Thanks Butterfly, we came down to Ft Myers to visit my mom over Christmas but couldn't figure a way to bottle up some of that short/t-shirt weather to bring back with us. :)

Those of us in Ontario, Canada had a wonderful few days. Today the temp was 60. Now I could handle winter like that.

Whoo hoo for those of you who lost some pounds, keep up the good work!

For those of you who are working your butts off, it will come off, if we have learned nothing from this journey, we have learned patience!

    Keep up the good work🌟💐🎶

...It's irritating when you work out as much as I do and the little amount I can eat and still not lose.....UGH.  I know it will start moving.

Yucky weather here today too.  Was hoping the sun would make an appearance but its was foggy and drizzly all day.  Kind of neat to hear the fog horns out in the bay.

Ok, guess I will join the crowd. Last week I was 192, this week I'm 187.5. Of course, my weight depends on my LE these days. I started eating more protein & veggies. I made a crockpot of salsa chicken breasts and added a veggie salad on the side. Sugar- free fudge cycle for desert.

Tazzy: sorry. 180.2 per my WW weigh in on Thursday. I'm hating this still. Struggling to get on The Bitch a d once on find myself wanting to get off after ten minutes! Oh so hard to take care of myself. I miss my fattening carbs and yummy grease. I'll keep trying...

So sorry to hear another warrior had lost the battle. I will pray for her family, her soul and her memory.

Hope all had a great weekend

Keep up your dietary changes and dominating the B*tch - hopefully after a couple weeks or so you'll notice it all just falling off.

I was so sorry to read about Apple. Prayers to her family and friends-of course BCO friends too.

McCook I am so glad to hear that there was nothing of major concern on your films. Like I said my shoulder was bothering me when I had my hard-arsed TE's but since my exchange has been fine. Hope yours is the same. So any new date for the exchange?

Ofcourse still praying for good results for "our ladies in waiting".

PS appointment today to have her look at the spot where my "dissolvable stitch knot" decided to push thru my incision and cause a slight reaction instead of dissolving. I snipped it off and it is fine now but I guess the PS wants to see for her self that it's healing. So glad it healed though because after I snipped it I pictured a bunch of unraveling inside, then my incision opening on the bottom and then my implant spatting to the floor while I was grocery shopping or something-LOL Oh where our minds can go if we let them huh?

Have a great day- I'll be checking in later to make sure no one lets their b*tch get the best of them.

Scottie- I had a 1/2 of a beer over an hour! It was better than the fajitas I had, although those were pretty damn good too. I tried the beer to see if I would get sick. I didn't thank goodness. O own up to it. But I get to Ho home and work my ass off now. I'd rather have a beer again.

dang all this talk about beer is making me thirsty!

So I am going to bite the bullet and go with a cortizone shot in my shoulder on Friday. I am praying it does not cause LE but I need to do something. Anyone had one and does it hurt? Even after all this time I am terrified of the unknowns and needles.

If you say it hurts then I am not doing it:) So don't lie LOL i have had enough pain. Anyone else had a shot in arm w risk of LE?

    You girls are too funny!

Chrisrenee, don't feel bad about the beer at all. This weekend it was so cold here. We stayed inside mostly, watched TV, ate lots . . . and it showed on the scale. So this morning I took the dog for a walk/run, then went to the gym for a 45 min. strength training workout. Nothing like a guilty conscience to get you moving - LOL.

Scottie- yes I'm drinking..... Water! I need it from all the sweating I will be doing. Lol

Mcook- couldn't tell you if it hurts. My advice .drink a beer before you go in, but don't tell Scottie, she will bust you and tell everyone! Lol

    Love ya Scottie!

bornto, hmm, whether to shovel snow in the north or sweat here in FL,that is the question. It hasnt been this hot here in the dead of winter in yrs. It is set to be 80 degrees farenheit all wk before it goes back to the 60s. Are you on Centigrade? I got so confused with that when I visited Canada. I got confused with the formula to translate. I knew I was in trouble when the Canadians put their coats on. Here we all were freezing in our sun dresses in  a Canadian July. One day there it was 80 for a few hours.

Ok all this talk about beer makes me want to tell you about how I got my BFF hammered this weekend on mini beers! 43 liquor with heavy cream floating on top. It's a shot so hence the name. Sooooo good! I admit I did a few! But it's been so long with the exception of a glass of wine sporadically! Celebrated my daughter placing 4th on beam at gymnastics meet! It was her second meet and last time it was 6th on vault. So proud!

Layla, you should be warm in July in Canada but then it depends where .... Close to water you might be cooler. I know it can get pretty hot in Ontario in July and August.

Scottiee you are a cheerleader, not a trainer. lol. Put the whip down. Chrisrenee you can have that beer. This is ti be a lifestyle and choices change ... You do not give up everything all the time ... Everything in moderation.

Bornto and layla I will take snow although I hate it I can put clothes on and take them off when I have a hot flash. You don't want me walking around naked in the summer, I will make the bears go back into hibernation. Ha

Karen was your friend drunk after those mini beers??? I bet they tasted wonderful.

Joanne- I only wanted half to make ky hubby shut up. He drank the other half for me so it wasn't wasted. Bit it site did go down smooth!

Scottie- you are great as a cheerleader. No guilt throwing. Keep up the good work.

I got on the bitch and broke my mile by 2min 45 sec. Whohoo now off to find dinner and NO beer.
