Oh no!!!!
Was so pleased to see the Badgers had won!!! I recorded most of the game. Went to see my family Saturday. My niece loved the Paddington Bear book. Tried to get her two of them, but could only find one so I got her a My Little Pony book for the second book. Also got to see my step-grandad. I try to see him as much as I can.

my Florida sisters, please evacuate if you can. My family in east Texas luckily left early, or we would be planning funerals with the cleanup we are doing. Don't wait.

So awful to hear about Lita's progression. Thanks Teka.
Jwoo, glad to hear your relatives are safe, but sorry to hear they were among the people who were affected by Harvey's wrath. That weather map Mari posted looks mad.
Patty, so good to see you popping in more often lately. Hope you are on the path to more good days than bad.
MammaRay, I like your new avatar. Wishing much more quality time with DS

? What is an MOAB anyways ?

MOAB = mother of all bombs. I had to look it up , Mari. I think we need a FOAB to dissipate Irma. Anyway, the energy created by the bomb has to be greater the that of the hurricane, right? No clue of the numbers....just trying to sound like I know something. Ha!

I get you lover. Maybe we could just shootoff Pacmans into the sky. That's how much I know.

Feels like the world out there is self-destructing through nature and humanity. Feels like our personal worlds are too.
Got an hour of sleep just from exhaustion, like a power nap. Then awake and afraid. Though I might get all cleaned up and dressed and deliver myself to the ER but don't know which one I would go to at this point. But now I feel better. And tired again.
Safety and deep peace to all. It's a rough time right now.

Oh BlueB, wish the dark cloud doesn't stay above you too long. Yes, it would be nice if there is no more sickness, disaster, or suffering. I read your recent post on the other forum to get a better picture of what you are going through. Boy! With the list of specialists you have, somebody got to figure out how to make you all better. Interesting question you brought up about AI's possibly worsen the PAH. I would think the scleroderma and the radiation are more of the guilty culprits??
This is a link to the list of drugs that can induce PAH:

Here are two articles that might be of interest to you:

Best wishes. Hope the symptoms improve and that the scan is negative for progression. Big hugs.

LoverofLife - that metformin is a wonder drug. I was on it due to autoimmune hypothyroid. And my oncologist upped the dose to one more pill a day for cancer. And now I read this - did not know, so thank you. Without the metformin, it could have been worse.
Metformin Reverses Development of Pulmonary Hypertension via Aromatase Inhibition.
I didn't read this but did print for later - I am surmising it means the fact that our estrogen is being blocked would aggravate PEH in the long run. So though the drugs don't do it the body is prevented from naturally protecting us. Us as in cancer patients on * targeted hormone therapy (edited there only).
Thank you for the info.

Loveroflife, thanks for the pulmonary/AI links. Another good reason to quit my letrozole. On the metformin I thought it was recently decided it was a bad drug
