    10 Years out from the first time, unfortunatly diagnosed again in March but I plan to make it at least another 10 years!!

    18 years from first diagnosis.

    6 1/2 years from second diagnosis (trip neg, IBC, stage 4)

    On this day FIVE YEARS AGO! I was having surgery to remove the cancer. I am still NED.

    Since then I have:

    Travelled Europe

    Learned to ride a motorcycle

    Learned to play electric guitar

    Learned some computer programming languages

    Achieved a bachelors degree with honors.

    I'm so happy to be here and I have been looking forward to being able to post on this thread.

    Congratulations to all who have posted their 5year achievement, you have been such inspirations to me. Long may we all continue to dance in the storm.

    Reached the 5 1/2 year mark just this month and have never felt better than I do now. I'm truly blessed.

    Over the moon to have my 5 year wings today....hopefully flying under the wire for at least the next 5. What a feeling! :)

    Just reached the 5 year mark. Healthier than I have ever been in the past. Just off to play with my new electric bike - this will be fun

    WAJ: 6 yrs !!!! Dx Stage 3 Br Ca./ 2 tumors totaled 7 cm. Stopped Tamoxifen & Zoladex within 1 yr & Oncologist strongly advised I would not live to my “5 yr mark”. I replied “That’s BS”! Living with full body LE & now helping my sister thru her post treatment side effects. We are surviving & thriving & Thankful for our blessings. Love & prayers to you all!!
