Good Morning Beach Beauties!
I sure could use a serene beach today! I'm still exhausted and feeling pain in places I didn't know I had ... ugh a long car ride and lack of sleep I'm sure are the culprits for exacerbating every ache! The sun is so good for soothing my muscles though and the ocean soothes my soul.
Soccer practice starts this evening! It's only 47 and sunny today but it could be worse. I'll be sure to bundle up!
Having trouble with the video on my laptop. I cannot post or see images on BCO! Messed around this morning with it but cannot figure it out so I had to post using my desktop. Taking me forever to do something I started hours ago! Of course I'm taking care of Ava in between! I hope everyone had a nice Easter.

Since you've all been so wonderful to support me thru my DD's pregnancy, I thought you might like to see what a 5 foot 2 inch, (normally) 115 pound, blue eyed, 24 year old looks like at 34 weeks and one day....with twins!!
We still need the rest of you to clock in for the baby poll. I wouldn't pick today (haha) cuz she seems pretty settled for the evening.
In all sincerity: thank you for all of your well wishes & prayers. I can feel myself getting more "concerned" by the day. So keep those good vibrations coming. Will keep you posted.

You know, before chemo, I would think nothing of going to the store and getting a pint of chunky monkey. After chemo, I know this to be a suicide mission and the next morning I will wake up with an extra 5 lbs. I miss my chunky monkey ice cream.

Iris, I'm feeling a little better, at least no sore throat Kristen did come down this weekend. She was sick Sat. so she was at Kaiser while Ryan and I were at the extended hours clinic. Now it seems that Ryan has to see an orthopedic surgeon for his hand....figures it's his right hand.

Wow Faith, your daughter looks GREAT !!! When I had my twins, I looked like a house ! Looks like her belly is all up front, mine was ALL the way around. My boys were 3 weeks early, but they weighed 5lbs10 oz & 6lbs 10 oz. They will be 23 on May 1st. It as alot of work, but so much fun having twins. Best wishes to your daughter--enjoy those babies, they grow up too fast !!

When they were 2 my girlfriend wanted to take them camping for the week-end. Adam was always dressed in red, Brandon was dressed in blue. Thats the only way people could tell them apart. She got them ready for bed -Adam in red pjs and Brandon in blue---they got up in the morning and stripped down to their diapers and for the rest of the week-end she didn't know who was who !!! Other than that, they never tried that. Their personalities are like night and day.

Margo, Soccer practice was great! Sat in the car and watched because it was just too cold for me but it felt good to get out and watch Audrey being athletic! That sucks about Ryan's hand!

I had to have my son sit down and show me step by step----and I had to write it down, because I suffer from CRS ( can't remember sh*@? )
I'm gonna say April 19. One suggestion is keep a feeding log !! I had to write down each time I fed them, because during the night, my ex and I would take turns feeding them. Ex got all nervous one night because the baby wouldn't t take his bottle-He was trying to feed the wrong baby !!! the one he was trying to feed just wanted his diaper changed---I had already fed him !!! I still have that notebook, It's fun to look back on.0 -

Jasmine...I just watched that news clip of the house hitting the bridge! WOW! That is amazing and reminds me when one of the NC bridges was damaged at the Outer Banks. That is unreal!
Barb...funny abt the twin not eating. I bet that is neat to look back on when the twins were young. What a creative idea to see the changes and developments of the boys.

Margo...glad that Kristen had the antibiotics and felt better before wkend was over. Hate being sick on a holiday/fam gathering. Thought I was headed that way today-doctorland...not yet as I am keeping my fingers crossed that I don't get the bronch stuff that my mother had.Sorry to read that Ryan has to see an orthoped spec. Is that not the way of the past few wks? Sorry,not a springy upbeat thought. This wk will be better for all of us.

Well Crap, Audrey's school district teachers have been working without a contract since June and have been bargaining ferociously with the board on a contract they can agree to. The last one the union was offered by the board was rejected within 3 minutes of receiving it and they presented notice of intent to Strike to the superintendant, beginning this Thursday!!!
