Blue pearl - landscape quilting - wow. Had not heard of this before. Finding suitable fabric must be a story in itself. Your birds and mountains quilt is beautiful.

White House Ornaments! Not being American I did not know there was such a thing, nor could even have imagined it. This site is always so educational! Nerdy

Photography is my hobby (among others). This fox was eating lunch on this rock. When he/she was finished, this rough legged hawk came to clean up the scraps.

I love it Artsee! I always wanted to do that! But what a bright and joyous page! You will have to let us know when it is published, so we can all buy one, and then the publishers will be noticing how popular it is!

Artsee - wonderful, love that sun poking right in the window. I can see such shades of Van Gogh's bedroom in Arden's bedroom walls and of course his choice of flowers!

imageute Cute idea with the $500.00 shirt Joanne. LOL

The Author for "" Arden in the Garden" , is publishing the book herself. That way you can have the illustrator of your choice. Otherwise the publishers want to get their own which she didnt want to happen.

She is trying to get funding donations on a sight called " Fund Me". Not too familiar with that but have heard this process has been very sucessful. Shes got her act together so we are hoping for the best. Thank you guys for your interest. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

    Love it!

Hope your friend gets her book published, she certainly has chosen an ideal illustrator!

Very Nice! I will want a signed copy, of course. It would be awesome if you could ask your friend the title or page of her 'Go Fund Me' account, because she probably gives you one as a condition of funding her at a certain level. Go fund Me is an amazing thing, many have even started one for receiving treatments for cancer when they were under-insured, and things like that. Happy to go there and fund her if you can find out how we can find her page there!

Wow, what a range of talent on this site! I'm posting something different and I hope it doesn't make anyone uncomfortable. For me, any expression of my creativity is therapeutic. When my hair was shedding I had a hard time throwing it away. I didn't like the idea of tossing myself in the trash. I did make some balls for birds to build nest and then I made my hairy voodoo doll. It's made from my hair. I know it looks creepy but it was one more way I could flash my middle finger at cancer. I keep her on display in a cabinet. She won't be tossed away.

I have to say: It's pretty unique. Very good example of a kind of folk art.

There must be a page on her regular go fund me page that isn't through Facebook? I don't do facebook, so I can't reach it from there because it wants me to sign into facebook, yikes!
