We have a stray white cat that has been around 3-4 years now. He is wiley so no catching him. However when I see him out hunting in the fields around the big black barn, I will make sure to walk by so that he can easily see me, carrying the cat food. Then I walk a different route back farther away, still within sight. He sprints for the barn as soon as I get a safe distance away. Smart cat.

Mr. was gone this morning, as usual. I hope he had some recuperation time yesterday, he slept in the shelter most of the day at least.

I am! We got home really late last night, so I got about 4 hrs of sleep. Now I'm pinned in my chair by a very needy cat while the other needy cat glares from the cat bed on my desk.

Good morning cat lovers. Midnight Louie has tried a new trick. He can jump up and turn the light switch on. Of course that scared him and he had to hide under the bed when it came on.

Can't remember if I shared this with you all or not--but 10 years ago when we lived in a one bed/one bath apartment, I was home alone and heard the toilet flush. You better believe I got a huge adrenaline dump!
Turns out Wally (ginger cat) taught his larger litter mate Eddie (grey tiger) to flush the toilet. Wally didn't weigh enough but Eddie sure did! Too bad they didn't learn to use the toilet instead of the litter box!

edj3: My kittens have learned to turn on the water in the bathtub and the bathroom sink. Unfortunately they don't turn it off!

YeslamaDragon, Our foster cat loved the bathroom sink. We borrowed a fountain from another foster parent and he decided it was better. Ours wouldn't turn the water off either. What a waste of water.
