All the couples danced at the same time at the end of the show to a cha cha or something and got voted off one by one. The first one asked to leave was Gladys, so she got three extra points, the next couple voted off got four points, and so on. Katherine was the last one standing so she got the most extra points.

I don't know why the judges don't seem to like Roshan that well...I think he is so cute and such a good dancer. I would have given him a higher score tonight.

From what you all have said, I'm thinking Gladys should be out too (missed her dance). I thought Melissa did better than she has ever done before and Jaleel looked good. I thought William did more groping than dancing. I still like Katherine, followed by Donald, the best.

I think the judges have already picked their favorite...Katherine...and she is very good. William was a little off last night, so he deserved a score lower than he received. It's a tough competition this season...they are all pretty good and fun to watch. Sometimes it's painful when you have those who have two left feet...I don't like to watch them struggle.

I absolutely hated Martha Reeves singing. Sorry, but she was terrible.
I am hoping that "Half Pint" get voted off, and that the judges would allow Gladys Knight to stay one more week. Can't understand why the judges dislike Roshon so much... My only complaint is the music didn't match ballroom dancing. It was great hearing it, but it seemed so hard for everyone to dance to it. Just my opinion....
I think that Jaleel will have a nervous breakdown if he doesn't win, but Katherine and Mark dance so beautiful and I think they will be the winners.

I think the winners will be Katherine and Mark, also. I felt that was established on the forst night. I feel it should be givien to the person who continues to improve each week.!
I think tonight will see Gladys leaving. I again voted for Maks and Melissa to keep them on.

Hi everyone. I agree with your comments regarding Gladys and Roshon. Gladys scores were too high and Roshon's not high enough. I like Roshon's determination to do better each week. The judges are not too kind with him...not sure why?
Ruth - I agree with you. I didn't care for Levy's dance (groping) either. This is a dance contest not a soap opera. But, I bet Cheryl had a happy ending.
shorbr - I agree with you on the music and Martha Reeves. I hope they go back to regular music next week. Two weeks of special "themes" in one season is more than I care to watch. Who is "Half Pint"?

I think Martha Reeves is really old and maybe she smoked or was on a medication of some kind. She sounded so bad. I felt sorry for her. I looked it up. Martha and the Vandellas. She was born July 1941. 70 years old and she still tours!!!!!!!

I loved Martha Reeves and Jimmy Mack is such a great oldie. So fabulous that she's still kickin' it on tour at her age! You go girl!
With Gladys voted off, the dancing should get really good. I dislike Maria more than Melissa. Just really can't stand her for some reason. Roshon & Melissa may end up in the next dance-off. Definitely parts of the show are rigged, and yet it's so entertaining.
That Katherine has such a fabulous personality as well as being a great dancer.
My DH and I are going to Las Vegas this summer and I'm planning on seeing the DWTS show at the Tropicana. Should be fun!

I don't like Maria either...I've watched her as the morning host on some of the news shows and find her to be very arrogant and pushy. Don't like that kind of personality in a news reporter.

I used to watch Little House on the Prarie when I was younger, and still watch the reruns. Her tv father used to call Melissa Gilbert...half-pint. But seriously, I am so over her. She whines too much!!!

I had to laugh at the shock on Derek's face when he heard they were in jeopardy. Both he and Maks are beginning to suffer from hubris and their conceit is beginning to cost them fans.

Well, I sure do have a different outlook than most...lol. I like half-pint and I vote every week for them just to keep Maks in the sho. I know he won't win it but I wil try to keep him there, tho I am sure they will be leaving next. Melissa is the most improved, I think.
I actually feel sorry for Maks. If I were him I would quit. They always stick him with people who can't dance. Kirstie was the only one who went to the end. All the rest peeter out! I wonder why Derek gets all the dancers??
I do not care for Maria, either. I was happy to see her in the bottom...lol. I think it was established on the first nite who the winner would be.
I so enjoy this show, tho. I liked the Motown night. The dancing does not goe with the music but I did like it.

candie1971, I liked Motown week too. And maybe, since we think parts of the show are rigged, they'll keep Melissa in there because there are Maks fans who tune in to see him, and the show is all about ratings. Chelsie Hightower probably doesn't have as many fans as Maks. So Roshon might be the next to go. And after all, the judges are the ones to have the final vote, for at least one more week if I understand that process correctly,
I agree about Derek getting all the dancers, but I also think that's because he's got lots of women fans who tune in to see him, so they want him to stay in the competition as long as he can. But I'd really like to see Maks win. Ha, ha, not with Melissa, tho! Has Tony ever won? I know he's come close, but he's another one I'd like to see win.
As for quitting....well, this show might be very lucrative for them. In other words, I'm sure they're making the big bucks to appear each season. Hey, I get paid a lot less and stay at my yucky job! lol

Divine - you crack me up. Yep, I get paid much less too, don't have any eye candy in the office, around keep going back to work. LOL. You are going to be one happy girl going to see the show this summer.
Candie - I wonder the same thing about Dereck. He is a good dancer but I think his ego can't take challenged dancer. One thing I noticed is that he is very tough on his partner. As for Maria, I was not surprised to hear she did a nude spread on Allure. I really don't like her loud personality.
Chabba - I agree with you. Maks has toned it down a lot this season. I think him and Dereck are not used to having to compete for attention like they are having to this season. Levy sure has a huge fan base.
shorbr - The whining has got to stop or she should get off the dance floor. Can you imagine what she must be like in person? All that whining should have stopped around 5-6 years old. Maybe it served her on little house but it sure is working against her now. Good heavens, every time she comes on I just want to mute the TV.
Kaara - yep, she is really annoying. Both she and Dereck looked shocked to be in jeopardy. Talk about two huge, inflated egos.

I was thinking it would be great if one season they would allow a "fan" to dance.

Did anyone else hear that Gladys Knight lost 60 pounds on DWTS? She is supposedly going to set up a gym in her home to continue dance lessons with her partner...lol...
Is it me...Half-Pint seems smug and I'm not liking that one bit. She is not a good dancer either. And the way she cuddles with Maks...makes me ill...lol.
