I'm taking anastrasole (Arimidex) which does a number on the bones. I'm somewhat lactose intolerant and can't just drink milk. Yoghurt is OK so I get some calcium. I eat lots of greens. Kale is almost a weed here.0 -

Oh my ldesim, what a great deal! I have the same pants and capris and long sleeve top, but I haven't seen the tank style top.
I am clapping my hands with glee!!! I don't think you will be disappointed. There is barely a day that I am not wearing Marika stuff. It is so comfy and the fabric is great. They wash really well too!
gB they have the size chart on the Marika site. The pants run pretty well to that chart and are on the long side, but I found the tops run a bit small.
Editing because I meant to say, I have actually bought more when they have the 50% off Clearance on the Marika site. The jackets they had on Zulily were a good price too. I wear one of those zipped up, with the bra I love from Marika (not on Zulily) underneath with a slightly weighted foam foob in the pocket. It is just so comfy and smart looking. I always get compliments on these outfits, and they cost a fraction of the approx $200.00 that they are at full price. M x0 -

Mrs. Meyer's Clean Day? Since my dx I have been treating myself to holistic cleaning supplies. I like the lemon verbena. Oooh. It smells so good! They have lavender as well. And they have spray, floor cleaner, dish soap, etc. I like to sprinkle the floor cleaner on the floor (not its regular use), then steam mop over the top of it. I like a clean house. But I am not sure I even come close to you since one day you reported that you scrubbed down the walls.

I just went over to Lucky Vitamin to see the cleaning products, WOW. am I jealous at how cheap you get your stuff over there. I use Murchison Hume cleaning products which are I think, similar to the Mrs Meyers, but they are so expensive. I would buy the Meyers, but the postage would make it too much.
Over here, as soon as there is an "Organic" added to anything, the price goes up. I buy my shampoo, conditioner and soap from the US. All organic and nasty chemical free, and cheap as chips! The shampoo is Desert Essence coconut and smells like heaven. The Nubian Heritage soap is Coconut and Papaya. My bathroom always smells like the islands!

Bobo, I took screen shots of the photos and then pulled them from the desktop into a folder in my Pictures files. Then you can upload from there. Took me awhile to figure that out. Probably is an easier way, but this worked for me.0 -

I have had so much trouble lately with my index finger locking up, so got on phone and made appt. but cant see bone dr. until Dec 3rd. hope it helps. I have alot to do at the office lately too, hope this isnt from arimidex cause I still have 41/2 years to take it! yuck. But how am I to know what is causing it or is it coincidence?

Now I am clapping my hand in glee.. we are all going to be decked out in our snazzy yoga outfits!! GB & M, we all have matching tops now! omg I was on that site for hours today, it was awful, I was supposed to be working.. but the price were so good! When I saw the ones I liked were Marika, I was laughing by myself in my office like a crazy woman. I think I placed 3 or 4 orders on there today, kept taking little breaks. Got Joe some nice slippers for like $7.00. I try not to go to that site too often because I usually go a little crazy and I don't like the fact the things are non returnable, but so far anything I've bought has been fine. I've been shopping there for a little over a year.
Bobogirl, I LOVE Mrs. Meyers!! Lemon Verbena is my favorite one, orange clove is my second favorite.. the smell lingers a long time! I am addicted to them.. not crazy about the Basil or Rosemary or floral though. The pine one was a huge disappointment too, so don't buy that one.

Just got back from having dinner at my GF's, my stomach is killing me from laughing so much. It was good to see Joe relaxing too he hasn't done much of that in the past year. He came home and went straight to bed lol, I think we wore him out.

DD gave me a quilted nylon vest for my birthday. It's made by Champion and was at Target. I love it. It weighs almost nothing and is plum with orange zippers. Looks really great with yoga pants. Seems like I'm cold all the time these days so I'll be using it a lot.
Fashion question: Would those slim pants look ok with flats? All the ads have women wearing extremely high heels which I will never wear. I'm thinking about making a pair. I've tried some on but don't like the fit. I'd rather make them from scratch than alter a purchased pair.0 -

I am not sure which slim pants you are referring to, but if it helps, I wear cigarette leg slim pants with ballet flats a lot. I rarely wear heels these days, but on occasion I wear them with slim pants too. I usually wear a long sweater/tunic top with them and a scarf. I have a couple of the long vest tops in that nylon fabric with a long zip and front pockets, very comfy and good for going into town or out shopping.0 -

Of course I let her, but she wants back out before too long, they have a warm place to be, she is a calico cat and I just love her and spoil her!

I'm going lalala with my finger in my ears about the Marika. I don't actually own any high heels or narrow pants, but I'd like to look a little more in fashion than I do. I wear clogs with my longer pants. Actually I think I'm trying to impress someone in a fantasy situation. The only place I go is the senior center where old clothes are the norm.
I have fleece jackets in black, navy, plum, medium blue and red. I'm allergic to wool and fleece has been life-saving for me in cold weather.0 -

ndgirl, is that trigger finger you are experiencing? You can get a cortisone shot that will fix it for a long time. I had one middle finger right hand, had the shot Feb 2012 and it still is fine.
