My new BF has taught me how to tape ahead and then fast forward through the commercials and the stuff I don't like (backstage hoopla) so I can enjoy the two hour show in less than 30 minutes...just shows how many commercials there are in the segment!

Kaara I have Dish network and the DVR has a Hopper, it is amazing just hops right over the adverts and I can record 6 shows at once honestly I have more recorded than I can watch but for some reason I just love to watch DWTS in real time.

Gosh, Cheryl, I'm envious. We have ancient TV that does not want to die and DH will not replace it. In truth it will be big PIA to get out of entertainment center and prob. have to replace it too. So - we don't have HD DirecTV nor any of those record thingies. Just this weekend had to replace - upgrade box - on 2 of receivers that DirecTV not supporting anymore. No charges but sure made me want to 'ahem' pour water on or kick that old TV. It is 14 years old and shows no signs of passing.

Who's betting on Andy Dick this week? BTW - did any of you catch his OH more than faintly porno comment when teams dances were announced?  "The Pickler Dick team". It took Brooke by surprise and I don't remember her even commenting. I get it live here in central timezone. Wonder if it got edited out for mountain/western?

Yes, it was funny. After he said it and they cut to Tom Bergeron, he said, "This is the first time in all the seasons of DWTS I am speechless!"

I will have to see the dances before I predict Andy leaving.

Yes Divine that was what I was trying to remember. I must admit I have paid less attention this season and missed Aly and Zendaya both Mon and on recap Tues. Just googled how to spell Zendaya and latest news is Mark Ballas may not dance tonight. 2 compressed discs. Henry Byalikov one of the troup dancers has been practicing with Aly and may have to replace Mark tonight.

Ouch...yes, unless somebody else really screws up, I also would put money on Andy's pending departure.

Wow, that was fun. I loved Latin Dancing Night!

Salsa really suites Jacoby. Zendaya was wonderful. LOVED the dance off between the two couples. Also very much enjoyed Ally. Ingo & Shawn both pretty good tonight. I liked Kelly alot, but don't know that I would have given her first place. Andy is toast.

Yes, I now agree about Andy.

My favorite tonight was Ally and Mark.  After that I actually liked the bachelor & Peta.  Dang, but she sure looked hot in her outfit.  Their dance was smoldering.

I wasn't impressed with anyone else.  I didn't care for the dance off.

Brooke Burke looked pretty nice overall.

Andy's partner, Sharna, reminds me of a young Shania Twain.

One thing's fer sure, the dance floor's gonna be heatin' up after this week now that most of the poor dancers will be gone.

I actually think I could do Aly's 1st costume. LOL. Not so sure I liked the pink fluff that Zendaya was in for the pasodoble. I did like Brooke's dress though certainly not on this figure. I will have to watch recap tomorrow. Just a busy time of day so I miss parts. Saw danceoff; kinda liked it.  Loved the Jive.

Yup as silly as it sounds I'll miss him, can't dance but I like that he tried hard.

Yes, expected.  I read that he and his partner weren't happy with the score of 5 that Carrie Anne gave them, and I agree.  He was on his way out anyway and she didn't have to score him that low.  That scoring is so subjective.  They would have given Bristol Palin a 9 for the same quality of dancing.

I still remember when some man in Wisconsin shot out his TV screen because he was so mad about Bristol's scores!!!

MrsM couldn't agree more, I also read she said some stuff about the way Bruno never commented on the dancing part but was all about making rude remarks.

I agree that Bruno is more about entertaining the audience with his comments/gestures. I think I will miss Andy despite his lack of dancing prowess. Predict Ingo is next to go. Anyone watch Splash on Tuesdays?

Oh my word.  The couple dances were okay, but I'm loving these trio dances.  Zendaya with Val and Gleb...incredible.  Jacoby is just a showin' off with those jumps over the ladies' heads.  Loved their dance, tho.  Even the bachelor's was cute with the magic theme.  Still have a few more to watch.

Trios were VERY fun, and very different from each other.

I predict Shawn will be the next to go.

I agree about Sean and think Ingo will be in jeopardy.  I kind of agreed with Len about Derek.  This isn't the first time this season I've felt he put more effort in showing off his skills as a choreographer than he did in training his partner.

Loved Zendaya tonight, thought they dressed her like a little girl to remind the judges she IS a young girl and not a professional like they seem to always think she is, thought Len went over the top, there are young kids in that audience seems he forgot that when he was berating Derek

You're right, hbcheryl, about dressing Zendaya appropriately, right down to the occasional high top sneakers.  She has an innocent magic when she's dancing with these mature men.  I loved when they were showing her in rehersal with Val and Gleb, and Gleb said something and Val just reminded him to keep the conversation G-rated because they were working with Zendaya.  That's why I think Val is such a professional.  He is all about the dancing and steers clear of any controversy working with a 16 year old.

Just not sure how anyone is going to beat Zendaya unless they make a major boo-boo. I want to take her home, she's so cute.

I don't remember Derek ever being in jeopardy before. He has been getting a bit cocky the last few seasons so I hope he took it to heart.  I was satisfied with the results.

Read the results on-line and concur with above comments.

I think Zendaya & Val are the couple to beat.  Such a joy to watch them dance.

RE: Monday, someone needed a lighter hand with the smoke machine.  Maybe Len would've scored Kellie & Derek's trio dance higher than a 7 if he could've seen their feet.

    Zendaya all the way-a

That's what I think, too.  She's the gal to beat. Not only is she super impressive, but we've already seen Olympic champions and professional football players win the mirror ball trophy.  And we all know Derek's taken many partners all the way to the top.  Everyone loves seeing a dance professional win for the first time, too, and Val would fall into that category as well as the fact that he's got this very likeable, commanding personality.

Wow, what happened with Len??   Does he have a hate on with Derek?  It seems like the same old thing that happened with Maks.

Anyway, I agree Zendaya is fantastic.  I am mesmerized watching her dance.  Can't believe she is only 16 until you hear her talk, she is so funny.  Truly a goofy teenage girl.  Love her.... GG

I was actually surprised that Derek got any 10's for the "trios" dance.  All the other performers danced as trios but Derek's choreography was a fantastic production number featuring himself and Kelly with token participation by the third member.  At least that is how it  looked to me.  Yes Len was over the top, but I think he had some valid points.
