Where is the vomit button when you need it? There are quite a few of these memes that triggered that bodily response to the sickening rhetoric.
Illinoislady, I read the article you cited and had the same response to the message. It was the rantings of a seriously deranged man. If he is not mimicking the rhetoric of Hitler with his hate messages and plans to destroy large segments of what he perceives to be his "enemies" , then I am misunderstanding his message.
He is to appear in PA tomorrow in Drexel Hill which is not that far from my home as the crow flies and maybe a 25-30 minute drive in traffic. Where he is holding this is in the middle of a densely populated area and people have been on line trying to determine what the impact will be on picking up their children, getting to their homes after work, etc. We used to have events there for the college's scholarship dinner and I am not sure they can afford to have him skip out on payment but then, they let him come. He's also going to Allentown which has a red leaning population but after his MSG speech, there maybe a change since there is a large Latino population in this area. I am hoping this is his last visit to our state.
I am spending down time on Britbox and other apps that don't have commercials or are bombarded with political messages.
Oprah also introduced us to the charlatan Dr. Oz who should lose his medical license for being a snake oil salesman. He lived with his in-laws while he was running and I have yet to hear where McCormick has a house in PA. As far as we know, he still resides in CT and when he says duty, honor, country, I really want to vomit because he is forgetting the oaths he took as a Marine, and West Point cadet. All of them disappeared in a puff of smoke when he drank the Kool-aid. She should hang her head in shame for exposing us to these 2 poseurs, but then she is a billionaire, too.

Spose you have a point about Oprah, but in her defense I think she was looking for people who would be a 'help' to her and her overall outlook about herself which seemed for years to be a bit tortured —- and thought these same people might be good for everyone. They were not and I do note she is very much democrat and VERY much for Harris/Walz. But I do see the point you make and give it some validity.
