Around here, it's coyotes, jackrabbits (black tailed hare), cottontail rabbits, deer and cattle. I haven't seen much else, but I haven't spent a lot of time looking.
The next door neighbor took a picture of a bobcat sitting in a tree and glaring at his three Great Pyrenees dogs surrounding the tree. The neighbor's guess is the bobcat was hoping for a "chicken dinner".
99F isn't too bad……if sitting outside in the shade and the humidity is low. I'm guessing the humidity there is not low..so..never mind of the "not too bad".
Last night was a "dry" (little to no rain) thunderstorm that lasted from around midnight until around 6am. Our dogs were busy letting us know they heard the thunder.

Eric, Great Pyrenees dogs are excellent shepherds.
We have all kinds of wildlife where we live but it’s not surprising since we border a conservation area. The usual creatures are rabbits, deer, groundhogs and foxes. We get the occasional bobcat, bear and moose.
Dinner tonight was chicken Alfredo on penne.
