Idesim, see above your pork chop post (that was once an actual pig, they are as intelligent as children) regarding my update on haircut.  Zow!  The highlights are punk.  It's funny.  I have spent months begging him for punk elements - purple streaks, etc.  -- and he has done the most subtle suburban things, they have been pretty but they wash out in a week, and then I protest, and then he says You drive a minivan!  You live in the suburbs!  And now, when I arrive and want to keep a little length, and ask him for 'the manageable version' of the picture of the highlights, he rips off and gives me a proper punk haircut!  With my new job starting!  I am laughing.  I have finally convinced him. F0ck it.  I will rock this haircut at the college.  I am a bad*ss Stand and Deliver bringer of knowledge, there is nothing else in it for me.

    Posting!

I reply to myself.  Greetings from the kombucha capitol of the world!  One of them anyway.  Birdie, can you not have alcohol on doctor's orders?  It is such a little bit in there.  Just the natural fermentation.  Kombucha is an excellent remedy for everything, I think -- must get back on that now, especially since I live DOWNTOWN!  Near much kombucha!  I have been running on fumes, just on a bite of something, since the famed Endometrial Biopsy in mid-June.  I will try to turn the tide (even though I am going to be completely crazy with new job and prepping two classes).

Ariom, I did have much discussion about the haircut!  And my hairdresser is a great communicator -- he really tries hard to understand what I mean.  I think I was a little off my game because I had just finished being sick.  In fact, I'd considered cancelling because I didn't know if I could sit in the chair!  Poor your father.  Those sound like very tough accidents.  I love that hairdryer story -- good thing the power went back on.   Good thing for the town, I mean.  Woe be unto the person who restricts power to your house when you need to fire up the blowdryer!  I thought you might run down to the boat and just dry your hair onsite!  Nearly had to run for a pee as I read that.

Better get started on putting myself together and finishing up the punk breakfast!  XXX

Glad you are embracing the hair cut. A new do for your new job. One more day of camp. How is the boy doing at his? You do know that empty boxes make great entertainment for kids. They shouldn't be too old. Let them decorate them.

I can't use any oils from treenuts. DS allergic. I can't imagine picking up my scar. Not sure I have enough skin! Obtained a copy of my records yesterday and it mentions the referral to PT so there shouldn't be any issues. As usual they haven't called back. Arghh! My mom's banana bread better have magic in it. What will I be like on hormones? The report mentions tamoxifen. Afraid to read about any SEs:)

Big storm last night. Lots of lightning. Woke the baby. She's still asleep. Boy up at 6 and walked with me. No owl.

Have appt in the big city. Drove myself there yesterday for JS. Going back again today. Unfortunately not enough energy for any shopping. Have to come home and nap. Friend bringing dinner:). We are so spoiled.

    Hello you two!

Bobo is up early, I am used to seeing our Zills here at this time, but not so much our Bobogirl...nice to see you. I hope you are both well rested.

I am sorry Zills, I forgot about the nut free environment. Any good quality oils will do it for you. The PT will get it sorted. I let Mary, my massage therapist do a really firm massage on my chest. I have noticed that it isn't as numb as it was. I seem to have a bit more feeling and a lot less "Claw":)

I am off to bed now.. I hope you two have a great day..take it easy and I will catch you in the morning........M x

    Hi everyone!

Just quickly popping in, haven't read the new posts, gotta get outta here and get up to town.  Getting my hair cut in the shortest pixie they can do and have to do last grocery shopping for staples at Costco.

I did want to let you guys know I called my ins this morning, and they will cover me for up to 120 visits from home health nurse in a calendar year!  Again the coordinater was floored at the news!  So that will be set up in hospital before I come home.  Phew, I do feel better about that.  As a diabetic, an infection could get serious very fast, and I don't want to miss any tiny thing being all alone here. Thanks Spookiesmom for planting that seed in my head!

Will be back later today to catch up on posts.

    Have a great day all!

You can search the blogs. Rashes mostly came up associated with meds I'm not taking. So I've either got poison ivy or some weird side effect. I'm not covered yet but new spots appear daily. Have steroid cream. Really don't want to call the nurses again.

Morning all dull and dreary and raining here today, not so cold though. We have been so lucky this year, it hasn't been a very cold winter at all.

Sorry Zills, I am not sure which product you're asking about. Could you refresh my memory?

gB, I am so glad you've discovered all these things that you are entitled to, through your insurance, no thanks to your coordinator! I have to ask, just how many people end up having a Umx, with no nurse visits, and goodness knows what else they should be having because they don't know what's available? That is so wrong!

You'll get peace of mind by having the Nurses coming. The whole drain thing is very doable on your own, but I would prefer to have a Nurse do it. I got an infection in a small section of my wound. It was the Nurse who spotted it first, and got me an appointment with the local Doctor that day for antibiotics. I then went to my Surgeon, who had given me his cell number because it was Christmas and his office was closed. He opened his rooms to see me because he wanted to see the extent of the infection. He doubled the dose of antibiotics, and it was all good.

I am so glad you found this site, and have found all that is available to you.

Now, I don't know if this exists over there, have you also checked for home help gB. I had a free housekeeper for a month, meals on wheels if we wanted it, and we get reimbursed for our gas cost to go to the  Hospital or Doctor if it is more than 100km away. I hadn't a clue that any of this was available, but the Hospital had a woman who organised it all before I went home.

I had the District Nurses coming every day to do the drain and check the wound. I think we had to pay a subsidy of $5.00 per day for that, and that included Christmas Day and Boxing Day. None of this was anything to do with my Private Health Insurance, just what is available in the system here.

I think having your hair cut short is a great idea, I had mine cut shorter too, but it turned out I had no problem washing and drying anyway.

I hope your trip to town was a good one......M x

Zills, just wondering if you have to take Cortisone tablets? I had a terrible rash after a virus and that was the only thing that got rid of it. Just a short course on top of what I already take. They told me that once it covers a certain portion of your body, the cream is inefective and you need the tabs. Just a thought.... Don't let those Nurses intimidate, it is their job! If not for patients, they'd be in the dole queue:).....M x

ndgirl, so sorry to hear you're having trouble sleeping again. Has something set it off, or is it just random? It must be the pits.

I wore the Contact again for a while yesterday, but must remember to buy some more of the wipes and the skin prep stuff. I would hate to use them all up and then want to wear it! I really do like it. I can't wait for you to try it and let me know what you think!

Everyone else is busy.......I'll check back later...M x

I am laughing over Ariom calling the elesctric company and trying to figure out ways to use the hairdryer... dammit! I have to say, I am a little sorry the power came on because I would have loved to hear of what lengths you would have gone to! lol

Zills, do not read about Tamoxifen on the boards, you have no way to know how you will react to it.. I scared myself sh!tless reading about it, to the point of refusing to take it for 6 weeks, and now I have been on it 3 months and haven't identified any SE's. Obviously that is not to say that you won't have any... but there is no use working yourself up over it until you know how you will react.

GrammaB, 120 days is fantastic! I'm glad you got that sorted out as well. I agree with Ariom, I bet there are women out there who don't even realize they are entitled to these things. I didn't find out I was eligible for the visiting nurse until after my surgery. Thank God we have these boards and each other!

I'm going to go do 30 mins on my exercise bike before dinner... see you all in a bit!

    Hey ldesim!

    You crack me up!

I didn't call the electric company to find out how to use the hairdryer, just to find out when the power was going to be restored. When our power goes out they have a recording to let us know approx time it will be back on. Colin is still laughing!

Thirty minutes on the exercise bike, you make me feel bad. I finally found the key to my treadmill, but I haven't looked at it since. I really need to get into it again. I am now doing 8 reps of the Rites, but haven't been walking nearly enough. I still haven't remembered to take the camera when I do get it together to walk, to take pictures of the Evil Swans! I say that because I can't believe anything that lives in such a beautiful environment, could be so nasty!

Hugs to everyone...I am going Opp Shopping this morning...I'll let you know what treasures I find, later...M x

So my post up there was upposed to be 2 hours ago.. I picked up the laptop and saw it never posted... oh well.

Bobogirl, I think it's fitting that you have a new haircut for your new job... are you excited and nervous?  Looks like there were 3 of us posting at the same time last night!!

Zills, enjoy no cooking for as long as you possibly can (I am ignoring Bobogirl's pig comment), I just hope they don't bring you anymore pork chops lol.

I forgot to share a horrible moment I had.. yesterday morning as I was getting ready for work I look in the mirror and notice I have this mark on my neck.. it looks like a slightly swollen gland and located in almost the gland spot.  Well let me tell you.. I immediately panicked and almost started crying.  I ran outside to where Joe is feeding the stray and just start pointing at it and telling him to look at it... LOOK AT IT!! He did and told me it was a mosquito bite.. and I asked him if he was sure about 20 times until I finally calmed down.  Then I got pissed.. I hate the fact that I am now paranoid.. I never was like this at all, F this F'ing disease.

Our poor husbands. Yes Idesim I make mine look too. I think we are all paranoid. I wasn't planning to look up tamoxifen but thanks for the advice. I'm glad to hear it works for you. That is helpful.

Looks like GrammaB and I were posting at the same time. Yea for you. I'm so glad the nurse is coming. I know you are relieved. Hope you didn't bring too much home from Costco. We have a Sam's club and you can get carried away!

No more pork chops for me for awhile. No more Starbucks either. I had a chai tea and a scone today. My favorite treat before BC. Haven't had any since April. Tea tasted milky and scone floury. At least it wasn't bad but it wasn't good. I was in the big city and had a choice of anything and it didn't taste good. So sad. Worn out from two trips in a row.

Ariom did you score any good deals? I thought you mentioned a better alternative to the heal gel.

Ndgirl. So sorry you aren't sleeping again. That's the pits.

Idesim. What was the most helpful for rads? Was your skin in good shape before hand? Mine just seems extra dry from the chemo and acid reflux. I know the collarbone will be done and am expecting the underarm as well since my nodes were involved

    Have a good night/morning everyone.

Zills, I have extra unopened radiation cream and Aquaphor  that I will send to you so you have them on hand.  Most helpful was the Aquaphor, which I kept on 24/7 with a wifebeater over it because it is greasy.  Have some hydrocortisone cream on hand as well, over the counter stuff is fine according to my RO and mix it with the Aquaphor if you become itchy.. which can happen towards the end.  In other threads they swore by emu oil, but really it didn't do anything different than the Aquaphor, but that is just my opinion.

My skin was dry from chemo too, but I had that prior to surgery and radiation, so by the time radiation came around it had recovered from the chemo.  Surprisingly the surgical site faired very well during radiation, it was my underarm that was the problem area.

Haha Moira, I know you didn't ask them how to use it, but your mind was racing on how you could do it if the power didn't come back on!

I have to do the bike.. my pants are too damn tight and I will be damned if I am buying a size larger in pants, I refuse to do it.  Of course saying I was doing the bike, I neglected to inform you guys of the 3 slices of pizza and 2 pieces of cake I had at work today during a party we had for a co-worker who is having her first baby.  I should have done an hour for that.

Good luck at the Opp shop!!  Sweet dreams to everbody else.. especially  you Ndgirl, I hope you can finally get some sleep :(

Boy am I tired!!  And I haven't even had any surgery yet!!

I have to vent for a minute, I may need bobo to go kick some a$$ for me.  On my diabetes forum, I started a thread about how to deal with my blood sugar numbers pre and post op. I have to control protein intake to a degree because what is not used by the body is turned into glucose.  The mega dose of Vit C is not doable as it messes with blood sugar too.  I have been in nutritional ketosis well over a year which really helps keep numbers down and may aid healing.  All these things aid healing and I was just looking for some input as to which way to go as I want to heal and keep my blood sugar as close to normal as possible too.

I got some suggestions and lots of well wishes which was nice then this one member says: "Breast surgery is not major surgery.  You will probably heal just fine either way."  Really?????  She did say my cortisol would be depleted by the anesthesia and my numbers would probably be high for a week or so.  That part, OK, I'll expect that then, but the first part???

I replied: "Wow, kind of feels like major surgery to me, but I guess I get your point, they aren't opening me up, just cutting parts of my body off!"

I got a couple pm's from people saying they were glad I replied as I did, that the comment was very insensitive.  It really ticked me off for some reason.  Maybe I was just being over sensitive..... OK end rant.

ndgirl, yes it does give me peace of mind to know I will get a visiting nurse. Infection can be really bad for a diabetic. And since I can have it why not??

I'm sorry you aren't sleeping well, the last couple of days I haven't been either, but I think I'll do better tonight. Today was the last day of running around, other than the trip Monday to pick up DD at the airport.  I can kick back and relax now.

Ariom, I do feel much better knowing the nurse will be coming.  I wear my hair pretty short anyway, it is really short now! I know we have meals on wheels here, but my diet is sort of out of the norm and I probably wouldn't eat much of it.  I have plenty in the freezer for now!!  I am pretty good about turning a blind eye to dust and cat fur on the floor when I need to! ;) And since I live alone, there is no one to complain!

Idesim, I certainly wouldn't have even asked had not someone here mentioned it.  The coordinator was pretty clear I wouldn't be able to have one. My guess, more women don't know about the visiting nurses than do!

I'm going to post this before I lose it.  Be back in a bit!

grammaB, I think your reply to that woman was just perfect! In my opinion, if I get anesthetic and it involves knives and drains, it is major surgery. Maybe not as major as heart surgery, but up there just the same. Enjoy the time with your daughter.

Slim pickings at the Opp Shop today. Just an old bottle in the right color glass for my collection.

It is still bucketing down outside, so Dex and I are snuggling on the couch.

Our neighbours have just returned from 3 months in Paris. I wasn't expecting them so soon, but I am glad I had their lawns mowed last week.

gB, what sort of idiot is that woman? I totally understand your needing to vent about that, but you did give her a good answer:) Wait till our Bobo catches that post! I'm with Wren!

I actually watched a Mx on the internet, after my surgery, not before! LOL Shame your Forum Member hasn't seen that!

I am glad you can kick back now. I know the nerves will be there, but try to get rest whenever you can. It will be great to have your Daughter there, she will keep your mind off it. I hope the two of you have a fun time together.......Take care...M x

Zills, I am trying to remember what else ai may have suggested for your skin. The blend I use has the nuts in it that you can't use.

If you have super dry skin from the chemo, can you tolerate loofa gloves to gently exfoliate, perhaps with pure olive oil soap, and then massage with say, pure wheatgerm oil? Ihave bought the pure olive oil soap from iHerb of Vitacost in the US. The other one that I thought of was coconut oil, but I assume it is considered a tree nut oil too?

Maybe try a light exfoliation and try a lotion, rather than an oil, or the products that ldesim is sending may just be what you need for this dryness too.

Sorry I can't be of more help here, but everything I looked up turned out to have a tree nut base, even the pure shea butter won't work either.

You'll need to be careful trying new stuff while you have this unidentified rash too.......M x

I was also going to suggest coconut oil, I love the stuff, use it for cooking, putting on dry skin, etc. very good on popcorn. Dr. Oz recommends it highly, but of course it does have calories if anyone is watching that end as well.

I agree.. what an idiot to say it isnt major sugery! My God what does she want, but I wonder if because it now does not require a nights stay in hospital if some think it isnt major. What a shock to the body it is. I have my 2 grandaughters staying for 3 nites and was thinking last night (as I cant sleep againCry) that if this dreaded disease would ever hit them in later life that by then we would not have to mutilate our bodies and put women throught all this, hoping they find a vaccine or whatever it takes,

It is chilly here, we need some warm weather! the crops look pretty good but the corn may not make it if it doesnt warm up. We own farm land but are not active farmers, our nephew farms our land, so we always hope for a nice crop (keeps our cash rent up !) ha.

Thinking of everyone here, btw GB, my grandaughter is having her tonsils out the same day as your surgery, so sending lots of prayers and good positive energy to both! Tonsils dont come as frequent as they used to in my day, but this little gal gets sick so much and they are always swollen and sore, so finally the decision was made to do it. She will be a first grader and doesnt want to miss school either, and her mom is a teacher!

Good wishes to all.  ps.. next week 2 grandson coming for a week and we will take them back when I go for my checkup so I hope I can handle all this! The boys are older and dont require as much care as a 4 & 6 year old, they are 11 & 13.. they love to play cards and so do we so that will keep up occupied if the weather is bad!

Zills, You can order Emu oil on the internet (www.wonderoil.com). DH makes his own lotion and that's one of the ingredients. Aloe vera might help with radiation burns. Check with your RO first.

Thanks Wren, that is how I feel about it too. Anesthesia + knives + missing body parts = major surgery to me!!  I just couldn't believe she would say such a thing and it really ticked me off.

Idesim, I can't tell you how many times I have done that.  Thought I hit submit only to come back a couple hours later to see I didn't!!  And worse, think I hit submit come back later and hit refresh or scroll up and hit My Favorites and totally lose a post.  Then go to the thread and wonder what happened to my post. I hate that!

Sorry about the scare, I can only imagine how freaked you were at first.

Zills, yeah, I did bring home too much!! Big blocks of cheese I will have to grate and freeze.  I was sort of shopping for a longer term than normal, but still. I will have DD here a few days so she can help me eat up some of the fresh veggies I bought.

My late DH used to call Costco the "$500 store".  We could never get out under $500!  But back then we were shopping for a month as it was a 2 hour drive one way so we only went once a month or 6 weeks.

Sorry your "treat food" didn't taste good to you!!   Probably anything you would have choosen would have been the same though.

Ariom, I would never have thought to watch the surgery online!  Certainly won't do it before either!  But after w/DD maybe.  Sorry you didn't find any treasures. A woman here in the US (don't remember where) was sorting donations for Goodwill and found 105 $100 bills tucked in with the books she was going through.  So far no one has claimed it.  After 3 months she will get 10%, I think it was, for being honest and turning it in...... Good will scored on that donation!

ndgirl, I love coconut oil too!  It is part of my regimen for keeping my diabetes under control. It is great on the hands too.

Actually I am staying overnight in the hospital.  I couldn't imagine a BMX as an outpatient! Yikes!

I have 4 grand daughters and one step grand daughter and I often think about how bc will be handled later in their lives.  I hope just as you do that it can be less about knives and chemicals and more about a vaccine !!

Have fun with all the grands!! :)

I'll send healing energy to your grand daughter the morning of the surgery before I leave for the hospital.  Get us both started right for the day!

    Have a great day all!!

    Good morning everyone!

Just a quick one before I do the Rites and get myself together this morning.

As I said yesterday, my neighbours came home from the long trip to Paris, si I am keeping Dex as quiet as possible in case they are having a sleep in. Unfortunately our Dex is Mr. Territorial when people walk their dogs past our fromt fence. He will shout at them till they have passed the last fence post. I don't know how to break that habit.

I will take him out for a big walk this morning, and tomorrow is the big monthly Farmers Market in our town, so he loves to go there as much as I do.

I volunteered for the Salvation Army in Melbourne for about 6 years. You wouldn't believe how much money that used to be found, squirrelled away by elderly people. It would be found in jacket pockets or behind pictures, in books, as this lot was. Once a family donated a whole jewellery box of goodies that turned out not to be fake! They were never located either, but the charity got the lot, they don't give anything to the finder. Although, I found a beautiful Rose De France Amethyst Brooch in heavy Rose Gold when I was sorting jewellery once, and the manager gave it to me for a very good price. I still have it.

I was in our little local Opp Shop when we first moved here and witnessed a woman buying a box full of antique dance medals that a family had donated. They were all Gold and Solid Silver, and that woman bought them for $5.00 the box full! My conscience would have got the better of me!

Well, I must be off, but will bve back later....maybe a Swan pic today ldesim! M x

I need to go pop some popcorn for the show when Bobogirl sees what that B1@tch from your forum said. Of all the damn nerve??  Great reply GrammB, what an insensitive cow.. of course it is major surgery.

Moira, you watched an mx?? I don't think I could watch any surgery... ER used to be one of my favorite shows, but the second they went to cut into somebody, I looked elsewhere.

Sorry to hear you ladies aren't sleeping, I wish I had the magic solution for you.

Ndgirl, sounds like you'll have your hands full next week, but sounds like you'll have a lot of fun as well.  I will keep your GD in my thoughts on Tuesday.

I don't have that bracelet, but I do have one with words... "young and strong" and I like it.  I have my zodiac sign,  the blue water gem one, my father's birthstone, one with "hope" ,  the animal paw and the swords.  Love all of them, but i don't think I'll buy anymore.. I wish their beaded ones were a bit more substantial, they would have been nice to "break up" the other bangles.

GrammaB, I totally could have gone home the same day.  I had surgery at like 7:30 AM and I was awake by 11 AM.  By 1 PM I was settled in my room and eating a snack.  I was up and walking around the hallways by 3:00 PM and bored out of my mind by 7 PM yacking on the phone and reading and planning my room service deliveries (loved that room service.. haven't found better in any hotel). I had no books or laptop or anything as I didn't expect to be up and about.. I figured I'd be sleeping that first day! Luckily a Deadliest Catch marathon was on that kept me occupied for a bit.. Joe was more tired than I was and left to go home around 6 PM as we never made arrangements to have the cats fed, again, thinking I'd be asleep anyways.

Save me some popcorn and a seat on the couch ldesim, I want to be there too!

ldesim, both Colin and I have a fascination for surgery. He has all of his done awake, even the 3 big hip and femur ones, and I have stayed awake with an arm block for two of my hand surgeries. I hate anaesthesia. It gives me weird hallucinations that I can't deal with.

I decided I wanted to see a Mx because it was such a weird sensation surgery. I now know why! But there is no way it should be considered anything other than major, silly troll!Where's Bobo? I can't wait for the action!

Me too gB, my surgery played out just the same as ldesim. Colin couldn't believe it when I was on the phone a few hours after the surgery and again first thing next morning for him to "Get me out of here!" in a good way!

    Take care...M x

Idesim, you really do have a lot of bracelets!  Each sounds very special to you too!

Interesting that you felt so well so fast.  My SNB is at 8AM and surgery is at 10AM if the path comes back fast enough on the nodes.   So I may not be with it that early in the day.  Hope it works like that with me as it will give me more time with DD!

    Hi gB,

My SNB was at about 8am, but my node didn't show up straight away, we had a few goes at massaging to get the tracer to go where it needed to. My surgery was at about 11.30am. The node is removed in surgery to be sent to the path lab. They do the tracer in the morning or the day before in some cases, and then they shoot you with the blue dye when you are under. The surgeon uses a geiger counter type thing to locate the node and then removes it.

My surgeon didn't have a rush on mine because he was so confident that there wouldn't be any invasive component, but he said it woud be "Remiss of him, not to do the SNB", since he was going to be so close to it doing the Mx. If there had been any surprises and he hadn't done it, he would have to do a full clearance. No one wants that if they can help it. My Mother had a full clearance, and got LE.

He said that if I had the lumpectomy they wouldn't have done the SNB. I got the results of the SNB at the same time as my final Path report.

Your surgery will be a bit longer that ours gB, because you are having both done, but I am willing to bet you'll be feeling chirpy when you wake up too. Just don't forget the lozenges! If there was one thing that was really uncomfortable for me, it was my throat from the breathing tube. I woke up starving, and all they had was sandwiches. If you could have seen me trying to get that bread to go down you'd be in hysterics. I know my Nurse was! It was awful! The Nurses ran all over trying to find lozenges that didn't have that awful anaesthetic in them. I hate that feeling. Eventually they came up with something.

One night in Hospital is nothing in the grand scheme of things, and then you'll be off making great memories with your daughter. I was lucky that Bec came here too. The tables were turned for the first time ever. She was tough, and wouldn't let me do anything. I wanted to mow the back lawns after a couple of weeks, and could have done them easily, but she wasn't having any of that. I just waited for her to go! LOL I must say though, sweeping and washing the floors were difficult for me, and cleaning and polishing the benchtops. Anything with that circular motion was harder than straight lines.

It will all just fall into place gB, we women are so industrious, we will always find a way to do stuff, if we need to.

I hope you have a lovely relaxed weekend, try not to think too much about the surgery, you'll be over here on this side so soon! Take it easy...M x

GrammaB. Mine was a BMX. I knew going in they would be chasing a node in my collarbone. So my surgery would be longer than yours but I still remember being hungry and asking for tea and toast. If you drink something special, I recommend bringing it with you if you can. My day doesn't start right unless I have Irish tea.

Since you've had surgery before, you know what to expect in terms in your diabetes and what painkillers you can tolerate. You probably are in better shape now and you can handle this easily enough.

You will be telling us funny stories in no time. With your DD, DS, the visiting nurse and your friend the nurse, you should have no problems getting proper care. There will be enough eyes watching you that you don't need to fret about infection.

Just think ahead to what you might need before someone leaves and have them put it in reach, or get it out if the back if the freezer or being it from town. Start two lists. One for groceries and one for chores or errands. Let people pick and choose. They really do want to be useful and everyone's strengths are different.

    Morning Zills!

I am nearly ready for bed, and you're just up!

I hope you've had a good, restful night.

Great advice for gB, I am looking forward to her funny stories with her daughter too. The two lists for people to choose from is a great idea.

Catch you in the morning........M x
