    I don't know about her but since the two of you are just so darn sweet you can hug Kevin all you want...I still have a fire in the back yard, could go whip up some s'mores.

    Hearing thunder coming down the valley...may have to sign off soon...we get some pretty nasty lightning here when it storms.

    It's Friday night. We're over at the square dance. I was gonna say Hoe-down, but thought everyone might take it wrong since we've had so many visitors of the other sex-type, you know.

    Good one Lini...ok...it's storming pretty good here now so I'm going to have to sign off and shut down. Darn lightning anyway!! I was going to post a picture of my German Shepherd Tia to keep you safe but can't get Photobucket to work again and it looks like fancy2 has everyone covered.

    My wagon is covered with a quilt made by my grandma with love
    who was taken by cancer her love covers all that enter.

    I have plenty of chillo pillows and hand held fans for those
    nasty flashes. and warm compresses for those achey arimedex bones.

    There are some nice down filled comfortors over there in the corner
    for any one tired from treatment today, rest sweet sisters.
    I'll get you a nice drink what ever you want, a ear to listen a hand to hold.

    I'm here because I have been on this Journey too , but from the outside
    looking in. Feeling scared,helpless and angry at this horrible beast, trying
    to watch dilegently that it does'nt come for me too ! I hope to give a
    word of comfort to one of your loved ones that might happen to come
    searching for answers and consumed with fear just like I was.

    I bought with me my most cuddly dog her name is dreamer
    and her fur is so soft and she will snuggle her back against you
    or let you sleep with her holding her in a hug...

    I passed DAVE in the woods, he was looking for shel- i told him to go all the way to the lake. I really HAVE to keep him away from the chili!

    I gotta park my wagon and water the horses... be back in a minute or two....

    No, I'm here too. Sean Connery is just too old for me so I'll just stay by the fire with you guys.

    My wagon is burnished silver (of course it is---silvergirl, get it?) and the top is the most beautiful shade of creamy silk and studded with crystals for peace on our journey. It's pulled by four matched white Arabians with burnished silver tack for the slow days and Harley Hogs for when we want to make time! Inside there is a fireplace for warmth, featherbeds and down pillows for comfort, your favorite music for relaxation and, best of all, friends for companionship and understanding on our journey. There is also a magical pantry that always has exactly what your tastebuds are hankering for but with NO calories! (Well, this IS a fantasy,isn't it?)

    The wagon is always guarded from the beast and kept tidy by the US Olympic Water Polo team. If you don't recall them let me tell you I have FINE guards and housekeepers! Who needs Sean anyway!

    I just spent an hour sitting in the recliner holding a feather duster and 3 newly hatched chicks! The girls “forgot” to collect the eggs from a hen who wanted to go set…she pecked so the girls didn’t want to check under her. By the time I figured out what was going on she was sitting on eggs that were halfway to hatching! So here we are, almost to September with babies hatching. Guess who will be living in the heated garage for awhile. ANYWAY, the mama was being mean to the babies, so we will be raising them by hand. SO…that is how I found myself sitting in the sun singing “hush little baby, don’t say a word,” to 3 still wet, just hatched chicks.

    Since the peeping will most likely have me up half the night I might as well sit with you ladies and have some chili….pass that beeno 
