I have a question we are separated but we have same bank account .he didbt file for divorce or separation but we both know the date of sepration at what point we have to separate bank account
1.the date we decided for sepration

The day he files for sepration

milky, it's been a long time since I went through separation and divorce. I don't recall ever filing for separation but we both immediately set up our own bank accounts, he moved out and after a year I filed for divorce. There never was an official document about separation. You really need to check with a lawyer. The laws in Ontario are different than in the USA.

Piper - Glad to see you back again. CB sounds like a decent guy.
E - With all you're going through right now, it must be difficult to focus on studying and testing. You're so strong, and I think you're doing the right thing by slowing down and then trying again later. Glad you're not giving up.
Milky - How much money can you withdraw from that account right now? ;-) In all seriousness, don't trust him to let you have your fair share. Personally, I think you should push to split the account based on whichever date works best for you. Hope you're feeling better now health-wise.

If the sepration date is the date when we supposed to seprate accounts then i dont have to takeout money i have a bank statment for 2012 nov .when i had my mastactomy and he left my bedroom .

SOOOOOOO....when my BFF was planning to leave her hubby, she did so without initial indication. Let's just say, she said nothing of her intent for some time.She put up with a loveless, lack of physically intimate, emotionally intimate relationship for over 4 years out of a 10+ yr marriage. (counseling, begging, bartering and all)....... Every shopping trip-grocery trip....she would take 10-20 in cash. never showed in the account other than total bill payed. Cash stock piled.....given to a trusted friend for safe keeping until such time she could leave. She was not given what she should have been in the divorce settlement-given their newly bought home which tripled in value. However, she had a little nest egg to begin her new life....just saying, not advocating
As dire as the circumstances might seem, unless bodily harm or mental exhaustion are at play. sometimes you have to fight fire with fire.

There is something funny about piper s bbf history, I have never lived or share any accounts with ex bf, but I always thought in my mind that if I ever got married I could always keep an egg neast hiding hahahhaha I guess I heard so many trouble couples when it came to separation that I always liked the idea of having a plan b. That tells me I really have a trust issue lol
Well regarding my exam, it's really Wierd the error I made were so stupid I mean things I do know yet I could not focus. I promise you all I LL not give up. I am very worry about my sister she is going to be admitted at the clinic tonight, then surgery is first thing in the morning. Very unfortunately cuz this may complicate things. I know my sister she won't be able to have good rest at a clinic. I just hope her blood pressure does not act out in the morning due to the stress of anticipation. I also had some bad dreams and restless nights these past few days, I worry about her. My appointment on July 02 is also bothering me, thinking of what is the best implant for me, n if the Ps be able to do a better job than the last one

milky, in Ontario there is no such thing as filing for a legal separation. The separation begins when the couple start living apart. Check the government website as it will answer a lot of your questions. Best wishes.

I was just telling Bb that my poor sister is out of surgery she is in so much pain and guess what they will only give her prophenid, which is nothing close to.morfin. Also I asked my relatives to ask the surgeon how many lymph nodes he removed and guess what? He could not say, he said we must wait for the pathology report which will determine that cuz the tumor was just a big mess and he could not tell how many he took out.
omg this is why I worry my poor sister in a shit country where everything is really different. Look at her. Also only one drainage. WTH? I had 4 she only has one. For a bilateral mastectomy? Anyway at least the surgery is done now to wait and see how the night goes. Look at the only draínage

Enerva - If I remember correctly, the surgeon removes a whole strip of nodes from the armpit. Then I guess the lab determines how many were removed. Correct? If that's true, then it would make sense that the BS doesn't know the exact number of nodes yet.
But... what is up with giving your sister only one drain? For a double MX?
I'm glad to hear your sister finally had the surgery, though.

girl I have no idea lol I guess cuz when I had my surgery the bs only removed my sentinel nodes so only two one from each side. To test is positive or not then they decided they wanted to take around 10 to 15 that's what I was told but, I am not sure. I actually refused to give them more. I was having rad so I took the risk of letting rad deal with my nodes. Yes only one drain I had 4, I am shocked 😲 also no big pain killer so she is in a lot of pain.
I LL hope for the night to pass by fast for her. I am so glad this part of her journey is over. 0 -
it turns out its a French technology, it's one drainage that take care of both breast. It has a suction system and retractable so it's actually pretty good. Lol I wish I had that lol

I am so stressed I already got some bad news from her bs. I wish I could be there with her. I want my surgery to be done and get well then I have to decide what to do with life. I may go home for a wile I just don't know what to think any more. 0 -

E - I had 22 lymph nodes removed, and I haven't experienced lymphedema yet (fingers crossed that I never do). So, I hope your sister does just as well.

I LL keep you ladies posted, she had fever last night and this morning. I am glad she is staying two days in the clinic. At least I know there are nurses and professional people around if anything comes up.0 -

Ok so all we are told is that once the pathology report gets back they will like to try other chemo.
I strongly disagree. If there is not tumor or not metastatic diagnosis I am against taking chemo just to prevent. The problem is that there is no Bone Scan or ct scan material I vzla right now due to the situation the country is facing. That been said they are blind they have no clue if sister has c somewhere else. They are assuming due to her lymph nodes been positive.
Now I tell you my lymph node was positive n my ct scan is been clear so far. All I am sayings that chemo is a horrible poison that can destroy her in other ways.
Back home the oncology ll apply chemo as if it's water. I have a aunt not blood she is married to an uncle. She had bc and she got 18 chemo, unilateral mx then 5 years later the other breast and 24 chemo. Can you believe that.
I only had 6 and I am still suffering.
On the other hand I just discovered that I may have PMPS I ask around about the pain I keep having and I found there is a tread with all kind of info. I am amazed as per what I know and what I don't know regarding my own bc journey.
Anyway I am worry about my sister situation, also I forgot to tell you another thing that there is none in Vzla is TE. So she has a silicone implant in place.and ll have rad next.

Bb, the safer way to get rad is with TE, cuz in case of infections or other complications they say that the right thing to do is have rad with a TE, instead of a silicone implant. I don't really know much about the benefits of that. Regarding the stages you are totally right. We must have the report. I am not going to believe anything until the report shows what we are dealing with or a ct scan. I am 😨 afraid of chemo cuz it already prove not to have any effect on her at least the taxes but also like you say it hurt us badly so we know better now. I told my sis not to let him worry her now. Cuz she is in pain and just had her mx and I need her to be strong and not stressing like we have to wait a month for the report and he comes in her room and tells her most likely she must do more chemo f him. He has not clue what she is feeling right now. He should shut his mouth 👄 for now.it's too early to freak her out. I imagine if when I woke up they told me that how could I have felt.

oh yes all my siblings are there, 3 more sisters and 2 brothers plus her only daughter who is 15. Just turned 15 in March. Everybody is there worry sick and supporting her.
she is a fighter just like us so she will manage to get through this too. THANK YOU ALL FOR BEEN HERE!!!!

bb, thanks I took a sleeping pill last night so I did rest.
My sister is going home at noon so far so good. I think once she is home she will speed up her recovery just by been around love ones and eating home made food etc. I hope all goes well today and these coming weeks for you, I also pray you get better soon.

Sister is finally home
resting but. She says so far the pain is under control. I am very happy 
I am now praying so the pathology reports shows clear margins and nodes. I wish she didn't have to do rad or more chemo. All depends on that report now.

yes, that's what the doctor said. But it makes sense here in Canada it took 17 days to get mine. I assume there is one more week
at least it gives 3 weeks for her to get better and heal from surgery. 0 -
Enerva - I wish your sister were not going through this ordeal. But, now that she is, your sister is our sister now, too, because we all understand, sympathize, and relate here. Maybe your sister will do very well with chemo. Personally, I had trouble with A/C, but Taxol was a breeze for me. Maybe your sister will do just as well on it.

Bb, I saw your post in the breast implant tread. You must read the notes another beginning of the tread, post your measurement and then Wheeptmom will let you know what is her recommendation as per style and volume etc. You can also send pictures to her by Pm. She is very good but she needs your measurement in order to help you.
I am glad you are looking at implants as a plan b, it's much simpler than the other surgeries. 0 -
