    I'm so far behind...

Beppy, holding you close in my heart. I'm so sorry your stress, worry, and uncertainty will continue thru the weekend.

    Katy, Thanks for Beppy's report

Octo, Sounds like you had a wonderful birthday. Sorry I missed sending timely wishes.

Tomboy, Thanks for your beautiful poem. I'm very touched.

Rain, I haven't read your baseball essay yet, but will soon.

Long distance hugs and love. I've been sick for 7 days day with flu from hell. Still sick and not sure if I feel better each day. Jan

Mags- I was thinking and saying to myself. Stupid Fucking BC. And then Octo and Tomboy used the F word first. Dammit it's not fucking fair. We are here for you. Don't completely freak yet. I am sorry you have to worry all weekend.

Rainny - I have a teenager and this past year has been a shit show. She has not been supportive and has gotten away with a lot. Too weak to fight any battles with her.

Bright sky - glad you can cross that off your worry list.!

I get to keep my 2 drains another week. What Joy. My abdomen and sides are one big itchy sore bruise from Lipo. For all the fat grafting done. Why would anyone want to willingly have this done? It is Fricking painful.

This morning my cat projectile vomited all over the couch. Right where my husband likes to sit and drink coffee and read the paper. I was shocked. Lol.

Penny- my Armidex is sitting in my bathroom cabinet. I am not starting it until I heal from this last surgery.  I already feel like I got dragged behind a truck.

I am going to watch Fuller House on Netflix. I loved the original in the 80s!

    Night and Hugs.

    Patty

(((Ducky))) I am sad for you. Mags, I am praying for you all weekend that your doctor is wrong, wrong, wrong. Tomboy, ahhh such truth and beauty in your words. A lovely way to picture heaven. Pmr, ugh don't you hate all that reconstruction means?? Pennysgal, hugs and Jan prayers for healing from the flu. Anyone I missed hugs and hugs. I had 3 hours sleep last night. My Wyatt can be challenging God bless him. At least I am done with jury duty.

    Hugs, Ducky.

Tomboy, Love your poem. Touching. You are a talented artist.

Mags, I have three sons, two who were teenagers and one who was 11 when I went through treatment. Each of them reacted differently. I had a lx on the bad girl, with a lot of tissue removed. The other side was reduced do they would match. My PS doesn't like drains, do I didn't have those. Let me know if you have any questions that I might be able to answer. BC can cause swollen nodes and high white cell counts. Hope you try good news about the cause soon.

I'm typing this on my Kindle, so I must keep it short. Hugs Everyone!

    Ducky-

Sorry you sold your home with your pool. I love floating and swimming.  My kids always wanted one in our back yard. I know you have great memories but it still hurts. Hugs to you.

Thanks everyone for the wonderful thoughts! I appreciate them very much.

Ducky- Nice pics! Selling a house is kind of like breaking up with someone. Once you thought you'd have it forever but in the end knew you'd have to break up. I hope that you're not too sad.

Rainny- Teenagers are the worst. I love mine (14 and 12) but they drive me crazy. My daughter is so hormonal that at times I think some alien traded places with her. Oh, the drama!

Patty- That's hysterical about your cat projectile vomiting! But it wasn't so funny when the dog did the same on my bedroom floor this morning. Ick.

Poppy- Thanks. If you can get through with 3 teenagers I can do the same with two :). Also, I will remember to ask questions about the reduction. I will be having drains (ick) but my sil is taking care of me and she's an RN so I am lucky!

Ducky, my ex husband just died unexpectedly and we had remained very good friends. We had a cabin in the Midwest which he still had and our children are going through the torture of keeping it vs. selling it. I told them the memories are what made the place special, a place is just a place. So hold all the memories in your heart, they are much more important than the physical possession was. The memories will never go away. After all, we have pictures and experiences

Ducky, what Italy said. The house will never leave your heart. I love the pictures! I don't suppose there's a wedding picture around anywhere? You know, of the man who was Poppie to his grandchildren and the love of his life? (Hint, hint.)

Mags, mine is 16, was 15 when I was diagnosed. It's good to have kids in the house--the best distraction, even when they're driving you nuts!
