Hiya Cyn===those damn cookies--let's make something with 3 ingredients, we'll have some fun, it'll be easy--Well from someone (me) who doesn't bake it was a feeling of loathing and despair--but we did it and they aren't bad--but to much work and Joey did most of it and we were alone and I'm asking him if the cookies are done??? Well good thing he knew how to use the oven cuz I didn't have a clue, and as we were dropping those teaspoons of batter down as we kept going they got bigger and bigger, the last part I did and he rubbed my back and after rubbed my legs and we both laughed and said Never Again. We can make those already made sugar cookie thing and decorate them, like home made. Chit
It rained a lot today but drizzly melting the snow and more comes tomorrow so I hope not a lot of ice.

Lori..found the tex mex chili recipe on the food network for the Barfoot Contessa...there is so much chit in this recipe it will cost a fortune to make..but I just LOVE it and I was never much for kidney beans and they call for that...its so yummy I cant even tell they are in there..but Im sure the whole house will after I eat a vat of it....its payback time fart boys...hahaha...ok..its late and im punch drunk..wish I was really drunk so I would have an excuse. I agreed to 1 hour ot tonight because so many people called in sick...they wanted 2 but 1 was all I could do..I effing hate working at night..its bad enough...now rambling..

PEPPERMINT PINA COLADA
3 oz of coconut milk
1 1/2 oz of premium white rum
1 oz of pineapple juice
2 peppermint sticks
Mint (for garnish
Add ice and liquids to shaker, shake. Pour in glass. Break one peppermint stick and place in drink to give peppermint flavor and pink color. Garnish with mint and second peppermint stick.

friend and we plotted to escape during a concert, I woke up when the friend and
I were on a bus but it was on a drive in theater screen and I was me watching a
movie.Weird or what?And I found out that I'm working tomorrow.And a ice storm is predicted.I do NOT want to be out in an ice storm,
especially driving 57 miles to one visit and back.OH, well, wait and see, it may not be as bad

(((((Lara))))), oh no, praying it gets better and does not have to come out. You have had such a hard (no pun intended) time since that surgery. My heart goes out to you, let us know, and I am hoping you do not end up in the ER, but better to go there if needed.

Tonight my DD2 and family arrive from TX, and I will have dinner here for them (they are staying in a hotel), then tomorrow will have our big Christmas dinner here, prolly 13 or 14 of us, so I have a lot left to do. Still am very sad.

Celebrating the Winter Solstice - all up hill from here.
Had an excellent time up the north - good friends, good food, good wine. Then went shopping. Half the price up there. Have enough wine to open my own off licence. Northern Ireland is owned by England, so sterling not euro.
Drove home In a hideous storm - normally 4 hours - took 6

Juliet – I am jealous of de Flowrida winter gear. I shud show you wud I have on. And this is so much milder than Hoth. For anyone who cares, I lived in Hoth which was really in Washington State near Canada and it got really really really cold there. Today at the Nanu Oasis Ranch and Casino which is in Southern Nevada (near Area 51 where many of the UFO’s are) it was 31 outside and 60 inside, so vewy vewy toasty, spachully in a down coat, fleece pants n wool cap n gloves he he he he he. I tink I look like a Michelin-Woman-Alien. LOL at yer funnies as usual!!

OH my cousin called today to tell me E-coli is contagious--Chit is it???no one here has caught nything, I can't be--I have to do holidays too. I never should have mentioned it, Naturally people worry, well I don't but others do beside I never knew it was contagious. Maybe she's wrong--tell me ladies. I know I'm hurting there a lot but that doesn't mean anything, beside there's no way I think I hve it, being my own diagnostician, I think since my intestine is separated and going up my side when I have a flare up of my D it affects my side, Yes I've had this for 6 yrs. but now that everything is flying all over the place on their own it affecting my whole lower stomach and side. And since my flying organdas are not usually on one's side the effect of pain is felt all around the D circus. Makes sense to me. It's like a side show in there, plus the ring master doesn't have control-so no E-coli--h's guessing. I've mastered my own diagnosis.

Cammi...I thought E - Coli was a bacteria not viral...I have never heard of anyone getting E-Coli from anyone however I know that H Pylori is contagious...am I right nursers of the HTL? 6 year circus going on in there hu? I just dont know how organs can move around like that..tho I have heard of it before..I just dont understand how. Have you still been having problems with D?

Not sure my DD2 and family will get here in time tonight for dinner....and I made a LOT...but they are still traveling, and weather is awful, very severe....so sometimes they are barely moving. I think they may get here so late, that the severe weather will be here by then, as we also expect it. Tornado possibilities also. Still getting food ready for our big Christmas dinner tomorrow, and still cleaning. I may try some Washington Apple dwinks tonight, to see if they might be fun to serve tomorrow. Had this in Tunica a few wks ago and loved it, but they said to use a splash of either cranberry juice or grenadine....I only have the grenadine, so hoping it will work. I also found a recipe with equal parts Apple Schnapps, Bourbon or Whiskey, and Cranberry.

- Apple Schnapps - .5 oz.
- Cranberry Juice - 2-3 oz.

Cyn yes I still have D--it never leaves very long, except it changing it's ways a little --now I'm getting a lot of hurt with it. Never got that before.-haha it's actually 6 and 1/2 yrs and can be very violent, I've lost all vanity about it so that helps a bit. hahaha Oh I still wear depends but sometimes it's not enough. Oh well my little saga continues.
It's still raining here no ice yet but who knows, I think north of here (not to far) has ice.

Well, stoooooopid me when I thot I was gittin Apple Schnapps, I got SOUR APPLE PUCKER....sheesh. So it didn't taste good like that. OK, went to a craft show a few days ago and got some mix to put in apple juice and it tastes like yummmmmmmy apple cider. SO, does anyone know a likker that goes with apple cider? Wodka? I may do a search too, but please let me know if anyone knows sumtin good wid dat.
