Junie sounds like you n me need to go on a cruise and leave the hubbies to fend for themselves, lol! Mine won't ever go cause he doesn't like them. That kinda is a bummer for me because I (being the amazing wifie that I am, lol) I went on some of the most snoooooooozer of vacas with him for the last 23 yrs. He's to much of a good ole boy to go anywhere but the woods.
Well the weight thing has really got to me as well. I went from a 4 to a 12 also. It seems that no matter what I do nothing works. I even had a meltdown in the dressing room a few weeks ago because of it. I never before had this problem until this BC crap. It has gotten to me alot.

June I hope that you kick that neighbor to the curb. We can all show up and go Tammi on there Arse if they keep messing with you and your family.

Paula - This is some fabulous eye candy. You are the best. BUT, I have to tell all you ladies my MO is sooooooo gorgeous I don't know if I can focus on the eye candy. He also has a great personality. And, really nice eyes. Maybe I will put one in each of my pockets and ya'll can fight over them.

Paula I must say I have no idea how you find so many hot hot men. I have looked but obviously in all the wrong places.
As for the neighbor thing, cause i was an idiot and drank way way too much and paid for it dearly this weekend, all opportunities were lost on talking to them. I do have to confess as my husband is so non confrontational even when it matters most he will keep his mouth shut. So I think he put it off for fear of speaking to this looser neighbor. I do think like Paula said that having my Tammi sister with all our Tammi attitude would be perfect!!
Purple I tried real hard to lose that weight as I never got back down to my pre pregnancy weight after giving birth to my kids. So when I got serious my little boy was 6 and not so little anymore. I did maintain it for over a year but I really think the Tamox made me gain it back and then some when I went off for a break.
There are some women on here who never gained an ounce and I believe Sherry and Jo are a few of those women.....
My kids get out of School on Wednesday and they are all done for the summer. I am excited to be with them more, but I know my wallet is going to be open alot more too......

Purple June is right I have not gained any weight on tammi I actually lost about 5lbs. I have also been on Elavil for nerve pain and also did not gain any weight taking it so I sure hope I don't gain any taking Effexor.
So far this morning I have been fine, lets hope it keeps up that way.0 -
For a Monday morning, you girls were certainly rowdy. Must have been the eye candy. MO visit went very well. He said my PS did an amazing job on the recon. We talked about that and he also asked me if I had my pap this year yet. That comes next week. Since I had the hysteroscopy/D&C done last year, he thought it would be a good idea if I had another transvaginal US this year. Labs were good. No worries there. So, I am done until Dec 10th. Life is good! Hope very one is having a good Monday.

Has anyone heard about Robin Roberts from GMA? She has cancer AGAIN! Ya'll know she had breast cancer 5 years ago. Now this. I forget the exact name but in simple terms it is pre-leukemia. It is a rare blood disorder that attacks the blood and bone marrow. She will be starting chemo this afternoon. At some point she will need a bone marrow transplant and her is sister is a perfect match. Robin was so upbeat and positive about all this. She said she fought BC now she is going to fight this. She is such a strong woman. When I heard the story it brought tears to my eyes. It was a rebroadcast of her announcement on todays show. Everyone say a prayer for Robin.

Jo that is so sad, I just read an article about her BC fight and she was triple negative which as you know means much more aggresive now this.

Thanks tink so far so good. Tummy not completely back to normal but is ok if I sip on 7Up. At least I have not needed Zofran. Now I am dealing with constipation from the Effexor. Hopefully something will move soon or I'll really be in trouble.

Sorry this is so big but I just wanted it all in. This is the drawing that Amanda has done for Sista Day. She says if we like it she'll put the design on a cd and then we can make whatever we want from it. What do you all think?

To all of my Tammy girls, I hope you are feeling better if you were under the weather, hung over or starry eyed from hunky doctors. It sure is hot in my neck of the woods. Really feels like a Texas summer now. Yes, I heard about Robin Roberts. My heart aches for her and her family. It is great that her sister is a near perfect match. I understand that the bone marrow transplants and harvesting are painful. I wish her success with this battle.

Thanks for the warnings and the welcom. I was expecting hot flashes, got thoses with 4 rounds of chemo and perimenopause. Bone pain, oh no! Already have that with my osteoarthritis I start in July but I think I might as well hang out here. Thanks for the hint of taking it at night too. Would never had known and guess I wiil take my nausea pill iwth it for awhile!

I can see it so not sure what is going on. I like it. The butterflies remind me of a friend of mine that died this year from BC. She had the whole butterfly theme at her funeral which she preplanned.
