Red so happy for you. Over and done! I hope your skin heals well and fast. Better yet if you have no trouble. Although I've been told it can take a week after it ends to finish the burn before getting better. Here's hoping yours is an easy recovery!
Badger hope your Mom and you have a good trip out here. Let us know how it's going when you get a chance.

LOL Red. Back at work! I am hosting a camp out at my DH family tree farm in Wisconsin in late July. Anyone is welcome to come. We have many beds and the only cost will be for food as we will hve some communal meals depending on how many people want to come. So i posted here as well as on the WI board just in case anyone can travel LOL

Wisconsin is south of Thunder Bay. Draw a line almost straight down on a map (over Lake Superior) and you'll be in Central WI. Look for Wausau. That's about where we'll be camping. Not exactly but I don't want to put directions on open thread. Lots if pine woods and flat land. I live further east near Lake Michigan. Not so piney and way less flat! LOL. If you could come that would be awesime. But if not I sure understand. Maybe someday we could meet up in Duluth MN. I'm not sure where in Ontario you are either. LOL.

I am sorry you were having a hard time on a couple of threads, Red. if you tell me who they are, i WILL go beat 'em up for you! not nice, it has happened to me too, and it hurts worse than "real life," somehow because i think i had higher expectations of a common ground, and uncommon hurt. and i was dissapointed. but you can block em. like moon, i want to know too, so i know who to avoid. mean people suck! thanks for the bump! love, kathe

kathec, I know I lose threads all the time. Remove from my favorites is right above the posting box and it's really easy to touch it as you are scrolling yo post. At least that's what I am assuming is what happens. I kind of watch it now and have noticed it flashing go blue sometimes and that's when it goes bye bye! If I don't notice it right it can be a week or more before I realize I haven't read anything on a board and go looking for it! LOL.

Aww. To heck with it. I can't explain this in haiku well. I will hurt Kathy by being on bonfire, but if I ignore Lynne on drinking, I will make Kath feel better but hurt Lynne. I really struggled with this and decided to back out of both sites. I too lurked for a couple days, and I haven't quite gotten to the point where I take them off my favorites. But I guess I should because I want to be there every time I see a post. Especially when we are just being silly. It's a great release. I love both sites but I can't add to what my friends are going through.

Red, i am so sorry that there is trouble of that sort on these boards. i have had to stay away from one or two, myself, and the first time it happened, i just aboout cried, and it really affected me, and made me sad. almost unbearable sad, because i guess i had set the bar so high for BCO, was expecting more compassion from people who had experienced a common awfulness. but really, there are all sorts, and mostly i do stick to the more informative type threads. and with so many personalities, it is
hardeasy for one to get knocked off balance. and i do know what you mean by lurkers, too, and i have had to block a couple. but then i even got so paranoid there for awhile, that i was sure they had one of their minions report back to headquarters so to speak. brrrrr, no fun. i hope i am not the kathe who should be careful? is there something going on i dont know about? please pm me if so, and i will be the one to avoid any trouble makers i shoulld know about, ok. hiaku buds are the best. i dont know who lynn is, but i am glad that you are here. if there are people that cant be friends with someone cause of who they talk to, that is sick, and so third grade. so i amm so sorry for you, that you had to experience this, so i will see you here! didnt know how to say that in haiku. i dont care who sees my writing, it is how i feel.i dont think i go to drinking....

aw Red. I read some of the posts. Neither will let it go. You are caught in the middle. The bar is set pretty high here in BCO. We have avoided most of the drama found on boards like this. There's been a few big ones I remember but we'll I try to stay away. Just not worth it. I will pm people rather than post if it's a big deal.
