Cin, thanks for the note, so sorry you are dealing with another infection. You are a special person to all of us here, and we so appreciate that you took the time and energy to post a quick note to us.

More M&Ms for you, along with much love and many hugs:

Elaine, you are another very special person to us here. I am so glad to see you continuing to check on your sister, but also continuing to live YOUR life! You have so much to give, whether through your own business or through a spa. My massage therapist does both sort of - has her own clients, but works with a "certified athletic center" that provices physical therapy and rehab services to cardiac, pulmonary, transplant, etc patients, and MT really pickes up where PT leaves off for many of us. You will do well, whichever path you choose.

Am also sending you a PM.

Cindy, hoping the infection has eased up a bit. I so hope the antibiotics give you a little bit of relief. Love you and a big gentle hug.

(((((Elaine))))). Knowing someone you love is suffering and not being able to do a dam thing about it is about the worst thing there is. I so know what you're going through.

Status quo here. Appointments tomorrow with MO and pain specialist. Maybe a new plan? Or not??

Linda, good luck with the pain specialist, you have to tell them what you want and be firm about it. One of the things I have learn't from Cindy is not take crap from the medical people.

Today we had hospital apt with nurse and I walked out of the room because if I'd stayed I would have given the nurse a kick up the arse. My daughter is so thin it makes me cry and because she isn't killing herself we still have to wait two weeks to see the doctor.

The nurse ( guy) and a lovely girl who sits in who I think has more to give if he would shut up. He talks in effing riddles and I have to say he peeing me off. I went back in and my daughter was crying and he said shall I tell your mum what you said. So I think fuck something bad and then well at least I'll know. Ten minutes later he says, your daughter feel's full most of the time and doesn't want to eat. Also she is upset at what is happening, well I looked at him but I kept my mouth shut. I thought you stupid guy we know that already you have been with her an hour. I told him I wasn't happy we had to wait to see the doctor and to be honest I have seen her, just as drippy with no balls.

I think we are doing more for her with us talking to her and now I'm no more soft mum. I've told her what will happen if she doesn't start eating and I'm going for the shock treatment.

I have read that some people have this for years and to be honest we don't need this as well as my cancer, SIL with depression, grandma lost her DH and she is getting depression, youngest daugher saying she is fat.

Anyway I feel better now xxx

Love to Cindy and Elaine and all the family today.  It's a beautiful day here, hope the sun is shining for you too Cin.

Ali so sorry to hear you're having so much trouble getting help for your daughter.  God's piling it on for you right now.Yell  I'll pray things get better for you and for her. Sounds like she doesn't know how to cope with everything she's feeling, hopefully, you will both get the help you need-though apparently not from that idiotic nurse!   Can't offer any advice as i'm not in that position and therefore wouldn't presume to know how to handle it.

Thinking of you all, Linda, Blondie and everyone else.

I can't wait and my mom is renting us a larger vehicle so I'll be comfortable and evereything will fit. Have I mentioned that I can't wait!

WOW, Cin! I sure hope you are a grandma by now! And I hope you are comfortable.

I have had a very busy week - well, it would actually have been a very light week pre-BC, now takes all my energy just to put in a 6-hour block without a 2-hour rest. *sigh* In any case, I have a painting workshop tomorrow, so will be exhausted by the time I get home, but will enjoy it immensely. I also have my mother here helping me for a couple weeks. So I may not post as much, but will read every day, will keep you all in my heart every day, and will hope that Cin finds unlimited joy in her new granddaughter. Much love to all of you.

Oh, congratulations, Cindy-Rose and family. How the cycle of life and death manifests itself.

Elaine, I am so sorry for your pain and duldrums. This must indeed be hard. It's the not knowing, wondering that must be awuful. You are in a sort of holding pattern - a purgatory.

Cindy, wonderful to hear from you. Having a little grand-cub has to be such a gift!
