If you have taken Ibrance or Kisqali or another CDK 4/6 inhibitor, I would appreciate hearing about your experience. I recently had to stop Verzenio because of unmanageable side effects. Oncologist wants me to consider an alternative in that drug class.

Anyone on Kisqali and Exemestane? SE?
Hi, all I switched to Exemestane from Letrazole due to unbearable rash with the Kisqali/Letrozole combo. But on Exemestane the skin on my palms and feet is scaling, peeling off. Any advice? Also my hair is thining. What SE do you have and how do you deal with them? Thanks

Hello.. I am on week 3 of the first cycle of Kisqali. I have had the dosage lowered to 400 due to gastrointestinal side effects. The stomach cramps are terrible. I have tried dycyclamine, mylanta, gas x, pepto, and other over the counter and nothing helps. I also use a low setting heating pad which does help. I do have…
