    Zills, my lovely!

I was hoping, when there was no post from you as I went to bed, that you were having a great long sleep.

I am sorry you are not feeling well, but having your Sister there is fantastic. It gives you a bit of time to recoup your energy. That acid stomach is still worrying you, are you still able to take the Gaviscon?

It's Sunday morning here, so the weekend is almost done. It was warm yesterday, in the sun, so I sat and did some beading outside. I really enjoyed it, and will do some more today. I am hoping our milder weather stays with us, but August can be very cold. September is my fave month because the days are longer and warm enough for short sleeves.

Now that the boat is almost finished, and Colin has been out sailing, he will have another interest this Summer. There are already several people asking to crew for him, so that takes the pressure offf me to get really involved. I really just wanted a "caravan on the water", but Colin will never lose that interest in racing and pushing himself.I still have to tell people that if he weren't in a wheelchair, I would never be able to keep up with him.

I hope today brings some more relief for you, and that you can nap when you need to, with your Sister fending off the kids for you!

Sleep well Zills, chat later...M x

Oh good GrammaB, I'm glad you think it will be useful for you! Isn't it cool how it's all velcroed up?  I think somebody did a great job designing it.

Oh Bobogirl, William's bathroom essay is the cutest thing... I particularly love "Everything that you say is twice as much smater than me so I would listen to you most of the time. I should listen to you every single day of the week. You are the one to listen to a lot of the time."  That must have taken that poor little guy a week to write.  And lets not forget... "I will do all that stuff without you having to ask me to do it from now on till I live alone."  You need to put that way and years from now when he gets his own place, give it to him framed.

Wren, I am with you.. I cannot even think of pulling off that clothing.  Our Bobo is nice and tall and thin.. I am short and dumpy :)

lol Granwe, I agree with Moira, whip one out and whack him upside the head with it!

Bobogirl, I'm happy with my medical team, but if you need to rip heads off, I know a couple of attorney's that deserve a bit of a whoop ass.

With whom in the F, indeed! "Sweet Pea" will end up losing more than $6.50 in the end.. I understand not writing the B1tch up and I share your reasoning, however, in this instance where we are talking about the salvation army, I think it should be brought to their attention.   I do admire how you handled the situation, great story.

haha.. I am used to words such as manky :)  I've started watching the block sky high.. I am 10 episodes into it.... enjoying it so far.

I don't recall being told the VS story.. I know I would have remembered it.. we will have to make sure she tell us. A cutlet short of an uplift applies to the personnel at our VS as well.  Actually, that's probably not very fair.  Here they are very young girls who I feel really don't have the time for older women.

haha!! The tables have turned!!! Now Bobogirl has Moira buying camisoles! I love it!

Sorry to hear you're a bit under the weather Zills, I am glad you are able to sleep through it... I hope you are able to get some nourishment in you.   We've had the cold front for 3 days now.. enjoy it :)

We puttered around the house and yard today, it was a gorgeous day out.. I think we are back to overcast/rainy tomorrow.  Joe made a chocolate cheesecake which came out pretty good, but was a bit rich.  I'm a recipeaholic.. I can't even tell you now many recipes I've printed out, so we have been trying to do 2-3 of them every week.  That was one of them and tomorrow I am going to try out crockpot orange chicken.

I started the rites back up (only did 3!) and also tried some Zumba.. I only lasted about 10 minutes at Zumba before I was exhausted.  That disapponted me.. but I think I may be coming down with something.  I've had a sore throat since last night and have been unusually tired all day.  At first I thought the sore throat was from the AC at work because it was extremely cold on my floor, but I still had it this morning.. and have a headache now, so who knows.  Took a nap today which is rare for me to do.. and I still feel tired.

Gonna go veg in front of the tv and probably go to bed very early.  Big day for Bobogirl tomorrow.. F moving.

F moving indeed ldesim, I don't envy Bobo the work, but the rewards will be worth it.

I am so sorry you aren't feeling the best. I hate the start of a sore throat that won't shift, haven't had any for the longest time, but don't want to mozz myself by talking about it! I hope it passes. Is Olive Leaf Extract widely used over there? I take it all the time, and it was the only supplement that my anaesthetist allowed me to continue during the lead up to surgery. It is absolute magic for viruses and is especially good for any chest infections. It comes in a liquid form that gives me terrible reflux, but the freeze dried capsules are perfect for me.

So you've made it that far with "The Block Sky High" I used to live right near that awful old Motel, years ago, and my girlfriend, who I have mentioned here before, who was the working Psychic lives right opposite. I am so over it, I haven't watched every episode, but there was a bit too much bitching and moaning on this one. Those twins are pretty nasty too! Was very sad to see the young one's Mother pass though. She has held up really well considering her loss. I think tonight is the Auction, and final episode. It seems to have dragged on forever because they kept throwing in new challenges for them all the time.

I am addicted to home made gourmet pizza at the moment, Colin loves pizza, but I am making mine sans cheese, and with lots of veg and fresh herbs, sometimes prawns straight off the boats. I am not, thankfully eating so much sweet stuff. I am a terrible sugar addict. I admire grammaB for her ketone diet. I doubt I would last well on it. In saying that I had a hard time when I discovered my dairy allergy 30+ years ago, but I stuck with it. It is much easier to manage these days. More products around to replace it with than back then.

I am still sticking with the rites, still on 7, should up it to 8 tomorrow. Surgeon approved, but said to go easy so I will continue that way. I think the big walks and 7 rites are probably good enough exercise for now.

i want to hear the VS story too! That may have been a bit cruel of me to say that about the staff at the store. It was just that when I was in Georgia for that extended time, I shopped there quite often and found the people I dealt with, just a tad, shall I say, ditsy, but in retrospect it may have been because of my age too.

I hope you feel better, enjoy that time on the couch..chat later..M x

I do feel better.. thank you.  Sore throat is gone, but still feel sluggish... no sun today, so that doesn't help much :)

Did a little straightening up, went through a pile of junk in the basement as tomorrow is trash day.  Did rites and a little zumba, now have to put clothes away, my least favorite chore and do some ironing.. as step above putting clothes way.  Can't believe this weekend is almost over.

I'm only up to the 2nd challenge, with the his/her bathrooms and there is drama over the steam room.. the twins are just starting to be b1tches, I can see how they can get worse.. they are very full of themselves.  I like the other couples though.  I just love the room reveals.  I know this is awful long, there is over 50 episodes.. so I still have a ways to go.. I do love Scottie.  Your poor GF having had to live across from all that commotion.

Quiet here for once!  Hope everybody is enjoying their day!!

Glad you are feeling better Idesim!

Tomorrow is trash day here, have to put it out tonight as they come around 4AM.  I am going through the freezer and refrigerator and really getting rid of stuff. I especially need room in freezer for my meals for after surgery.  So many bottles with 1 or 2 olives or peppers in them, or 1/2 in of salad dressing etc., lurking in the back of the fridge.  Time for them to go!!

Zills I hope you are getting lots of rest with your sister there to help.

My recliner arrives Tuesday, so tommorow I am going to rearrange my living room to accomodate it.

I am sending the Reiki healing out this evening, if anyone else wants to be added, let me know as soon as you can.  I can always add in later too.

Enjoy the rest of the weekend all!

    :))

Please add me GrammaB, if you haven't.. thank you :)   Trash day for us too, but at a more reasonable hour!  4 AM??  Sheesh!  Hopefully you are far enough from the street that it doesn't disturb you while sleeping.

Doing a bit of relaxing now,  I'll get up in a bit to start dinner and do some cooking for the week as well.

    I'll check in later :)

    Morning!

So glad to hear you're feeling a bit better today!

The last episode of the The Block was last night, I had it on, but wasn't watching it all the time. It went on forever...but they did make some serious money, which was good to see. I won't spoil it for you by telling you who won the extra $100,000.00 for getting the highest amount over their reserve price!

I like Scottie too, he's the quintessential "Tradie".

It sure has been quiet here. I wonder how Bobo has gotten on with the move?

Are you seeing any benefit from the Rites? Colin says he can see a difference in me, even though I am still on the 7 reps. In fact he was  seeing it when I was on 3,or so he said!

Just noticed that grammaB has been here while I was posting. How you doing? Gosh it is getting close now, but you'll be feeling better when you have finished everything and got your new recliner positioned.

I am thrilled to be in the healing too grammaB, thank you!

It is Monday morning here, I can't believe how fast the time flies. Everyone tokd me that it would drag when I moved here, but it is quite the opposite.

I'll get everything done so I can be at the TV at 4.30 this afternoon for the new episodes of True Blood  and Dexter. They are sown here straight after the US shows them. This is the final series of Dexter, so it is a nail biter!

I hope everyone else is just busy. Zills, I hope you and your Sister are having a good time together, and that you're feeling better today.

    Take care....M x

Have done pretty well this round as long as I take meds and eat. Did walk this morning. It was chilly. Didn't do much yesterday.

We watch alot of public TV. Just have rabbit ears and kids.

Danced, played, looked thru baby clothes but afraid to get rid of any since I'm not sure what size she'll be. Today is actually my low day so trying to keep my stomach and thoughts positive.

She will leave tomorrow and we have cleaning plans. Bedclothes, bathtubs, maybe a load of towels. Typical weekend chores that we put off since she's staying an extra day.

    Hey Zills, nearly missed you!

Glad you are Ok, and you're having an extra day with your Sister. She's a great help isn't she. I hope you can take it easy and get past the low day.

Cooler for you, and warmer for me, I have been out running up and down my front garden trying to get shots of the huge flock of Pelicans that are here right now. I just love these birds, I've always had a connection with them, at the other house, and now here. I was taking shots of one the other day when Colin was in the boat. He was calling me the "Pelican Whisperer" I was talking to it and asking it to turn to the left or right and to show me its face. It did everything I asked. The two other men on the boat said "How do you do that?"

The most amazing Pelican story I have, is what happened at my Mother's Funeral. We had just come to the grave side, and the Celebrant who had seen the Pelicans fly over my house a few days before, while we were dicussing the Funeral looked up and flying in formation were 7 Pelicans, they swooped down very low, just as the casket was being lowered and 3 flew around the gravesite, and the other 4 peeled off the other way. It looked like it had been staged.

I think I mentioned it, but on my Birthday there were a huge number, couldn't count them all but at least 60!

    take care everyone...chat later....M x

    Done Idesim, check your pm.

The trash cans are placed at the end of our dirt road up by the street so I seldom hear the truck when it comes.  Thank goodness!  He used to actually come down our road, but it got so muddy one winter he almost got stuck, so now we all have to wheel the can up to the street.  That would wake me up because he turned around in my driveway!  We all end up just leaving the cans up there and drive the garbage up Sundays.

Ariom, I think I am going to have a look at the video of The Rites!!  Yes! It will be so nice to get the room arranged and get comfortable with it the new way.  It will also give my cat a chance to get used to it before my kids get here.  He is so skittish, I don't want to throw too many new things at him at one time.

I am so jealous you are watching Dexter!!  I am going to have to go out and rent the couple seasons I am behind.....or maybe upgrade my Netflix to streaming & disc just for a couple months so I can watch them.

Zills, sounds like you had a great visit! Don't overdo on the chores though, even with help.

grammaB, I can recommend the Rites, but only if taken very slowly. Just 3 reps to start with. It is really better if you get the books by Peter Kelder, they have alternate posees if the Yoga poses are too difficult because of injuries. I do the modified "Table" number 4 most of the time because my shoulders are stuffed from the Rheumatoid. That doesn'tmatter though, because they say that the 1st exercise is the most imposrtant. That is the clockwise spinning. It apparently gets all chakras spinning in unison, and that is what happens when we are young. It is also  great exercise as we get older because it improves our balance. I have absolutely no bother from the postural vertigo I have had for years. It is amazing. I do the spinning during the day when I think of it too. Only takes a minute, and if it helps prevent a fall in my future, it's so worth it!

I started doing the Rites about 6 weeks after surgery if I remember correctly. Slowly..slowly. My friend, who swears by this is an ex, gay ballet dancer, ex ballet dancer, not ex gay! LOL who can be very persuasive. He is on my case all the time, insisting that I should make this a 12 month plan, to reach the 21 reps in this system. He actually does look younger since doing this, after a really awful acccident. If nothing else it makes you feel good!

    Have good day...M x

Meant to say, if you like Dexter, and I know you do, you must catch up and get to this final series, it's mind blowing, where it's going. You just cant look away!

Hello to everyone! back from weekend in Fargo with kids and grandkid! Shrek was great! a little long but in an outisde theatre and a beautiful night! I did get pretty tired and thought the nausea was returning but I did sleep it off.. I also got to do a little shopping and was thrilled to find 2 black and white tops that I really like, one is a sheer blocked b&w shirt which I will wear my black cami under and the other is a kinda pleated short sleeve blouse, can you tell I like b&W?? all in all had a good weekend but soooo glad to get home!

Gramwe.. I laughed out loud at "numb nuts" that is the name my bf calls her hubby and also mine! she shows no preference!! our pinochle card games can get pretty interesting! but I think you looked so great he just thought you were the same gal!!

Bobo.. sounds like your knitted knockers are really a hit! cant wait.. take it easy on the move, glad your brother is helping! I love the grey skirt, I could wear that, love long skirts! and also loved the bathroom essay!

GrammaB.. Thanks for the Reiki healing... get that new recliner situated and enjoy it.

Idesim.. glad you are feeling some better, lets keep it up together!

Zills.. so glad you sister can come to help you out at times.. I so wished I had a sister at the time of my surgery!

Ariom.. oh my the pelican stories are just too much! just love them. We just do not know what else is out there do we? I am also thinking of doing the rites.. need to watch dr. oz's videos again.. do you go clockwise or counter clockwise? so interested in doing them.. I know they would help, just need to get going and go slow!

I got the first cucumber from my garden tonight! cant wait to eat it and hope the others hurry up! just love them and also use them when I juice! DH bought me a Keurig coffee maker, wasnt sure I really wanted one but we used it at son's house and pretty nice, now just have a cup of sleepy time tea! now a hot bath with lavender/magnesium bath salts and hopefully a good nites sleep.  oh.. how could I forget??? ordered my seven swords braclet! as soon as I saw our message I remembered that I was going to try the "Contact" I fogot all about it! Can you beieve that, how long have I been hanging out to try that  thing, and then I forget about it.

They say in all the blurb, including the books, that you always go clockwise when doing the Rites. they don't mention the southern, or northern hemisphere. I guess clockwise is just clockwise.

I wish I could remember how to post a picture, because this morning I got some beauties.

Have a lovely bath and sleep tight....M x

Absolutely stunning Moira!! What a peaceful setting!!

OK ladies, I am going to pass on something a friend on my diabetes forum pm'd me.  It is anecdotal at best, but possibly interesting.  She is an avid researcher and right now is researching about thyroid, adrenals, iodine, etc.. "spurred on by her progressive dentist of many years (who runs in circles like Davis, Mercola, etc - or at least knows them)." Her words.

Her dentist has 6 paitents in his practice w/bc, and interestingly each has had a root canal on a meridian tooth. Also she said that Mercola on his web site states that 97% of terminal bc patients have had a root canal.  Which seems astonishing if true, but then are there many people out there that haven't had a root canal?? Still doesn't prove anything one way or another but interesting to note.

She sent me this link to a meridian tooth chart.  I have had many root canals in my life, did I mention bad teeth here? I don't even remember all the teeth involved.  I did remember at least 4.  So I checked it out and darned if 2 of the teeth are on the breast meridian and all of them are on meridians related to the areas of the spine where I have had and have ongoing problems.

This is all totally anecdotal for sure, But I find it interesting.  I'll do anyting to keep myself busy right now!  But I am curious if any of you have had a root canal and if it falls on the breast meridian. I told my friend I was going to post this here and she asked if she could know the response.  Of course I would never share any names, just occurrences.

Moving furniture today, and cleaning and dusting too.

    Have a great day all!

I have never had a root canal... but I can sympathize on the bad teeth, I don't have bad teeth (I've never had a cavity), but I do have bad gums (hereditary, I am told) and have spent thousands of dollars at the dentist... interestingly enough, I lost 14 & 15 years ago which was the side of my BC.  No problems with any of the others.

How is your living room looking?  I bet you're going to sleep good tonight with all the furniture you've been flinging around :)  Keeping busy is the best thing you can do now and planning, planning, planning was what kept me sane until my surgery date.

That is beautiful Moira, thank Colin for setting that up for us.  I would love a picture of the black swans... hint hint! ;)

Ndgirl, I love black and white too.. I have to remind myself to add colors now and again otherwise, I would wear white, black and gray every day lol. Congrats on finding something you like!! It's not that easy these days.

I love my Keurig! The only con of having it is I miss the smell of fresh brewed coffee.  We use it for tea as well.  We've tried several types of hot cocoa, but they were horrible.

Posting as i have to deal with dinner.. shrimp scampi tonight.. yumm!!!

ndgirl, thanks, I am a lover of the water too. The criteria for this house was "Absolute water Views and a Flat Block" it had been on the market for two years, when I believe, it found us, not the other way! It was purely by accident, that we came here, while we were searching for our new home.

We had the renovations started a few months before we moved, and drove the 300+ km here every 2 weeks to check on progress. the house itself had "Great Bones", but needed to be completely renovated inside. We couldn't be happier with the results. I have never loved a house like I love this one.

I absolutely believe, that it was being here after the surgery, that helped me heal so fast. It is just the most amazing place.

grammB, I have actually heard of this root canal/bc thing. I have never had a root canal, but have had quite a few extractions and some crowns, and my Mother had BC too, but no root canals. It is interesting.

Be careful with the furniture moving, don't hurt yourself. It sounds like it's pre surgery "nesting time" at your house. I did that too!

    Take care GB....M x

ldesim, I forgot all about your interest int he Black Swans. I should have taken a shot of them having a go at Dexter the other day, all puffed up and hissing! I will definitely get some pics for you in the next few days. It is a very different scene today. It is gray and wet and the water is choppy, but I still love to watch it. It's an ever changing picture that I never get tired of.

I am a black white and gray girl too. I have trouble with lots of color. I do love to wear natural color in the summer.

I had to google the Keurig, I had never heard of that one. I have a pod machine called a Senseo. I get the coffee pods from a place in Sydney. I don't drink coffee, it gives me the jitters, but everyone else seems to love this coffee, so I keep buying it. I bought some of their decaf, so I occasionally have one of those. It's weird because i love everyhting that is coffee flavoured, like chocolate, or icecream, fudge..yumm, but a cup of coffee, not so much.

Are you feeling up to par now? Had a good rest over the weekend?

    Shrimp...oh I love shrimp! I hope it was yumm.....M x

I am really happy with my rearranged living room!! Have the perfect spot for the recliner where I can see the mountains out one window and the side yard, seasonal creek area where all the birds come to visit the feeders out another. Yes, I guess you could class it as nesting!!

But I overdid, can't help myself!  My low back is aching so I have plopped myself down and put my feet up.  That is it for the day!  Except for cooking dinner, grilled pork sirloin chop with curried cauliflower.

Ariom, were any of the teeth you had extracted on breast meridians?  I would think an extraction would be just as traumatic along the meridian as a root canal.  This whole idea fascinates me.  Not that there is anything one can do now after the fact of root canal, but it is interesting.

Tomorrow this time I'll be kicking back in my new recliner! :D

Ouch, gB, I thought you may overdo it!

I have just checked the chart and my only teeth taken out were at the rear, top and bottom. So yes, I lost a couple of breast related, and it was interesting o see the ones that related to what I would say, is  Rheumatoid affected areas.

I have had a lot of luck with Dx through Iridology too. I went to a Naturopath who Dx lots of things by photographing my eyes. I find all of this alternative stuff really interesting.

You take care now gB, and don't be doing too much more. Just sit in that recliner tomorrow and watch some TV! Hugs M x

Very peaceful. I could see how it could be healing. That's why I walk to the pond every morning to do my exercises. The mist was rising this morning. You are very lucky to have such a place. I know I am very blessed to be able to live in the country.

I wear colors. Love blue, green and my fav is pink and orange.

Never had a root canal. Have had some cavities but nothing major and I couldn't tell you were.

Still tired and nauseous. Hopefully only three more days to go. Did too much cleaning (or following my sister around) but no claw! Just some stinging. Hope to sleep well.

The boy came home and asked me what size underwear I wear. I have no idea what prompted that. The baby is trying to run. She practices running in place. They are a hoot!

Hi Zills, I hope you keep improving! No "claw" is a good thing!

I can't think of anything more entertaining than watching children start to walk and run! I remember Bec's nickname was The Possum because she'd wrap herself around my leg and sit on my foot while I dragged her up and down the kitchen while I worked. She also had a wonderful, if not very short lived, way of throwing a tantrum. She would make two fists, and could throw her legs out in front of her so she was actually in a seated position in mid air, she'd then thump to the floor in that position. It was amazing to watch, but it was short lived because the first and only time she tried it without a diaper, was such a shock she never attempted it again. LOL

I am laughing about the boy's question of the underwear? What was that about, I wonder?

I am so grateful to be living here too Zills. I never considered the country before. I have lived my whole life within a few miles of a major city. Our last house was at the beach, but that was a little Isthmus just out of town too, in Melbourne. I never thought I'd be happy in the country, but this is just amazing.

My next delivery has just arrived from the MyUs freight company. OMG I don't know what I was thinking when I bought all the Marika stuff. I just went mad, it was so cheap, I couldn't help myself, where to put it all? Colin is just shaking his head and laughing!

    Take care...M x

Hope Bobo sees your message and not Ariom. Where would she put it?

Stomach still iffy. Throat sore. Every round is different.

Boy fell asleep in our bed, was moved to his room and woke up at 4:30 to sleep on the couch. Not sure if its allergies or me not feeling well. He's excited about school. Baby sleeping all night:)

Have JS tomorrow so hope to feel better. Need to pay bills and "make" dinner. I usually just heat leftovers up but am actually contemplating cooking, if you can call it that. Corn dogs in muffin tins. Kid food but DH working late. Trying to get stuff done before it rains again.

Wren, I did pop over and have a look, but I am not going to buy any clothes at this point.  After the surgery and I heal some, then I will seriously look.  There are definitely some cute items on sale!!

Zills, great news that the baby is sleeping the night through.  Hope you can get caught up on yours now too.  Sorry you are still feeling rough around the edges.  I can't imagine going through all this and having young kids still in the house....and moving like bobo did!!  You are amazing ladies!!

Moira, sounds like you are going to have to build an addition to hold your wardrobe!! ;)

    Hugs to all!

    Here I am!

Boy, I've got a lot to catch up on.  So forgive me if this is only a partial list of responses.  I will decline to tell you the story of the move, save for mentioning the fact that a) it was a comedy of errors, and b) I am neck-deep in unpacked boxes, with six jobs, and the kids home until 3 September.

nd, you are already a member of the gang!  Don't forget, you have to get more bracelets to get the full effect.  Do not tell Colin you are ordering all these bracelets.  Your knitted knocks are up next!  I believe you asked for a picture of them -- will work on that.

Ariom!  You live in a paradise!  And I can't think who deserves it more.  It's funny -- even though I don't see you guys, I've missed you!  I love your pelican story.  I wanted to tell you that as I was in the old house, straightening up, and as I was leaving for the last time, I heard my owl!  I hope he comes to the new house as well.

grammab, welcome to the Rites!  Let the record show that I have not done them for three days.  I am up to six reps.  I realize I am late, but I would love to be added to the Reiki list.  Wait -- I would actually like to spend my allotment on our princess.  You might not be aware.  She is in the process of being diagnosed with epilepsy.  She had her first seizure a year ago August 11th.

Wren, thanks for the EF update!  I am pretty stocked up -- everyone is right -- but I want two things.  I'm going to try them on when I am in Boston, if they are still there.  Oh, wedding update -- idesim, you are right.  I have been thinking about the possibility of there being snow in December.  Everyone, in case I have not told you, I do not have fall break from my teaching job.  So I was going to move the wedding to winter break.  But then idesim was reminding me of the possibility of snow, and delays.  A delay would be disastrous for us, because we have to file the marriage papers with a 3-day waiting period, and we'll have the kids, and a delay might mean no wedding.  So, when things settle down from the move, I'm thinking about talking with DLLP about spring break, which is 2 - 9 march.  I realize everyone will be dying for a wedding story before then, but just think!  It's only six and a half months away.  Will have to modify the 'Fall' theme, but will probably still wear the bronze-colored crushed silk dress I have.  It is strapless.  Will have to wear cornflower blue and poppy colored flowers in my hair along with dark colored ones.   I am having crowns of flowers made for myself and our princess, naturally.

Idesim, how is kin?  I have been missing knowing what is on the coffee table.  I have a not good watermelon right now.  F that.  And how is your throat?

Z, are you feeling better?  How is your stomach?  How was your sister's visit?  I so understand about the kid sleeping issues.  It's a major part of my life, whether or not the kids go down and stay down.

GrammaB, I love that you arranged your room!  Glad everyone enjoys the keurig -- frankly, I do not like them.  I prefer the smell, as idesim says.  It's one of the great pleasures of life.

I am scared to watch Dexter!  I love getting hooked on a show.  But I'm afraid it would be too violent.  Z, when I couldn't sleep while I was worried about surgery, I watched this Netflix show called House of Cards.  I would 'promise' myself one whenever I was scared in the night.  I loved that show!  I watched them all.

Okay, off to teach!  Promise VS story this week.  You will like it.  And will report in with news about the tiny house!  By the way -- where am I going to put everything?
