Lyzzsmom we had beautiful weather! Chicago was awesome and I would recommend it to anyone! We had such a good time. It was so good to get away and kinda forget about Cancer and everything at home for a little bit.

I would love to go. I went once for 24 hours but it was a very short trip for DH's work so spent more time in a factory outside the city than sightseeing! Hoping to get a few days in Maine in the next few weeks. The fall foliage should be nice as it is further north and our doggie can get to go swimming again. I know what you
mean. It will be so good to just get away for a few days and forget about the summer of C!

Love the ducks,they remind me of the little Aflac guy! Where were these last ones taken Lisa? Beautiful scenery and that rock formation is spectacular.
These are some I took down the local lake this afternoon. The high school sailing team were out on the water.
Somebody left what looked like an apple core on the beach. The gulls seemed to like it.
