Lisa, I mentioned to Gma and I'll mention it to you. Your photos would look wonderful on canvas!

Or as greeting cards. Beautiful photos that I have looked forward to and been grateful for. Thank you Lisa.

thanks..actually, I found some coated canvas photo paper and bought out the store because I knew it would be gone forever. I can use my regular printer and the pictures look like paintings on canvas..I love it..I wish it were not so expensive to have it done...I also make cards for fun and gifts....I am glad you enjoy them..

Yay sbab! That's super news! Clean margins and no chemo.......happy dancing for you.
I'm finally home. I've passed the care of DD to her fiancé. She is healing well but it is going to be sometime before she is back to normal..........I think the nerve damage was more than expected as her leg and foot are still numb. At least the regeneration process can begin and if she's a good girl and does as she's told all will be well.
I'm a tad tired tonight but I guess that's to be expected as well........thank goodness DH had the fire lit and the house toasty warm when I arrived home so I can put my feet up and enjoy.
Hope you all have a great day!
Love n hugs. Chrissy0 -
You deserve a some "down time" Chrissy...

Lisa, the pink rose is lovely. Thanks for sharing.
Chrissy, glad you're back home and also that your DD is doing reasonably well now. I know this surgery will take time to recover from, but it sounds like she has a good start. It's always good to get home, isn't it?
Hope everyone has a good Sunday.

Awe thanks for the rose Lisa, it's beautiful.
Well I slept in this morning and then started dying some cotton tape to cover the frames for the dream catchers. It worked well, I only used coffee, and gave them an aged look. I have completed five catchers and each one different from the other........all in all I'm pleased with them and best of all DD likes them.......lol. I'll take some pics and post them in the morning so you can all see.
Have a great Sunday all!
Love n hugs. Chrissy0 -

Had a lovely day out with a friend who has Mondays off. Went to visit another friend who lives out of Auckland.
The view of the vineyard next door.
A bowl of violas and a late rose.
Had a lovely lunch and a wonder gossip catching up on news of our families.
Big hugs

Great idea chrissyb,
I have sought peace and tranquility all my life while coping with depression and anxiety long before being diagnosed with bc at 64. This has been a real wake up call to reach out to others and to reflect on my mortality and really focus on living one day - one moment - at a time.

suntrek it does that...

Alyson, what a beautiful picture! Their happiness really shines!
Yes Suntrek, bc has a way of putting everything in perspective and showing us what's most important, doesn't it? Wish we could have learned it in an easier way, though.
Onco visit a week ago--good to go for 6 months, pending mammogram which I've scheduled for late June. (Had to be after June 20 for insurance to pay so that worked out fine, since vacation is June 15-22. New onco did a breast exam (3rd time I've seen him) and said he felt absolutely nothing, so big sigh of relief.
Lisa, what are those beautiful flowers? I should know, but can't think of it.
Has anyone heard from Elisimo?

We call them frangipani.......and they smell divine!
I saw a post from her last week but nothing since......I think I need to call her and see what's up.
Be back later with the pics.
