Ok! this is just too funny! We are so worried that the boards are going down - and so far so good.

I just went back and read all the posts since this morning. Figured if I couldnt write to ya all, I could at least know whats going on. I didnt take notes of course, but I sure do remember laughing out loud a few times.

Jasmine: You go girl! Im so gald your back. Im still giggling!

Vickie: Dont know where you are, but we miss you and want you back. I heard all about what happened and you my dear were an innocent victim. So just look past it PLEASE! You and I have posted a sunshine post every day since August 22, 2006. And I want you back.

Denise: Maybe you should try to market the hospice your working for to get them more referrals!

Amy: Whew - I was getting worried and glad that you checked in.

OK - no more time, I will see everyone in the morning. I know, I know - I missed most of you but I am saying hello.

Cheri: Good news. Sounds the the ankle is healing and getting better.

See ya in the morning. I hope! Cause I will gon bonkers if Im awake at 5:00am and cant come on the computer.

Hey sweet family...I'm sorry...didn't mean to cause worry or sadness. It was the last thing I wanted to do. I have been trying all day to reach the moderators as I wasn't going to post until a certain issue was straightened out and a certain person who is making threats of bodily harm is banned from the site. I don't want to start this whole thing all over again but I just want to let this person know that I am going nowhere...not today...not tomorrow...not ever! Leave me and the others you are harassing alone or their will be legal repreccusions. The police have been contacted and enough is enough. You will not be asked kindly again.
Sunshine sister Nicki...love ya...see you in the morning.
Denise...love you too...tucking you in with a warm hug.
Charlene...hug those sweet girls for me. How are you feeling...I missed you.
Shokk...ahhh...my sweet crocodile sister...you always make me smile.
Marsha...are you ready for the crazies to come to Florida?
    Shirley girl...hugs and sweet dreams.
BikerJan...I saw the PA Grand Canyon once and it was amazing! I have always wanted to go back. Maybe I'll take a road trip with Nate when the leaves change color and we'll do some hiking. Sweet dreams.
Peter...have a wonderful day and thanks for being such a dear sweet friend.
Cheri pal...getting more infor for you. Time for a party?
Sheri...last night was fun...we should chat more often.
Jaz...its so wonderful to see you back where you belong.
Jankay...how was your day? You can join me in the shower in the morning if you must...geez...can't get a minutes peace around here LOL!!! (no she wasn't really in the shower with me...I was on the phone with her while I was in the shower...gotcha didn't I).
Christine ran off with the roofing guy...I thought we had an understand that she was supposed to invite me! Geez.
Madison...miss you. Do you think you'll make it to Florida?
Mena...don't you worry one bit...I got your back!
gonna post this to make sure that the boards aren't down...if they are still up I'll brb.

    ok...still up
    Colleen...love you too sweet sister.
Brenda...I'm here...can't stay away from the only family I have other than one sister and Nate. I'd be lost.
Angel...I kept hitting the escape button and I was still here too LOL.
Amy...we were worried about you. Poor Tucker! What a sucky thing to happen. Hope he heals fast. My nephew broke his growth plate in his foot. Casts are no fun either.
Susan...do ya think we can swipe some of those antidepressants? I haven't "borrowed" anything for the circle in forever.
    Mary...welcome!!! Such a pretty smile.
    Hi Margaret...sweet dreams to you.
    Cheryll...missing again are we?
Odalys...can't wait to get to Florida...seems so far away but i know that the time will fly. I have DD researching hotels. I'm cheap LOL.
Deb...canceritis is what I've got again too...have this weird pain in my side just under my armpit...kind of in my ribs...but...its not my bc side if that makes any difference and it seems to flair up every time I eat something. Maybe gallbladder...who knows. Rather bury my head in the sand.
    Iris...where is my Leo sister.
Sweet Shopmama...come out come out wherever you are...you know i miss you when you don't post.
better post quick and see what happens...

    Hey, were still on!!

Nicki: I have talked to the Company and given them a resume for marketing..........another aspect the Co. has thought about......and done nothing about! I've got years of Marketing experience that went with my sales position. And you all know I have no trouble talking!!

Susan: ROFLMAO!! That quote and answer is to funny! That isn't your new job is it?

Charlene: Well, knock me over..........Bagdad, AZ....Kegel exercises..........you be 'learning' me good today!

Don't know if it was Margaret or Charlene who mentioned Merchandising.......another possibility.......but alot of downsides to it.

I really like the medical (clinical) aspects of homehealth and hospice.....but like so many other agencies, times are a changing.

Peter: I see you're hanging from a tree for us!! Glad you are feeling better!

Amy: OMG.....how horrible for Tucker! And not so great for his Mother either. Hope he is on the mend now and not in to much pain. I'd tell you to give him a kiss and hug from one of his "Aunts", but I have a feeling at his age he wouldn't see the humor in it!
I actually mailed your nephews package today. It has a bit of everything in it.........cookies (bought) candy, personal items (not to personal!), jerky, cards (playing), puzzle books and the like. It's my honor to do this!

Well DH is wondering around the house, so I guess I'll go join him for a bit...........if they don't put us down (yikes, that sounds bad!) for the night I'll probably be back!

    Hugs,
    Denise

Liz...sending you great big pickin hugs and smooches. Miss ya.
NS...thanks for all your kindness and your very big heart.
I think I could use a leather suit myself...might be just the thing to go out in on Saturday night.
It's been quite a few days...got baptised...locked my keys in my car...overslept this morning...detour on the way to the hospital...got lost...got to the hospital and couldn't find the office...found out they moved to downtown...got lost again...found the new place and finally got measured for the gauntlet and sleeve...should have them in a week...guy shows up at work at 4 to fix the window in my car only to discover that my car is a classic (which he claims is unusual) so it has to wait till tomorrow. Hmmm...need to take Pam's advice and be still and let God. I swear the devil is followin me around pokin me in the behind LOL.
Well...Nate is tired after his first day back to school so I need to ship him off to bed, figure out what in the world I'm going to wear tomorrow, do some yoga so I can fit in my bathing suit in October and crash.

I'm sorry to anyone I missed...I truly can say that you are my family...each and every one. I come here when I have no where else to go (which is most of the time)and I don't know what I'd do without you all.
Love, hugs, sweet and happy dreams to each and every one of you.

Holy Smokes Marsha, I like Debs costume better. Another day a complete waste. Sat on my butt and watched tv all day. I swear I am such a slug sometimes. Surgeon office called with path results from colonoscopy. All clear. Gee I think I knew that. Next round dentist tomorrow. I'm rewarding myself with a massage tomorrow afternoon. Also tried to make an appt with bone doc at UCDavis only to find out she isn't there anymore. WTH? That would have been nice to know. Now I get to break in another pickin doctor. Me is thinking since onc is giving me the meds I might just forgo the bone doc for awhile. I'll ask him about it at appt next week.

Brenda, silly is good for the soul.

Denise, every day is a not for profit day for me. Sometimes that bothers me. When it does I just go shopping.
Crap I didn't think about that aspect of a leather super hero outfit. Hmmmm maybe I'll stick with Marsha after all.
Bat getter ridder will be here on friday to give me an estimate.
Hope you saved that butterfly picture.

Socal, you can be any super hero you want to be.

Hi MaryLou, nice to meet you

Susan, a for profit job? that is a good thing right? I wanna go to Florida when it's not 900 pickin degrees. Think hubby will go for it?

Hugs Liz, how was the funeral?

Charlene, after much deliberation and some serious soul searching, not to mention the leather might just excite hubby to the point of cardiac arrest (it's been awhile you know) I have concluded that Marshas choice of super hero costume wins the day.

And on that note I have to go. The man wants to go to the movies and Lord help me Applebees. GAG!
But at least I don't have to cook dinner. If your not here when I get back I'll see you when you reappear.
    Love you all to bits.

Glad to see you Vickie, it's sure been a week for you. You are doing a great job of hanging in there. Circle girls are tough. Chatting last night was really fun. I hope we can do it again.

Amy, what an ordeal with Tucker. I hope he's handling the pain ok. My son enjoyed the pain pills a little too much when he had his wisdom teeth pulled.

Ok, I really need some help. If anyone has dealt with out of the country issues, I'm not sure what to do. The last message we got from Jacob in Ecuador is the guy he was living with who he had the falling out with will not let him get his stuff from his house. This includes his computer and RETURN ticket! He told Jacob that he had to pay for the ticket before he'd give it to him. It was bought as a round trip so Jacob could come home. He hasn't been paid, this was all the pay Jacob really wanted. Now he can't get home. Plus, this JERK is telling Jacob that he is in the country illegally, so there is nothing Jacob can do without getting arrested or in trouble with the law. This is getting out of control. I called my state representative (his daughter is in my class) to see what he thinks I should do, but he wasn't home. I found the website for the US Embassy in Quito, Ecuador and emailed the Ambassador, but who knows if anyone will actually read it. Any suggestions?

Sorry, but this is way out of my league. My dh asked how much it would cost to fly down there, but we don't have passports and what would we do when we got there?

I hope this goes through, I really need some advice.

Oh my gosh Sheri...I will ask around tomorrow and see if anyone I work with has any suggestions...I wouldn't personally know where to begin but I would think the US Embassy would be the place for him to go ASAP. I'm sure if he went there they could and would help him out.
big hugs to you...try to get some rest.

Sheri - I'm so sorry but I haven't a clue. Starting at the Embassy would be where I would. Big hugs. Prayers that all works out for you guys.

Okay, I keep reading that the boards are going down. Why?

Jas - good to see you back. You were missed.

    Susan has a job? Congrats!

Sher - I don't work either. I do have an offer to go back to the radio station and do the morning show. I just can't imagine having to be somewhere daily. The funeral was lovely thanks for asking. Lots of family and friends there.

    Hi Peter!

Vickie - someone is threatening you? What's going on? How can I help? I haven't been in the best of moods today. BTW - DH ask me day before yesterday who was going to do my hair. Of course my mouth was wide open as he's never said anything like that. He finally admitted that it looked good when I got home from NY. Told him to book me a flight. LOL

Nicki - job searching? I'm happy to be a personal reference if you need one.

Denise - you are an intelligent, beautiful woman. Whatever you decide to persue you will accomplish.

Jan - sounds like you had a blast.

Christine ran off with the roofer?

Donna - floating debris? Must you tell all our "okie" secrets? LOL

Amy - OH NO! Poor Tucker. Hope he's feeling better now.

I have an oncology appointment tomorrow. Have lots of questions for him. I've been having a bad case of canceritis with a case of I know it's back syndrome.

My brain is not functioning. I'm sorry if I didn't address you personally. I think of each of you daily.

    Hugs from A to Z.

Course...I have an appointment next Tuesday and I'm already starting to get nervous. I'll probably have toenail mets by then. Miss ya and love ya.

    Sheri,

You are on the right path, I would think, by contacting your State Representatives. Also, your State Senators are back in Session in DC. Each State Senator should have a number on their official website for contact info. Someone on their staff should be able to lead you in the right direction. I would imagine also, that you may be able to get help from the US Embassy. Keep calling until you find an avenue that will bring help. Remember all the reps and senators should have official websites for contact info. Their offices in DC are staffed. Will be saying a prayer that you get speedy assistance.

    Hello Everyone,
Finally was able to read back and get caught up. Yikes!! Lots of stuff going on.

Madison you must be processing loans in your sleep. Hope it lets up soon.
Ms Vickie, hope you hands get better soon. I am so very sorry that someone has been not only rude, but mean to you. I'm glad you're not giving in to this harrasement. You are loved.
Peter, Mate, hope you're taking good care of yourself. I would highly recommend a spa vacation. A 90 minute massage would do you a world of good. You may want to pass on the pedicure, although I loved it!!!!!!!
DebC, glad to hear your sister is on the mend.
Liz, I've very sorry to hear about the loss of you MIL. Your family is in my thoughts and prayers.
Sherloc, no cabana boys unfortunately, only girls. But I still ordered lots of drinks with umbrellas!!
Cuzin Iris, where are you girl?????
I seriously think we should all treat ourselves at some point to some nice relaxing things. Sherloc is getting a massage and I think that's great. I'm going to start a campaign for more self care. It's good for body and soul. Listen to your chaplain!!!!!!!
    Good night/morning!!!

Just saying Good night......and seeing if we were still afloat! I think they are gonna catch us all off guard when they shut down for decorating!

Sheri: I am so sorry for you and wish I had some wonderful advice for you. I would definitely say the US Embassy would be the place to go. I'm going to look, but I believe it even says that on my Passport. Secondly, definitely talk to your State Rep, and Lastly.....contact the Red Cross. If they can't help they may be able to send you in the right direction.
BRB...gonna grab passport and see what it says.

Okay Sheri...While in a foreign Country: Register with the U.S. Embassy. When traveling to remote or volatile areas, visiting a foreign country for a prolonged stay or residing abroad..register with the U.S. Embassy or consulate by telephone, fax or in person.
I don't know if this will help or not, but under "Before you travel abroad" it says:
Consult our Consular information Sheets, Travel Warnings and Public Announcements. autofax at 202-647-3000, listen at 202-647-5225 or internet http://travel.state.gov.

It also says that If you are in trouble to contact the nearest U.S. Embassy or Consulate.
If you need assistance, contact the nearest U.S. embassy or Consulate.

I don't know if any of this will help you, but I certainly hope so. Keep us posted.

Liz: Glad to see you back......and to know that you are doing okay.

Shirley: Love your attitude!! When you feel like a slug you just go shopping!! Sure wish we lived closer!!''

Liz: Thanks for the compliment......I'm just a bit confused right now...........surprised eh!

    Hugs,
    Denise

OK...it looks like some folks will be up late tonight. I built the fire up bright. I have hot chocolate, and coffee with some Baileys and peppermint schnaps. There is a big pot of homemade chicken soup simmering on the fire if you are hungry. Sit close...hold hands...hum along...

    Dont worry about a thing,
cause every little thing gonna be all right.
Singin: dont worry about a thing,
cause every little thing gonna be all right!

    Rise up this mornin,
    Smiled with the risin sun,
    Three little birds
    Pitch by my doorstep
    Singin sweet songs
    Of melodies pure and true,
Sayin, (this is my message to you-ou-ou:)

Singin: dont worry bout a thing,
cause every little thing gonna be all right.
Singin: dont worry (dont worry) bout a thing,

Sheri - I'm concerned for Jacob too. Can he go to the American embasy and explain his situation? Maybe the embasy will contact the police for him so he can get his things - most importantly his ticket back home. He can always replace his things. Just a thought. I hope he can get back home soon.

Vickie - glad you're back and things are starting to settle down. I was getting ready to PM you if you didn't post today. I'm excited about meeting you next month. DH and Steven will be joining me. Is Nate traveling with you? I think he and Steven will get along just fine.

Hi girls and Peter, so did the boards go down? I keep seeing the note posted but I've been able to post every time.....

Welcome Mary Lou, I've seen you on some other threads here. Glad you came to check us out. Stay and visit with us and I think you'll find you like us.

Amy, sorry about Tucker. Jesse's package is sitting on my dresser ready to be mailed. Hate that I have to go to the post office to mail their packages - you would think it would be easier to send to an APO or something. Oh well..... I see Denise mailed some cookies and jerky too. I guess I have to go buy more shoes so I have boxes to mail my packages in.

Colleen, how was the yoga class?

Vicki, you had me worried, I was going to hijack the magic carpet and come get you.

Susan, what's a for profit job? No matter how much I make, I never profit from it - it goes too quick.

Oh man Sheri, I agree with everyone else - start with the Embassy and get there quick.

Liz, you've had a tough week. Hugs to you. Must be time for all of us to see the onc. Mine is next Thursday. I have to drop son off at the oral surgeon's office, go to the onc. and pick son up after I'm done. He's having 4 wisdom teeth pulled and HIS portion of the bill is $800 - he doesn't know how he's going to pay the bill plus his contacts - I welcomed him to my world - he should have stayed in school and then he'd have dual coverage insurance.

Cherryl, a spa vacation sounds wonderful.

Candie, good luck with the knee surgery Friday.

Boo/Sue, 580 posts - you have been gone awhile.

Tomorrow is maintenance day for me in preparation for the wedding - hair, tan, and pedicure. I'm ready.

    Margaret

Denise, it was me who mentioned merchandising, but more to get back into it.

Margaret, you always have a cool head about you. Of course you should buy new shoes! I like the way you think. I hope the wedding is wonderful and all dresses are fixed and fit. What color is your dress? Take lots of pictures.
(Sheri) God bless you dear. I am with everyone else on contacting the Embassy. And the Senators and Reps. Call in batwoman! We may just have to send the magic carpet down! In all seriousness, I know how your mother heart is aching and trembling with fear. You are all in my prayers.
DebC.. so glad you are posting more again! The circle is very inviting tonight the way you described it. Believe I will just come on in and sit awhile myself. Homemade chicken soup, hot chocolate...and the music is perfect. It is still a bit too warm here for hot chocolate, but the circle is always the place for it. Thank you.
Every night I sit down to post and before I can mention even half of you, my eyes are so heavy I can't finish or think clearly enough to know what I am supposed to say.
I know Jankay and Vickie better come have hot chocolate with me (but jankay...the kitty litter has to go). Jankay has been having too many rough days lately, let's gather round her and keep her close. Vickie, you never cease to amaze me. You seem tireless and you take such good care of all of us. Do you know how much you are loved?
Peter... you have been so awesome. Even with you not feeling well and having to spend time in the hospital, you have been faithful to be here for us too. God bless you Mate. I know your winter is supposed to be over now. Hoping you will enjoy the spring days to come.
Cheri, so glad your infection is getting better. I am so sorry about all the sticks you are having to endure. That is ridiculous. Praying for complete healing soon.
And dear sweet Angel... how are you doing? Hope Audrey and Ava are feeling good and you can kiss that little curly head goodnight with a smile. I keep seeing Audrey on that horse. And I am so proud of the fact that Karl is so good to all of you. Big hugs to all of you. Wishing for you a night free from pain.
Nicki... are your lungs clear yet? Hoping for complete healing for you as well.
ok ladies (and Peter)... this is it... i have to go. Love and prayers for all of you.... and prayers for our sisterhood, that God would banish Satan from our midst...that we continue to be here for each other with love and support.
one more thing... susan... i sent you a pm... but just have to comment here... I laughed out loud at your medical news.
Wouldn't it be so nice if they had some of those drugs that actually work on humans?

Exodus 14:14 The Lord will fight your battles for you. Just be still.
