Ms. Sas,
I have been busy accomplishing nothing andgoing nuts trying to find the name of the glass angel you gave me.

Mommy, you have magnets for inconsiderate neighbors? I feel for you.
Bluebird, finger crossed for good results. Glad to hear the rx is working.
Mags, always in my thoughts and prayers.
Hello to my other sisters.
I was lost. Glad to be home. Somehow, this thread was removed from my fav

Loverly, we worked so hard to find that name. I can picture the page it was on, on replacements Oh vey...... Love that little angel. I could give it to you with great love, but kept the picture on Warm and Fuzzies, so, I can always look at it Funny huh.

Sometimes my memory doesn't fail. I went to W&F's and just stared at it. A "Thousand Eyes" plugged that into replacements.com. came up Manufacture was Westmorland. It's now out of stock. Such a sweetie, she is.
I'll check the net

Found one. List is high 24-25 $......... She looks dull and description says she has a nick. Dullness can be simply dirt. But if it's been exposed to hard water, it may not be correctable
Hmmmm maybe they don't like copying of their pages anymore.

Here is the history of the line. Not looking for that, it's an incidental finding ---so, circa 1930-1950

Here's a pair in Canada
Another pair in Canada
Another one in Canada, it's multicolored. It also, looks dull. I wouldn't take a chance on it. Plus, the multicolor is kind of gauche
That's it for right now, not sure what you're need is and how soon you need it. The prices are high and two are dull, and one is gauche. I could keep my eye out for one on the net if you like. As far as thrifting, she's the only one I ever saw.
You know my thrifting rules. 1. it appeals to you 2. price is right(cheap) 3. you have a use for it---hahaha to give it to Loverly, didn't know it at the time. 4. you have a place to put it. 5 you've never seen it before--I didn't so, I snapped it up.
Glass is so much fun

Dang! You beat me to it! Found the post. Thousand eye were the key words. We are so OCD. Hah! Ok, now I can sleep in peace.

AND you ignored me when I suggested you get a second one to make a pair, and replacements had it for around 13$. So, the prices I came across tonight were from 24$ to 68$(?). You have a rare vintage item
Now, don't be sending it to the thrift store as you declutter. 0 -
OMD you found the post. what did you go back a thousand or 2,000 pages. Okay what was up did you just want to know the name?
Oh we are only on page 1439..........
I found this at the SPCA, a two handled plate, footed, with silver overlay, the overlay isn't exact, but it is close. I paid a dollar I think.
Silver overlay was gorgeous and in that time period the best were made with Rhodium. It didn't tarnish.

Yep, I have no luck on getting good neighbors. Today I was planning on making and freezing the rolls for Thanksgiving.
My birthday is coming up fast, like 3 days after Thanksgiving. I'm a Sagittarius!
