Isn't it just awful when you realize this, Beckers?  I being feeling the same way - thought about it again today.  I wonder what this is all about, the sneaky bugger!

Tokin on my spearmint flavored, ZERO nicotine, e-cig.  Does that count?

Surgery is Monday.  Gotta have my binky!

Still not smoking cigarettes and am nicotine free.  Got marked yesterday for monday and am going to swim with the dolphins this afternoon!(This is going to be interesting in a bathingsuit!)

Nope Beckers, still not smoking.  Coming up 22 months for me.  Once I hit 24 months, I'm only going to count in years.  Biggest problem now, I spend all my cash on clothes, gifts, etc.

Everyone is doing so well, all that quit - have stayed quit, despite those craving that come out of the blue!!  We are dealing with months and soon to be years, it's an awesome thing that we all have done, I wonder if we have any thinking-about-quitting women reading the posts?

Hi Karen!  Yes, was wondering the same thing as you re "thinking about" quitting.  There were a few who posted but never came back.  Hope that they do and, if not, that all is well with them!

Hi girls. I'm glad you're not smokin!! I'm still hanging in there. I do believe I have 4 months tomorrow! Woohooooo! Also the pounds I gained are coming off (well not sure how much boobs weighed....you think 4 pounds each for happy B cups?) I hope I never smoke again. I saw a lady smoking in her car, and now that denial is not blinding me, it is so gross to see and smell. Wow.

When my daughter lights her first of the day, it wakes me out of a sound sleep.  She lives in the lower apartment, I live in the upper.  LOL - "quicker than I can spit"

Great going Beckers!  Hard to believe isn't it?  I'm coming up 22 months on the 20th of October.  I was at the doctor's office and I was telling her.  It seemed weird .... I remember telling her when I was 2 months smoke-free and was so proud of myself.  Even prouder now!

can tell when my anxiety is up...that's when I drastically feel I would want to smoke.  have been able to not do it though.

our company was sold and we've no idea where things are heading with my dept and where each of us will fit in with the long term plans.  so do NOT want to be unemployed!

Galsal, that's definitely an anxiety producing time, I know when I am severely stressed. it's when I think of having a cigarette, that's when I resort to my binkie.  The thought is strong but the number of months I have invested is stronger.  Hope your situation is resolved and you are still employed!!

Good evening ladies.  I just thought this topic was slooooooow but it's hard when we've been smoke-free for some time.  I think your right Karen .... the veteran butt kickers.  I still think of having a smoke.  In fact, I had never heard of an e-cigarette until I came on this site.  Now I see the advertisements everywhere and think, hmmmmm.  But I know that is a cop out for me so I just keep on going.

JudiH, you keep on doing what you are doing - it certainly works for you!!!   Stress still brings out the need for the e cig, when I first quit it was hardly ever out of my hand.
