    Daughter is a nurse,

    Master Reiki too, offers

    Distance healing now

Okay, my DD made an offer. She is a nurse, an herbologist and a Master Reiki practitioner. I know it sounds weird but she is doing a distance healing tonight and wanted to know if any of my BCO friends wanted to be added to her pouch. Basically, it means would you like her to pray for you. If so, let me know via PM please. Thanks.

    when can we just stop

    exhausting our selves with stuff

    right there with you red

(i wish we could just laugh and play all day and indulge in our desires, and just do whatever makes us happy. but, oh, the world's demands. it's exhausting for me now, in a way that it wasn't, before treatments. dishes await me now, been doing paper work all day...except for a brief moment of releasing some ladybugs, into the wild. )  :0

Moon! i want to see that cute little bugger pin for sure! are you learning to solder? I am so proud of you for doing that, its fun, huh!?! Personally, i think it is the arimidex making you tired, i was on it 6 months, and then a month off, then tamox for four. i just was on an 8 week break, and juju and mojo came back , more than a little, and creative juices were flowing and generally felt more well. still awful pain, tho.  On femara now for a  coupla days. i blessed it and wished it well before i swallowed it. i want to try reiki, too. And Red, the tamoxifen wiped me out and hurt me too.

Sorry for not doing the haiku this time, i could delete after i see you both back here, if you like. one word:

    Snow

kathec don't worry about every post being Haiku. It's so not worth ot! No one minds.

    The KING cries and cries

    Staring out every window

    Missing his Kingdom.

I feel so bad for Sir Spotsalot. He really is mourning. And fighting me for not letting him go back outside. He's a smart guy. But i can't do it I tentionally. He is smart so I know it's inevitable but he really can't be roaming amymore. He got the feline version of aids. I know he got it outside but I would feel bad about letting him roam. But he cries endlessly and my nerves are kind of getting rough. Pic of Sir Spots

    He is a Bengal.

  • Tomboy
    Tomboy Member Posts: 2,700

monica! he is BEAUTIFUL! i have been wanting a bengal cat forever! i had one once, because my friends grandmother in sacramento raised them, and she had given me one. but, i wasnt supposed to have a cat in that apt where i was living at the time. they are only two generations removed from the wild, so they ARE a handful. the only thing you could do, is to adopt another one, so he had inside company. and they are affectionate and great hunters too. when i had the one, i was tempted to get mice from the pet store for him to hunt indoors. eeew. yours is a extraordinarily handsome young man!

i would love to be added to the distance reiki list, redreading, thank you, and my friend Dorthy, too? She has CLL,and it is getting worse. she is the sister in law of my friend who passed last year in march from BC, and who was my dear friend.

oh. He has two partners in crime. One that was here before Spots himself, and the mistake kitty. ( neighbor caught him by accident. Gave him to my daughter's fiance who was in our house and cat ran to basement. 3 , yes 3, days later he came up. I said" um, THAT NOT SPOTS!!!!!! LOL.  But he was a loving boy so we kept him. Neutered and checked him out.  Clue-so is the one with the grey (named for Inspector Cluseau). Tibbles  is the orange.

K, owl was just dapped. Leaf is actually a Raku piece I bought with glass beads and silver. I did chase the owls beak on a sandbag. I don't have a pitch pot at home. My teacher has a great studio that is well equipped. During class we can use anything there.

    ____

    Three hours a week

Was more than I could handle

    During my chemo.

    ____

    Teacher offered me

A chance to come to the class

    when I was able

    ______

    Went to visit them

    No energy to create

    But good to be there

    _____

    Started to enjoy

    Creativity blossomed

    Only recently!

Of course now I pay for classes. But my teachers offer was something I needed. The other students in class are amazing. It got me out of the house, among people who cared about me and I actually made the earrings in the pics during my chemo recovery. But i couldn't do much else.

moonflower, i knew  that you would know it was a pitch pot! i forgot what it was called. That is so cool that she let you go hang out with the class, that would have cheered me up,too. amazing people out there in the world. maybe we could start a new thread, something like where we could tell our story of random people doing amazing things for us, when we were down, or in treatment. might be neat to see!

RED. thank you for the long distance reiki, someday, i will try some in person!

    Had my first Reiki

    Eyelids closed, colors drifting

    Relaxation reigns

Yes. It was really good. I started out with Red and orange behind my lids ended up with green then purple then white. I could tell where his hands were by the white light! Sounds crazy but true. The only color I didn't see was blue. That was weird. Also the white was kind a grayish color around my knees and ankles. Yes just where my arthritis is bad. LOL.  I do a rainbow meditation for relaxation and start with red and work to white. So maybe my mind used that to explain what I felt. Red you could ask your DD about that! But it was part of integrative medicine so NO COST . Eldon spent an hour with me. That's really nice perk!

Kath,  that's a great idea for a thread!

     Much love to all.

Oh. One more pic. Spring IS coming. REALLY!!

Taken by my DH, ducks and ducklings in Lake Michigan!

    DH came home

    King's returned to his kingdom

    DH let him out

So 6 weeks of wailing and worry wasted!  He's not about to come back to his prison. I am so stressed. Of course it wasn't on purpose. He just forgot how smart a Bengal is and actually came back in througuh the same door he went out of. Sir Spots was waiting and ran.

    Kathec

    Party time before

    The wedding occurs to raise

    Cash for the couple

That was terrible as a Haiku but it does get the idea across. Lol
