I take a variety of things, some every day, some intermittently, in addition to a salad every day, exercise 5 to 7 days per week.

    • Meriva Curcumin by Thorne Research twice per day
    • CoQ10 by Thorne Research every morning
    • Melatonin 20mg/cap, 1 cap at bedtime, by Pure Encapsulations Or Vital Nutrients
    • Acetyl L Carnitine once per day
    • Turkey Tail twice per day Host Defense
    • AHCC once or twice per day by American Bioscience
    • Artemesinin, twice per day, 2 weeks on, then 10 days to 2 weeks off, by Allergy Research Group
    • Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN), 4.5mg every night, compounded by Bel Mar Compounding Pharmacy, CO
    • Lion's Mane Tincture in the AM by Host Defense
    • Astragulus Tincture once or twice per day a couple of weeks on, then 2 weeks off
    • Magnesium Complex Liquid at bedtime by Genestra/Seroyal ( this totally fixed my constipation and leg cramps)

I am interested if any women doing the natural route only now , live in the Seattle area?
