doing the online podcasts. I'm still hopeful the program will work for me. Now if I can find a PT person that will work on the whole body, rather than one area, I'll be good to go. I think my next step after this will be acupuncture.

4.30 am here.. Getting up in an hour.. To go to the hospital with daughter and SIL for the C section birth of my grandson. SIL still says he can't go on with my daughter after fainting at the last 2 births.. and if he can't , I will go with her.. It would be exciting but hope I don't faint too.!!!
Slow.. Sounds as if you would be much better off doing the pain management at home.. That certainly is quite a drive and 2 hours is a long time to have to sit. I have never had acupuncture but have a couple of friends that say it's great
Slow.. Nope , Ducky has no ugly family members at all.. So don't hold your breath waiting for a photo of one.. BUT there must be an ugly in -law in the mix somewhere !!?? Maybe that DIL she' s not too keen on.?!? :-)
Gma.. Sorry about the weight gain. Thats the problem.. It can sneak on do easily but is so hard to get rid of.. My favourite diet is the Weight Watchers one.. You are never hungry on it because you can eat as much fruit and vegetables as you like
FK.. It often takes me a few goes to log on as well..I don't know why.

Just wanted to say.......I have done acupuncture and it is the best.........but then again it all depends oh who is doing it.......Mine is a chinese woman who works at the University of Pa. in Phila...she is also an MD...but has her own Oriental Medicine practice very close to where I live...
She graduated from the University of Shanghi in China......has fixed the aches and pains of my 2 daughters, son-in-law, and others I have recommended her to...........so again it all depends on who you go to.
I say the orientals are the best..............
Give it a try......if you don't like it you can always not go back.........I got fantastic results.....she does needles (which do not hurt), then puts the electrodes on them for stimulation (which does not hurt).....then she does a Hot Stone Massage.........a regular massage.......and cupping which can hurt a little, but not horrib, and you can always turn that down....
The entire thing takes 1 hour, or you can do 90 minu[tes......depends on your choice.......

When I started going to pain management they told me I shouldn't have been getting the TENS unit when I was doing my PT. The PT lady at pain management said not to stimulate that area. I've never heard of that before. As you know I've had some bad luck in the past with medical people not knowing what they're doing. I'm very leary now and question EVERYTHING.
Lucy, I can't wait to see the pictures!! I saw some pretty awesome baby pictures on the Retreat for Peaceful Contemplation thread. Those babies are just so beautiful. One of these day I will have one too!!

FK: There is NO gluten in this cake! You can have as much as you want! It has magical properties, it aways tastes like each person's favorite kind of cake, ...and this cake? it magically melts the pounds off, and they STAY OFF!!!! it really works! And if you are the odd person who needs to gain, it works for that TOOO!!!

But Firekracker, you CAN have it! We can ALL have it! We can eat the whole cake and have it, too! It is a magically deliscious, gluten free dream of a cake, I made it for you and Alyson too, and for everyone doing scary tests, wearing themselves out burning stuff, it makes pain lessen up, just plain good for you cake. im thinking that it ALSO keeps bC away,its that good! (it has hidden properties).
But I would still like those things SlowDeep made with her huzzy, they look pretty nummy too.
I went to the beach for a couple of days. I didnt look at my phone, or my computer. it was pretty nice, but--- i really really missed all of you, and thought of my bonfire friends, and I just wanted to tell everyone here--
