OK friends!! I now have a photo bucket account. I uploaded my first image for you (it's a sunset over our beach in northern WI: Door County, Sister Bay) and now that it's after midnight ...... i'm on to the first day of year number 2 post-dx!! WHOOOO HOOOOOOO.
Now. Could someone please explain how to "size" the pic -- so that it doesn't take up the billboard size??
I expect to hear rounds and rounds of applause from all of you.

I am not the fastest gun in the west but went to Google and put in reduce Photobucket pics. I found a site that gave instructions. One thing I do remem was there is a part called (options) that helped me reduce the pics. This was near top of the Photobucket home pg. Wish I had my other comp,I would send the directions.

BTW: this is a sunrise over FL last month -- when we were down there and I met all of you for the first time.
Today's the first day of spring. I have beach bunnies to cybernate with (oh that was clever now wasn't it?) and twins getting bigger by the minute.
This really is the first I've felt genuinely bouyant in a l-o-n-g time.
Maybe this will be enough energy to do the top 10 things on my to-do list for my 'real life'? We shall see!

Good morning Beach Beauties ... jumping for joy that spring has Finally arrived! Now if the warm weather would just come with it! Ah well, at least there's warm company and weather here at the beach!
Faith, Not at all, we begged for info on your work and I'm so glad we did. I checked out your web site and song and am truly in awe! What Wonderful work you do! Looking forward to sharing it with my daughter! How sweet of your DH for the flowers and your DD who you thought coincidentally sent you a card yesterday. Sounds like you raised her well. Oh My Gosh, your pictures are Gorgeous!! I remember you kindly sharing that vacation with us! I always enter my text first and then insert my image at the top. Faith, the 3 acres is mowable grass, with no trees except out back. I don't really garden, because the friggin' deer eat everything!!!!!! I try to plant native species that are drought resistant. Sounds like your daughter received good news about her pregnancy. My crazy DIL worked up until the week before she delivered. I have no idea how she did that, lol!
Neesie, yay for the new Maytag!! I have a Maytag washer and dryer. I like them.
Hey there Iris!! I'm glad your mom is doing better. I'm better after the EGD. A piece of cake, lol!

Also,I have inserted pic and using mouse,move cursor to the right until it is beneath the pic. I play arnd until I get it to move under the pic. Hope you and the beautiful gson had a nice stroll. Jasmine-thanks for all the kind words abt my mother/bronchial situation this wk. Today,day 5,finally seemed better and less sick. Can't wait to see your clips and hear the songs. I love those older songs better than some of the newer re-makes.
Angel-lovely angel ready to take flight across the beach. I loved the horse(maybe yesterday or recently) and its lovely beach run. I could just see all of us there enjoying the sights and nature's gifts. I think that is why we find beaches/water so awesome. The waves and the endless tides gives us security and peace. I go down every day to watch the water and cherish my special time to reflect on the day and everyone I have met here. Thanks for the encouragement and support. It is so very appreciated.
Neesie-hope the waxed eyebrows was fun;nev done that,but it sounds fun and for every med appt,there should be a fun trade-off(world acc to me). You will be fine at 'the big house'. We will all be there and we won't hv to wear striped black/white outfits w/numbers will we? Figured the big house had to be a bigger ctr? Joke abt the stripes! Hi Char, the personal trainer is a good thing because I know that I will get to the gym. It's not cheap though so not sure if I'm going to do another series. I have to figure that out, and I have one more session with her.
Neesie, I have an ulterior motive - I have my fundraiser dinner to go to so need to find a nice black dress and I want a smaller size. I did feel good when I was going to boot camp so want to keep up the momentum.

March 21...............sure wish the MI weathermen realized it was Spring! We have a Winter Storm Warning going on and it's snowing and icing like it was December out.............................I totally dislike winter.......especially in March..........
Great.........rub salt in my wounds..........Son just called from AZ and said it was hot and he has shorts and a tee shirt on!
OMG............I met the TRUE Mammo Monster today..............no crap....I think they punished me cuz I politely asked them if they had forgotten me as the waiting room emptied out of all the ladies that got there after me. I truly was polite when I asked...............when the tech came out I apoligized cuz I could tell they had irritated her and told her I wasn't impatient just curious............................she turned out okay, but Holy Moly.............I have never had such tugging and pulling and stretching and squeezing..........she made damn sure she got 'good' films the first time around........I'm still sore.
Then a different tech came out and told me that I was good to go for another year........................man, I flew out of that place..........passed the Mammo Monster on my way out....tapped her on the shoulder and said in my sugar sweet voice.........."Thanks again!"
Okay, question.................am I nuts....(answer gently please!)....because I've had the BC they read the films while I'm there and give an immediate report..............today, I didn't have to wait very long at all................anyhow, when they say that you're good to go for a year or whatever..............do you all think......."are you sure?"

I'm so glad that you made it thru your monster experience in more or less one piece. When I had my first smush, 6 mo after my surgery -- the tech said I looked like a dear caught in the head lights. DUH!
DebC: prayers and strength to you as you navigate the rough waters. We've got a beach chair AND cabana with your name on it for your rest and recuperation. We've got plenty of sunscreen...... so hurry on over.

CharAngel: How much fun are you going to have with the Easter Bunny? Do you make big baskets for the girls? A big egg hunt? I used to create scavenger hunts for the girls -- even when they were big kids.
Margo: Glad to hear that you've learned a lot from your trainer. I did indeed get the little red wagon around the subdivision. WHEW. This place has more hills than I realized! You'll look great in that new dress.

Janny: We have deer in our yard, too. They've made mincemeat outta the hosta collection that I planted. We moved them from the back tree line to in front of the house, we'll see soon if they've survived at all?

So...... I'm taking a little break from the mural painting and am now making the crib gear. Got one crib skirt pretty much done today. One more skirt and 2 bumper pads to go.... and then we need to think about some sort of window covering.......... YIKES!!
I need a couple more weeks to pull this off. Should we start a "pool"? Everybody pick a date. We'll see who wins. The winner can be honorary fairy godmother. She's 33 ++ weeks at this point.... 34 weeks on Sun.
