A part of my JOY at the farm.
This is almost identical to the small cottage on my farm.
It popped out at me when I saw it.
Although our cottage was painted last year * It is very OLD
like this one. Joy in every sense.

I believe "kindness without cause" goes much deeper than we realize.
If we can put a smile on someones face, that feeling of happiness,
that feeling that someone went out of their way just for them,
might stick with them all day.
Therefore, the more random acts of kindness we find ourselves doing,
the more happy people we will find ourselves living around.
Thinking of sisters hurting at the moment.
Thinking of a sister in particular on another thread who is at the end of her journey
and she did bring acts of kindness to many.

I must get off my duff, back the guzzler out of the garage wander off the beach
for a while today and get back to the farm for more R&R which
means "Pruning" but I love it.
I have to deep water the new redwoods too.
Clear skies here today with a hint of smoke. Not barbecue smoke either.

sahalie, sahalie, sahalie........ i'm just not that clever at multi-tasking -- you're already announcing the upcoming fashion show on the boardwalk, and i'm still here pacing attempting to get these flowers to stick on the float, scurring to finish the bling on the water skiing costume, AND get all the drums ready for the evening festivities.
i'm sure you don't want us to drop a beat after the last firecracker fizzles on past.
i think i'm gonna go take a siesta in one of your hammocks and contemplate sparklers, flags, sacrifice and watermelon. not particularly in that order.

Babeez! I've got BABEEZ.... my next door neighbor has been feeding some squirrels and a couple of wild rabbits in her backyard and I noticed they seemed to be missing for the last few days. I was so afraid they had been eaten by the big bad wolf but I just went out back a minute ago and we have baby bunny rabbits!

Hello to All.
I just returned from the farm on the hill and am reeeeelly reeeeelly tired.
I checked in on Kari and my heart sank. Too young. Too soon.
The wind is really kicked up here and at the farm which puts me into "nap" mode.
Your floats are beautiful. Your costumes outrageously wonderful.
I need to find one for me. Love to all. Please take good care of yourselves.
I need a quiet boat with a quiet oarsman to guide the boat so I can nap on the gentle
sway of the ocean waters.
