My latest haute couture. The crystal strands drape over my mastectomy site. Designing for an asymmetrical body brings in some interesting opportunities for using diagonal curves. Velvet is a beast to sew, but it's lovely when it's done. This was a stretch velvet, so it's comfortable too! The only thing I missed was pockets.
